Add a new field on SRS (SAP Retail Store)

Hi Experts,
We have a requirement to add a new field on the SRS(SAP Retail Store) screen for Purchase Order.
We identified the template - zwspo_entry/90/saplwspo_docdlg_2000.
We included a new field in the Internet Services => ZWSPO_DOCDLG under TOPIC_90.
Now we can see the field on the web output.
However the corresponding input value which is entered by user is not gettting updated in the structure WSPO_HEAD. So we are unable to save the value entered by user in the PO.
The code is as below :-

STG_LOC is a new field which we have appended to WSPO_HEAD.
We have created a enhancement in include LWSPO_BAPIF02 in subroutine BAPI_CRT_POHEADER_MAP_TO where we get the values of WSPO_HEAD. However for STG_LOC its coming blank though we are entering a value on the web.
Any pointers to resolve this would be extremely helpful.

We're requested to add a new field KNVV-VKGRP in this report S_ALR_87012178 (program RFDOPR10). As this is a standard program, I'm thinking of copying it into a Z one due to the problems when editing the report.

Hi,
The procedure to create the new VOFM.
1. Go to VOFM transaction
2. Page down until you find a new spot on the page to put in the VOFM number and description.
3. Put in the VOFM number and the description of the VOFM.
4. Now the VERY IMPORTANT part of the process. Double click on the VOFM description not the VOFM number to create this as a Development/Correction and not as a repair. If you double click on the number then this copies some existing code and prompts you for a repair.
5. Activate and generate the VOFM routine. Note: Configuration must be setup by the OM team for this step.
for example Go to the routine number that needs to be copied.
Put your cursor on the routine number field that needs to be copied.
Overwrite that number with your new routine number and hit enter.
The new routine will be created as a copy of the old routine and you can modify the new routine as you need it.
Ex.
You have to copy routine 104 to 904
Routine number Description Active
104 Bill.bus.item data X
Put your cursor on 104 and then change it to 904 and hit enter.
904 will be created as a copy of 104 and you can make your changes in 904.
Don't forget to activate it after you are done.

I am using ima11 t-code and I need to add A new screen field to standart SAP screen(program No SAPLAIA1 Screen:1001 ).I have found five user-exits(AAIR0001,AAIR0002A,AIR0003,AAIR0004,AAIR0006) but there is no screen-exit. How can I add a new filed to standart SAP Screen.Is it possible? If it is possible, how can I do that?

yes you can add a search help for a filed on the screen
but you need to find out for the USER EXIT available for that T-CODE
because it is a standard T-CODE we can't add code directly to the standard T-code
1st we need to find out for a user exit and then add code in that user exit

If you are designing your own LDB with your own tables you can define tree structure and then the selection screen for the tables
if you wants to modify the std LDB of SAp means take the access key and to modify that code
if you add the extra field you have to modify the where conditions in the code also

I want to add a new field in the segment CRMW_BUPA_HEAD for the BDoc BUPA_MAIN, in order tu use a filter criteria for the subscription.
Using the Bdoc modeler (transaction SBDM) I tried to add the component PARTNERTYPE (Data element BU_BPKIND) that is in the structure BUS_EI_MAIN (Central data), but the system only allow me to add a ZZ... field and then of course it is not fill in.
So if someone knows how I can add a standard field, or how I can fill in my customer field it will help.

How can I add a new field to an existing condition table?

I dont think you can add new fields to the condition table once you have activated the condition table.
SAP says you can only make limited changes to the condition table, like changing the description, fast entry screen, header and footer fields, but not able to add new fields to the table, and I think that is the correct approch or else for the same table you will have two sets of condition records.

I'm trying to better understand how the R/3 tables and columns are specified in the Generic Search Framework. I know that the R/3 table and field is: VBRK.RFBSK, but in the configuration XML files, I never see this exact information specified.   How it is specified to be a part of the result set?
After reading the section in the Development and Extension Guide, I also learned about the "allowedValue" definition, and I believe that I will use that to specify the "C" value for the Invoice Document Status field.
I would greatly appreciate any help.

SAP provides include structure CI_QMEL for QM10 transaction.
so create CI_QMEL Structure and add field as u need.
But after that u need to assign it some where i don't know , check with ur funcntional consultants.

Need to add a new field to the Schema for MDM Syndicator

We are running MDM 5.5 SP6.
We have a requirement to add a new field and syndicate the new field to the our Procurement System.
I was able to add the new field to the repository and schema in SAP MDM Console. However, when I went into the Syndicator to map the new field (which I do see) to the new Schema field, I don't see the new field to map in the Schema.
How can I change the existing syndication jobs (11 of them) to use the new Schema? Or do I have to recreate all of them?

I hope you have modify the Syndication XSD(add new field) and then load it in XML Schema table of MDM Console, right ?
If you have done it, now open MDM Syndicator>Go to File>Open, select the required Remote system and Available map.
Now your existing map will be loaded which has not the required added field, Now again, go to file-->Export.
Give file name and save this syndication map on your Desktop. Once you have done this.
Go to File>New>Select respective remote system and Type as XML Schema if you have loaded this XSD in Console else select Type as XML Schema file and select the modified XSD (added new field XSD) from Desktop. Once it is loaded, import the existing syndication map(which you have exported as said above) which should have all the fields mapped, now in target side you will have here new added field too, map it with required source field in Item Mapping and then go to file>Save as>select the required Remote system and give new map name. Use this map for exporting files for future reference.
Also, if your are using Port Concept, you need to change the Properties Map and XML Schema in Port of MDM Console.

Add a new field for the movement 551

Hey SAP folks,
I am having a situation that while doing the overage receipt(551) in MIGO transaction system having an option to enter the Purchase order number in the screen but not for PO item number.
When i went into the config under <b>Field selection for mvt type</b> , it doesn't give me an option to make an entry for 551 with PO item number.
Let me know how can we add a new fields that is not listed on F4 help under 551 mvt type in the config under <b>Field selection for mvt type</b>.

Are you sure that mov type 551 is movement for receipt PO?Cause as i know 551 is Good issue for Scrapping.

I have a requirement, I need to add a new field in the sales order header part and even a field in the billing document, once I add this field up in both the documents in the header part i need to create a copy routine using the VOFM transaction,
Can any body help me on what's the procedure to add a field in billing document as i dont find any screen exit for doing it and does the copy routine transfer the data ( Custom Field ) from Sales Order to the Billing Document, if yes can somebody help me with the procedure on how to and code of it.
