Add a screen field in F-58

Hi All,
I have a requirement in which i need to add a field (cheque number) on the screen in F-58 Tcode. I checked for Screen exits but didnt get any.
Based on this cheque number a spool is generated which needs to be printed.
Can any one help me regarding this issue.

No, I won't explain it in detail - you need to read the documentation and at least make an attempt at the process on your own first. The documentation is right there in the IMG where I said it was but here's the path since you can't find it:

Is it possible to add new screen fields to the transaction /dsd/sl_cockpit

HI experts,
Would like to know if it is possible to add new screen fields to the cloned version of /dsd/sl_cockpit.
I cloned the original transaction /dsd/sl_cockpit into a diff. name, now I want to know how I can include/ add those new fields to this transaction. It looks like the screen is dynamically built using Standard ABAP classes. Need help.

Add selection screen field in standard program

Hi Friends,
I have a requirement to add a language selection screen field in standard programs (RFSUSA00, RFITEMGL, RFIDPL11, RFBELJ10_NACC, RFIDPL06, RAGITT_ALV01 , RFASLD15 , S_PL0_86000028 , RFCASH00 , RFIDPL18).
This is such that when I select the appropriate language the output should get printed in that paticular language. Can someone help me with how to do this?

Hi Dixitha,
Use implicit enhancement option.
Desplay the report in se38.
In Menu, go to Edit > Enhancement Operations > Show Implicit Enhancement Options.
The system will show you lines (in color) where you can add your enhancement.
This function will allow you to add business rules, substitute fields, do extra calculations, and other unique, non-standard requirements.

I am supposed to add two new screen fields on the initial screen of TCODE FD32,
I am unable to find any screen exit for that. Is there any screen exit present for that or is there any way to do this.

Dear Sudheer,
Instead of adding new fields,
you can use the exisiting help itself ,
when you press f4 , select fourth tab 'free search' then under fieldgroups/fields ,
you can choose what ever fields you want ex : under personal Data folder you have date of birth etc.
if you want other than this you have to define search help with SE11.

Add a additional field in tcode XK02 - control screen

Hi,
I have to add an additional field in Tcode XK02 ie., in Control Screen, I couldn't find any screen exits. I hvae found one BADI VENDOR_ADD_DATA_CS .I have added a New field in Table LFA1 (the new field is T5UNT-NAICS ) through Append Structure but the append strcture is Partial Active. Also, how to add an additional field in the control screen of tcode XK02 using this BADI.

1. My table was partial active...so go to se11,Enter LFA1 in display mode, Go to Path Utilities-database utility.now click on Activate and Adjust database.it will activated fully.

Adding a screen field in FB60 transaction

Hi all,
I just want to add a screen field in FB60 transaction. In that transaction there is a table control. I want to add a coloumn there. Can anyone help me how to do that? I am working in ECC 5.0

Hi Pranav,
If you want to add a new column under the table control in FB60, there is a way to do it through config.
This is how it can be done:-
1) Go to T-Code SPRO
2) Financial Accounting New>Financial Global Settings New>Ledgers>Fields>Customer Fields>Edit Coding Block
3) Define your new field under "Customer defined account assignments" . Make sure the name starts with either 'ZZ' or "YY". This creates a standard structure with your custom field and also appends this new custom field in many FI related tables including BSEG so make sure to check the impact with your functional consultant.
4) Once it is defined, you might need to change the characteristics of your field under
Financial Accounting New>Financial Global Settings New>Document>Define Posting Keys
(This changes your fields status from suppresed to either Optional or Required depending on your requirement)

if it is a normal report program then you can directly create a Selection screen field.
After the Type-pool you can use Parameters or Select-options to create the selection screen field..
If it is a Modulpool program then you can create a selection scren field like
SELECTION-SCREEN BEGIN OF SCREEN 1100 AS SUBSCREEN.

How to add a new Field in the Dynamic Selection screen section.

HI,
There is a requirement in which I need to add a field in existing program of dynamic selections.
I need to add a field KNKK-DBRTG (Customer Rating) in dynamic selections screen of some existing report
which has a dynamic selection screen with other fields like customer account, company code etc. Along with this i need to add Customer rating field also in the selection screen.
I have used GET KNKK statement to select this in the Dynamic selection screen. But I need to make it appear
on the screen.
LDB used is the Customer Database.
I have added GET KNKK statement after GET KNA1 statement.
Can any one help me how we can make this rating field appear in the selection screen.
With the GET statement Credit control area Fields can be selected in the selection screen but I have to permanantly add the field in the selection screen.

Hi,
So you need that this new field have data in old records?
1.- If you are in BI 7.0 and the logic or data for that New field are in the same Dimension, you can use a Remodeling to fill it. I mean if you want if you want to load from a Master Data from other InfoObject in the same Dim.
2.- If condition "1" is not yours.
First add the new field, then create a Backup Cube (both cubes with the new field) and make a full update with all information in the original Cube. The new field willl be empty in both cubes.
Create an UR from BackUp_Cube to Original_Cube with all direct mapping and create a logic in the Start Routine of the UR (modiying the data_package) you can look for the data in the DSO that you often use to load.
To do that both cubes have to be Datasources ( right click on Cube-> aditional function-> and I think is "Extract Datasource")

you can do it by looping at screen structure and append field
dynamically.
see help on 'screen' structure.u will get ur requirement.

If you are designing your own LDB with your own tables you can define tree structure and then the selection screen for the tables
if you wants to modify the std LDB of SAp means take the access key and to modify that code
if you add the extra field you have to modify the where conditions in the code also

Less coding s required to retrieve data compared to normal internel tables.
Tables used LDB are in hierarchial structure.
Mainly we used LDBs in HR Abap Programming.
Where all tables are highly inter related so LDBs can optimize the performance there.

How to add a Custom field in the Standard SAP Sales Order main screen

Dear Experts,
We have a requirement of adding a Custom field in the Sales Order screen. I know how to add the Customer field in the Additional data B tab of the Sales Order Header Screen as that is the screen user exit provided by SAP. Can someone tell me how to add the Custom field in the Sales Order main screen. Program Name - SAPMV45A and Screen Number - 4001. What is all I need to take care.

I have not added the Custom filed in the main screen and added in the Additional data B screen. So closing the message.
