Add CollapseLevel at first and third column

Hi,
i had a grip, i want to add sorting at first and third column
example
item code, Item Description, Warehouse, Qty On Hand, Request Quantity and etc
i want to add CollapseLevel at first column and Third column.
Currently if i set CollapseLevel = 3, the system will CollapseLevel item code, Item Description and Warehouse
But i need Item Code and Warehouse only.
Please Advice.

that's a grid restriction: CollapseLevel formats the first n columns.
you have to be sure that in your select you have the columns you want to collapse in the beginning...

I would like to write a query that would return the following:
Qty
Production order
First
Last

That is, the sum of the Qty column grouped by Production order, and the date/time of the first and last records for each Production order.
I came up with a query that yielded this result:

Which means that the First and Last columns show the overall first and last date / time of the whole table. Please note that this is a dummy table. Sorry I am now allowed to write the actual query
I came up with since work policies do not allow me to share it. Also, I tried with windowing functions such as rank()and row_number() but my user does not have enough privileges to do so.
Any help or hints will be greatly appreciated.

Due to the fact that Oracle does not record the rows in any particular order, it would be wrong that the "first date" would be the first row processed by the query.
Therefore you would have to supply some other column if you do not want to consider the table as ordered by date.
Also, any analytical functions will need you to supply the "order by" and if its the date, then just a simple query will do:

Imported cd generates 3 identical icons in album view. First icon has 10 songs. Second icon has 1 song, and third icon has 1 song, How do I combine the three identical icons in album view.

When I import a cd, itunes generates three album icons. The first icon, in album view, has a picture of the cd and 10 of the 12 songs on the cd. The second album icon has no picture of the cd, but a picture of two eighth notes tied together, and has one of the songs from the cd on it. Same thing with the third album icon. No pic of cd, but the two notes, (musical notation) and it also has only one song from the cd on it. (different from icon 2.)
I would like to know how I can combine all three icons into one icon.

Same thing happens to me. It happens also when I add to library from HD. I've already checked all info and couldn't find anything different that could justify this behavior. The funny thing is that sometimes (sometimes, only) I just delete the tunes (removing from iTunes AND moving files to trash), add the files again and everythig is ok.
I've noticed, also, that using TuneUp Media may, sometimes, solve this issue. I just drag the albuns to TuneUp Clean area and issue solved...
I just can't understand why this is happening...
I also use iMac (late 2009) with Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Yield signs must be different in Texas. Here (and in much of the rest of the world) they're white with a red border, and installed with an apex pointing down:

Maybe you're thinking of the "Warning triangle", which is similar, but installed base down, and often including a symbol in the white space:
These are more common in Europe, with the exception of the portable version, which I've seen used at road construction sites or as 'flares' to warn of a disabled vehicle on the road.

You installed the "DownLite" trojan, perhaps under a different name. Remove it as follows.
Malware is constantly changing to get around the defenses against it. The instructions in this comment are valid as of now, as far as I know. They won't necessarily be valid in the future. Anyone finding this comment a few days or more after it was posted should look for more recent discussions or start a new one.
Back up all data.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

end_date (DATE) := start_date (DATE) + <number of
days> (NUMBER)Not necessarily, because if the duration is just a string representation of a number then it will be implicitly converted to a number and not cause an error

At various stages over the years, mouse-related iTunes trouble has been associated with driver conflicts. So it might be worth following up on that possibility.
Head to the drivers and downloads page for your model of PC, and check to make sure you're not behind on any chipset and input-device-related driver updates. (And while there, just in case, also check to make sure your BIOS, sound-card/integrated audio, and video-card/display-adaptors are up to date.)
If you're behind on anything, and you update, does that help with the mouse-related iTunes issues?

How to split 'Firstname Lastname' into 2 columns 'First' and 'Last'?

