Add custom tag to JTabbedPane tab

I think I've read how to do this somewhere before, but I can't find it now. I'm writing an interface to dynamically add/remove/edit tabs. To make thing a little easier to work with I want to attach an ID field (not visible to the user) to each tab to allow the software to identify it. I thought there was something like setProperty(PropertyName, PropertyValue)
getProperty(PropertyName, PropertyValue)but I can't find it. Does anyone know how to do it?

Add customized tags on shared review comments

Hi,
We have been using shared review to do our document review heavily. Recently I got a request from our stakeholder to add customized tags so we can assign comments in different categories.
Is it doable with some customization effort? I did some research online and found out Acrobat XI supports customization Wizard and for earlier version (we are on Pro 9), you can do customization using JavaScript, but it's not clear to me if these customization efforts can be applied on shared review PDF, or it's just on regular PDF.
Does anyone have experience on Acrobat customization? Any thought or information will be appreciated.

Thanks for the answer. I also found out about the customization wizard later. Now I'm researching how to use the wizard and deploy the customization feature we desire.
Here are the things we want to do:
- Creating customized menu so we can assign comments to different categories, something like set the comment status
- Modify the workflow. Instead of asking reviewer to "connect" or "cancel" when they first open the PDF, we can to only show "connect"
I also have couple of questions about the wizard:
1. Are the features I describe above can be done through wizard?
2. If we deploy the changes using Acrobat 9 + wizard, will users with all version Acrobat/Reader see the same end result and preform regular shared review operations without problem?

How to add custom action for Publishing Tab on Pages?

I am able to add a custom action for libraries tab on document library , but i am unable to add it on Publishing tab on Pages.

Check the secquence number . I don't see any issue in your code. Try with different sequence numbers.

How to add custom field in Documents Tab of PO Header ?

Dear SRM Friends,
This is a challenging task as an ABAPer to confront to..
We are in the midst of a requirement where we have to add a custom field in the PO Header. But the requirement is to add the field in Documents Tab in PO Header Data as found in the following path of SRM Webpage :
Operational Purchaser > Purchase Orders > Process Purchase Order > Select a PO > Header Data > Documents.
As guided by "Note 672960 - User-defined fields 2" , on executing all the steps of the note the field is getting added, but in the Basic Data Tab of the PO. But this doesnt meet the client requirement.
Anybody having some solution to this, shall be greatly awarded.

Hi Vikas,
You can define a Text ID in Header data with F4 help. But the list of values will be fixed, but configurable. This will exactly solve your problem. This will be quite simple and straight forward solution with no custom developments.
Please Navigate to
SAP Implementation Guide -> Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server
-> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Text Schema
1. Define Text Types
Select BBP_PD and double click text id. Add a new text id here.
2. Define Text Schema
Select PO and add the newly created text id and set required parameters.
3. Define Fixed Values for Texts
Select your PO transaction type and maintain the required values for F4 help / drop down.

Add custom field under specific tab

I have a requirement to add a new custom field to the 'change bid invitation screen' in bids/bidders tab(SRM 5.0). I am new to SRM but I understand that to add a new custom field we have to append structure the structure 'INCL_EEW_PD_HEADER_CSF_BID'. But if i append this way, the field appears in the screen under basic data whereas i need the field under the tab bids/bidders tab after I have added a bidder. Is there any way to influence in which tab the custom field is displayed?

I want to add a new field in address tab in communication area.
I tried doing through EEWB but the transaction creates a new tab and adds the new fields.Can anybody suggest how to shift the custom fields from the new tab to standard tab.
Many people have suggested BUCO transaction but it would be great if anybody can give the steps to do the same.

If you want to add custom tags in the soap header, one possible solution is use XSLT mapping or Java mapping to create header first then do message mapping for mapping the payload structure between your source and target as usual.
So in operation mapping you sequence mapping like this... first XSLT mapping for custom tags for the SOAP Header followed by payload mapping.

HTMLEditorKit custom tags

Hi -
I am trying to add custom tags to HTMLEditorKit. Each tag an empty tag of the from <dataref id="_id"/>. I wish to replace all occurences of this tag with a value obtained from a hash table using "_Id".
I have subclassed HTMLEditorKit, getViewFactory, createDefaultDocument and registerTag. However, now I see an extra ">" and I have no clue as how to eliminate it. So if the value corresponding to "Id" is ABC, I see ABC>. This has been very frustrating.
Also, now other HTML elements are not rendered properly (if createDefaultDocument is overridden) the list elements are not rendered.

HTMLEditorKit is mainly only about html 3.2 (with a few extensions here and there). So I don't think it understand auto-closing tags. Try <dataref id="_id"></dataref> instead.

when I am trying to 'register for a certain event'.

You must register CFX custom tags in the CF Administrator.
Until you do, they will not be found by the server. That's what the
error message is trying to tell you.

Installing java custom tag

I'm trying to install a custom tag written in java
(cfx_ExcelQuery) and am not having any success.
The tag was in a .jar file which I downloaded to the server
and extracted to the /classes subdirectory. The actual .class file
ended up in a subdirectory several levels below.
I registered the tag as ExcelQuery and wrote a test program
to call the tag according to the specs.
I got a CF error indicating the tag didn't exist until I
added the directory path containing the .class file (the exact
subdirectory). Now I get an internal server error instead (progress
I guess).
I have no experience installing/using java custom tags so I
may be missing something that would be obvious to someone else.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Please create a enchancement for component /SAPSRM/WDC_UI_DO_SHIPTO.
Add new input field and label in view V_DODC_SHIPTO.
Bind the input field value with field ZZfield from structure /SAPSRM/WDC_UI_DO_SHIPTO in the context node SHIP_TO .
