Add Contacts to Skype Manager members accounts (Co...

Hi All,
I tried to disucuss this over live chat but had no luck as the tech guy kept asking if I wanted to add Skype credit for voice calls :-/
Basically what im asking for help with is if its possible to create group in Skype Manager, Create accounts and make them members of that group and then create a contacts list of other Skype manager users and then auto allocate that to all users within the group so when I give out the account details to my users when they login they already have the other company users added without having to login to Skype on the web and add them manually.
Seems like a basic taks of managing a business with business accounts, if it doesnt exist can I request it as an upcoming feature

Adding multiple contacts with Skype manager

This support page: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA10867/how-do-i-add-other-members-of-my-skype-manager-to-my-contac... indicates that there's an option on the left-hand side to select multiple contacts. I'm not seeing this on the page described, I can only add contacts one by one. Is this feature something I need to "turn on" somewhere in my settings?
In addition, I've noticed in the past month or so, even by adding contacts one-by-one, only around the first 40 people receive the request to be added as a contact. After that, no one receives invites. This is very frustrating for adding all of our business's contacts at the same time.
I've tried this in Mac 10.7.4 and 10.8. I've also switched to a PC, but the same thing happens. Does anyone have any insights?

Just an update (2013 Nov 25). There is now an option to add multiple contact using csv file. Here is a simple direction: Create a csv file with 2 columns 1st column is the email address and the 2nd column is the name of the account. Then go to Members > Add members > create business accounts > then click on Browse..., choose the file you just created and it should be able to import the contacts.

Skype Manager account - No access

Dear All!
I am one of the administors of our Skype Manager account. Today all administors have got a message that we were removed from our Skype Manager. When we login with our usual user and password no details to our skype manager account is shown. Can somebody help me or has somebody experience what to do now? We had a lots of Skype Manager members because nearly 20 persons from our company are using this account. Furthermore we had money on this account.

i am able to login in skype account but not able to login in manager.skype.com (Skype manager account) i loaded more than 1200 EUR there by using leagal payment method and suddely got account blocked. i contacted with skype support by chat they replied it happend due to breach of policy. but what policy i breached. even i dont konw.
i was using my skype manager account only you allocate credit to other skype users after inviting them to join me. since they blocked me i lost 1200 euro and more than 2000 euro which i already allocate to customers also lost. all of my members got account blocked message after skype blocked my skypemanager account (javedvoip)
please help me if possible. unblocked my account. or help me to get 1200 EUR credit which is available in my skypemanager account still. give this credit to some other skype manager account

No option to add members in Skype Manager

I had a member of my Skype Manager remove themselves by accident. When I log into my Skype Manager to add them back, the option isn't there. The only options I have are Members Overview and Create Accounts. The Add Members option is not there. I need to know how to add them back. Thanks.

Skype Manager Online Number/Business Account Confu...

Could someone kindly explain to me what is happening.
I registered a Skype manager account & tried to add an online number to it. However the system informed me that: "Online Numbers are only available to members with business accounts." and wanted me to create a new "Business Account".
I thought I had just created one & did not want to create another account so there was a link to: http://www.skype.com/go/business.online-number clicked on that & it allowed me to purchase a number for this account. But now in business manager it is showing "Online Numbers" as 0 even though the account that now has an online number is integrated with Skype Manager. Thanks for your input!

Exactly. I have invested a small fortune trying to set up a Skype Business Account with a set of telephone numbers. Now the whole business has disappeared. telphone numbers and all.

All members work the same in Skype Manager, there is no difference in how a member is treated minus that you cannot add normal Skype names to the Skype Manager, if you are located in the U.S. anymore.
Also, Skype has decided, that there will be no charge for using the Skype Manager, in the near future as well.

Skype blocks Account after sign into Skype Manager

After years of using skype without a problem and being happy with it, following happened:
1) my account "kpaessler" was blocked a few hours after I signed into Skype manager. Both the skype account and the Manager was blocked. The answer to my inquiry was that Skype suspects incorrect use of the account.
So far no refund on credits (about 60EUR) and dial in number.
2) To get things going, I used another Skype account of mine "nuessering" to sign into Manager again. Could purchase a 3 months dial in number. Some hours later the Manager was blocked. The Skype account seems to work for skype to skype but Skype blocked the possibility to purchase a Skype in number or to by credit.
The purchase of the dial in number of the second account was refunded.
Both accounts are connected with same e-mail adress of mine.
What is going on? Has Manager a big problem?
My "kpaessler" acount has all my adresses and the dial and most important the call forwarding. This is very important to me.
How to get my this account back to be unblocked?

I am already the administrator of a Skype manager account but i want to set up another Skype manager account for another company I control using my existing skype profile? is this possibile?
If that is not clear, then what I want to achieve is to have one personal profile managing 2 seperate Skype manager accounts!

No, that's not possible.
One single Skype account can only be a member (administrators are members as well) of maximum 1 Skype Manager group.

Adding a business account to skype manager

I was in Skype manager for my employer and I was an admin. When i was going to add credit to the Skype manager i accidentally left the group. How can i have another admin reattach me to the company?
We havent found any apparent way to do this. I know that you cant delete my name and recreate it as the name will say that its already in use. Advice?