I import a .csv file from PayPal that throws the customer's First name, MI and Last Name all in one column. I have no problem going through and deleting the middle initial to make just two words separated with a space.
How can I split the First and Last names that are separated by a space into two separate columns? It's a piece of cake in Excel, but for some stupid reason, I can't use Excel 08 for Mac to do it. Keeps saying that there is data in column #XX without a heading (there is no data there) when I try to import to PayPal Multi-order shipping.
Please help! I'm desperate. Taking me for ever to cut and past each last name into the new column.

Here is a script which does the trick.

I've also added a print command so it will show you what the code looks like upon concatenation. It's much easier to debug this way.

Challange: Determine first second and third places given three DBLs.

This week I had the task of building a timing system for a Pinewood Derby track. This particular track has only three lanes, so I only need to worry about three results. I figured that I would simply write a VI that would take three numbers and output three strings ("First" "Second" and "Third") corrisponding to each lane on the track. I only had about an hour before the race to get this done.
I was stumped.
I just finished building an inelegant VI that simply sorts using a big case statement, but I hate it, and if I had to expand it to four lanes I might give up programming altogether.
So, I challange you, my dear LabView Gurus, to come up with either an elegant solution (that isn't all spegittie and select balls) to the simple three lanes, or a procedural system that could sort through an arbitrary number of lanes and assign an appropirate string to each.

Add a third column to a ComboBox?

I am populating a ComboBox (LocationsCB) with an external XML file, which successfully populates two dynamic text fields when an item is selected.
One text box shows the value for Label, the other for Data.
The problem is, I need a third column, in addition to the two in a ComboBox (lable, data)
When I try to import the third child in my XML, I get an error:

xmlCode.push(xmlData..Code[i]); - Works!
xmlISO.push(xmlData..ISO[i]); - Error!
Same here:

Am I using the wrong component for this task?

Is there a way of combining From and To columns in Mail?

I've just tumbled to the fact that Mail displays separate From and To columns--rather than an integrated Who or Correspondent one.
In Thunderbird, with the add on Show InOut, or in the venerable Eudora, by default, there is a single column that shows you who the correspondent was and neatly italcizes your sent messages, so you can tell at a glance whether it was something you sent to the person or something they sent you.
It's bizarre having to look back and forth at From and To to figure that out rather than scanning down a single column. Having to display both columns also takes up needless room!
Is there any way in Mail of combining those columns so that it works like Eudora or Thunderbird with its addon?
Does Mail have an add on systems or take extensions?

No application can change how the built in Contacts app works, or the Contacts list within Phone. To access your contacts, you'd need to use a third-party app that pulls the data from your contact info and shows it differently.
But I don't know if there is one that offers the layout you describe--search and compare screenshots. Sometimes I find it easier to browse this website than the App Store in iTunes:

Add Row in table and copy the properties from previous row

Hello,
i have a table with just one row (and 7 columns). The cells (columns) are
all of different types, f.e. ring, numeric, string.....On runtime the user
can add more rows to the table. I'm looking for a function to copy a row
with all the cell propertis (cell type, format, text style....) and insert
as a new row. Is there an easy way to do this?

thats exactly how i thought it shoul work. I created a table with 7 columns
and 1 Row and in the UI Editor i configured each column. The first column is
set to ring, second colum is a set to numeric (default val 0.0000), double,
with the precision 4 and the text justification set to CENTER CENTER. On
runtime the user pushes a button that calls the function
InsertTableRows(panel, PRUEFKREIS_TABLE, -1, 1, VAL_USE_MASTER_CELL_TYPE);
That there are no default values in the new line is ok following your
explanation, but when i enter a value in the second column of the new row i
expect to get it formated with precision 4 and jaustification CENTER CENTER,
but that doesnt work. If i enter a 2 i expect to get 2.0000 in the center of
the cell, but i just get 2 in the upper left corner.
i'm using LabWindows/CVI 2009 Version 9.1.0 (427).
Any idea what i'm doin wrong ? The table mode is set to column. I also
removed the ring columns to test if they cause the probplem, but still got
the same error.
