Add and Transfer attachment from purchase Requisition to Purchase order

Hi,
We have implemented ECC 6.0. Our requirement is to add external docs as attachments to PR and these should transferred to PO, later to be submitted to the vendor.
We have some info about the badi ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST. is this the right BAdi or do we need look for some other badi.
Also the services for object is displayed only in the change mode, not during creation of PR.
Any inputs will be appreciated.

I understand that it is possible to bring attachments from ECC to the SRM system for the new release.
However, I have a slightly different question.
If I want to bring in requirements from a legacy system to SRM 7.0 system directly, what is the feasability of the same? If I have an attachment linked in the legacy system, then is it possible to bring it in SRM 7.0 system directly or will I be forced to route it to ECC 6.0 and then use the Plan Driven Procurement scenario for getting it into SRM?

You have to do some configuration settings in SPRO
SPRO>Supplier Relationship Management>SRM Server>Cross-Application Basic Settings>Define Settings for Attachments.
We are also working for the same requirement. We have did following configuration / customization to achieve this.
- Activated BADI "BBP_CREATE_BE_RQ_NEW" in SRM and set the indicator as follow:
cs_ctrl_att-BE_DOC_TYPE = 'SRM'.
cs_ctrl_att-BE_storage_cat = 'DMS_C1_ST'.
cs_ctrl_att-TRANSFER_ACTIVE = 'X'.
- In ECC Side T.code DC10 and defined document type for SRM with following
Add a New Document Type SRM (if not already exists). Set 'Use KPro', 'Version Assign' and 'Change
Docs'. Set the Internal and External Number Range (02 and 01). Use MCDOKZNR as Number Exit.
Ver No. Incr = 1 and Set the File Size (Usually 10000000 bytes).
Once the Document Type is created, define Object links to PO Item and Pur Req Item. Use - Screen
Number 247 and Screen Number 248 with Valuation Object of EBAN and EKPO for Objects EBAN
(PReq) and EKPO (PO) for Doc Type SRM.
After doing this changes we were able to transfer attachements but we are still facing one issue as we were not able to open that particular document in ECC / R3.

That is never fun when your iPod touch does not show up on your Mac. Take a look at the article below to walk you through on getting it to show back up on your iTunes. It is very easy to read so you wont feel overwhelmed with to much techy jargon. Let me know if you get this worked out.

Make sure you have iTunes 11.1.1 installed on your computer.

Tom is correct, there is no T-SQL command to add a publisher to Replication Monitor. However, the server from which you launch Replication Monitor will automatically be added to Replication Monitor if it is a Publisher. Also, you can add additional
Publishers using the Add Publisher dialog.

Be sure to first sync and backup your iPod Touch with iTunes. Then just sync your iPad with iTunes to transfer everything to the iPad. Be sure you are using the same Apple ID. You will now have two devices synced with iTunes on your computer.

Then i was created Purchase Order with reference to purchase Requisition. But in Purchase Order Header Text not copied. Purchase Requisition.( I want to copy the Header Text From Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order).

APO is meant only for Planning and no execution is done. Execution is done only in R/3. You can set the conversion indicator for the conversion of Preqs to POs however the conversion happens only in R/3. Based on the Publication settings and the transfer settings maintained you can publish the Preqs immediately to R/3 and get it converted to POs

How does the senior person approve? using workflow or using transaction ME54N?
if it's the standrad transaction then again, use a user exit or the released event.
even if the approval is done in the workflow I would not recomend using creating the purchase order as part of the workflow since this is not a workflow issue, but if there is no other option create a new method in BUS2105 (use delegation) and call the BAPI in it.

Convert Purchase requisitions to Purchase order

Need help. How can I Convert Purchase requisitions to Purchase order in one line (automatically created purchase requisitions in sales order), when I adopt purchase requisitions in delivery schedule tab it gives me an error: Requisition 10000###, item 000##, assigned to other order account? With normal purchase requisition it works.

Again, pls. can somebody tell me is there any other way to convert purchase requisition items in one purchase order, it is logical that when you send a purchase order to a vendor to say I need 10 packages of paper and 10 of paper clip etc.. and to sum it in one line, because if it is same material it is unconvinient to devide it in several items like 1 package of paper, 3 package of paper, 3 package of paper, 3 package of papaer etc...because it is different purchase requisition but for same delivery date and same vendor...

Automatic conversion of purchase requisition to purchase orders.

I normally convert purchase requisition to purchase order automatically through ME59N. Now I want only firmed requisition to be converted to Purchase order when I run ME59N. Is there any way to do this.
Other than ME59N is there any way to convert firmed purchase requisition to purchase order automatically.

ME59n is the transaction generally use to convert all the PR to PO
You can use the release startegy for the PR_PO conversion check instead of Firming indicator.
(As per the system if anyone do changes or PR is created through MRP this ind will be set automatically,) or you can do minor development on me59n to check the Fixed Indicator enabling before convert the PR to PO
Lets wait for other experts post on this to check whether is there any other way to do,
