Add a new language

I want to add a new language for peoplesoft. For example: I want to add the simple Chinese to the HRCS system. It stops at somewhere, and then I want to do it again, so I kill the old process and then use data mover to add the language. It will tell me that Error: SQL duplicate rows in PSXLATITEMLANG 1, I add the command ‘set ignore_dups;’ in the script, and then it can run again. However, when IGNORE_DUPS is set, bulk loading, the ability to load more than one row at a time, is turned off. Are the some ways to delete all the old data? By the way, how can I find the tables about the languages?

Go to Peoptetools > International > Languages ..check here the language you want to make available...u can also get the list of available languages from this component
in order to login into the language change the setting in user personalization > regional options
if you have not installed delivered language packs, even after you click the desired language, you wont get the translation available for this selected langauge.
