Add default reviewer for standard hazmat SC approval

Good afternoon everyone,
is there a way to add default reviewer always to show up on approval preview for haz materials shopping cart??? I am using standard wf template ws 10000129. do i have to copy it and make some changes or is ther eany way i can add default reviewer in this workflow itself? help would be greatly appreciated.

Which SRM versioan re you using ? Are you using Standard / Customized workflow ? At SC Level or Item level workflow ?

There is no standard way to add a reviewer (except from approval preview). But check if functions BBP_PDH_WFL_REV_DB_UPDATE or BBP_PDH_WFL_REVIEWER_INSERT could help you.

Try using any one option:
Create a Search Help in SE11.
Now Goto SE11 -> Enter Ztable -> Select that field -> Click Search Help and try to assign the created Search help to that field in your Ztable explicitly
OR
Create a Zdata element in SE11.
In Data Element, under Further Characteristics tab, enter Name Parameters of Search Help.
Assign this data element to that field in ur Ztable.
OR
Create a Zdomain and maintain a Value Table or Fixed Values for it.
Assign this domain to that field in ur Ztable.

sub:enhancement to add userdefined fields in a user defined screen tab for standard definition in t-code cj20n
can anyone provide an idea how to write the logic for retriving the data from the standard table into the user defined screen added into the project definition using the t-code cj20n( project system module)

I think you may need to implement enhancement 'CNEX0007'
CMOD==> Enhancement==> Componet==> Get the Screen area.
Go to SE41 ==> Give the Screen program and number==> add your WBS tab there. The values will be available to screen

Default values for standard WebDynpro application

Hi all,
We are using standard WebDynpro applications (as an example Leave Request as part of ESS).
Are there any functionalities in a standard WebDynpro to set a specific field initially (default value for a dropdown list for example) via the url?
To be more concrete:
On a specific portal page I would like to call the Leave Request application with the Leave Type set to the parameter I passed via this url (e.g. http://mywasserver:50000/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/ess~lea/leaveRequest&leavetype=Exceptional%20Leave)
Any thoughts are welcome.

At the default inplug of your interface view create a parameter that you need to access for e.g LeaveType in this case.
The variable will recieve the value automatically from the url.
Set the value in the context variable of the component controller and then access it from the view.

Default values for standard quote fields?

Hi all,
Is it possible to pass a default value for the quote screen/document, to be more specific, the payment terms field?
Can i use the BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI~BBP_QUOT_CHANGE? I have reviewed the signature but i can't find the payment term field...
How can i achieve this?

When do you want to set the default value ? If you need it in the initial screen please try BBP_F4_SAVE_DB BADI.

All,
Identifiers can be linked to a Party in the Integration Directory. A number of pre-defined agencies are available: 016 (DUNS), 009 (EAN), 166 (NMETA) and of course http://sap.com/XI/xi. But is it possible to define agencies myself?
I've been searching the System Landscape Directory and the SAP help, but no luck. Anyone any idea where to extend the list of agencies (for Party Identifiers)?

I was get some trouble when implement one step approval from HQ in my company.
It's a logical when some one just implement one step approval it is not make a hugh impact for controlling and sometimes end-user was change their own approval step make negative impact for workflow. Not logical but they make it logical but system still make sure it work.

I want to Activate Deadline Monitoring for Standard SRM Confirmation Approval Workflow. Is there any way I do this without disturbing the standard workflow? Using Alerts?

I want to set a deadline monitoring for a case when the approver doesnt execute the workitem even after 2days. (so I believe I need to use "Requested Start")?
Further I understand how this is done, my question is can we do change it to the standard template or do I need to copy it and then make the changes.
Also Kindly share some information on using SRM ALERTS for the same functionality to send reminders/alets to approvers on delay of approving task.

Set default properties for Tools Content Modification Add Text?

I'm running a French version of Adobe Acrobat XI version 11.0.0.
I'm not enquiring about or alluding to the other tool that can be employed for adding text: Sign > Add Text.
For instance, I'd like to change the default font, font size, font color, etc.
Here's a picture:

Trobbel - This indeed is puzzling behavior. Clicking 'Make Current Properties Default' should preserve the default appearance for each. I don't have a solution, but merely a couple of suggestions:
1) Make sure you have installed any available upgrade for your version of Acrobat Professional.
2) Consider using the line tool exclusively - you can add an arrowhead and make one tool perform both tasks.

Change default setting for ADD TEXT

90%+ of the time I am adding a text box to a PDF file it is to add a comment reflecting the payment information on a bill I have paid. I'd like to be able to change the DEFAULT settings for color, size and font. I've not been able to find where that is possible.
