Add Face....Can't select box to move position of face

I have ran into this a few times now. If a photo has multiple faces, but iPhoto only picked up on a couple and left out one or more. I go into the photo and ADD FACE, if the previous faces that iPhoto found are in the middle of the photo, the newly created EMPTY face box cannot be selected. Very frustrating.
My only fix has been to delete all faces found on that photo and then add the faces in order as to not have this occur manually.
thoughts? suggestions?

I have the same issue, but I only have to delete the face box in the center of the photo, since that's where the new photo box will appear. For example, if I have to tag 5 people, I just delete the one in the middle, add new face boxes and drag them to the non-middle locations, and then add back the one in the middle. I don't have to delete all the faces on that photo to do this - just the one in the middle. I agree that it's frustrating, though.

Hey Nick,
You might want to make an album in iPhoto of the videos that you want to store on your iPad, and then just sync that album over. Then you can just keep adding videos (or pictures) to the album and whenever you sync, they will be transferred over.
This is how I usually sync over my iPhoto content. I have a dedicated album in iPhoto that I add photos and videos to, and I only sync that album over.
This picture shows the photos tab in iTunes. You can see that you can select just which album or event to sync. Be sure to select the option to sync photos from "Selected albums, events, and faces, and automatically include no events" and then just check the album you want to send over:

Can't select trigger in Muse

I created a lightbox composition with several triggers. I just clicked on the plus sign to add a new trigger, but I can't select it to move it around, change the background color etc. Right now it's transparent. When I mouse over it, there's no way to select it. If I mouse over the borders, the tooltip comes up but says "Composition", which I don't want since it would be selecting the whole composition, not just the trigger. I REALLY don't want to have to rebuild the page, but I might have to.

When you click on a widget, it selects everything in order. On the fist click, it will select the widget (Composition in your case) and then on the second click it will select the trigger.
So you need to take the mouse pointer on top of trigger and click on it twice/thrice (depending on the type of widget you are using) to select the Trigger.
And to confirm which item is selected at the moment, you can check the "Current Selection" option in the toolbar at the top left which shows the name of the item which is selected.

Links of the bottom of the "Advanced Search" page are on top of the select boxes

In that position the bar of links
"Google Main Page Ad programs Business Solutions Privacy and... Everything About Google"
covers the select box at that position (either "domain or website" or "language" or "region" etc.).
If I push the lower margin of the window upwards making the window smaller, the bar of links moves upwards uncovering the select box hidden under it and covering another select box further up. I can go all the way up till it covers the text boxes "all these words" or "exact sentence".
I have uninstalled Firefox and installed a new Firefox. I eliminated all cookies and caché. I disabled all plugins. I restarted and I also opened in safe mode, but it keeps happening.

Looks that this is caused by setting the height of the div.bottom-wrapper to 100% and that causes the div.bottom-links-wrapper to appear at the wrong position (i.e in the middle of the page).
If I disable the height: 100% !important rule (why even an important flag?) with the Style editor (Inspect Element) then the page appears correctly.

Faces Iphoto detecting areas that are not faces and can't add faces!!

Blast! Been working very hard on an erase and reinstall. One of the problems I was having with iPhoto was that when I clicked the Info on iPhoto it just shut down. Now I have reinstalled it and this time I can open Info but I cannot add a face. The only way I can add a face is for iPhoto to detect the face for me (which is doesn't do very well) and rename it from there. The face detected is probably not a face at all! If I try to add a face and move the box and name it - then exit from the photo - is goes back to no faces detected again, and adding a face again but not in the right place??? Very frustrating - any clues?

Thank you - Yes; regrettably so! It is finding faces that aren't there once I click add face. I move the box to the face and name. When I close folder and reopen the faces have gone. If I click add a face and it 'finds' a face in the right position and name it - then it will stay. It just doesn't like being told that the face it has assumed is a face isn't actually a face at all!

You should certainly be able to add content by reference to itunes from such a disk (even before the update) - so long as itunes knows the location of the file (set Preferences not to copy to local library when adding the media) it will stream it to AppleTV if the disk is available.
I hope you're right, but I'd be surprised if current Extremes can be upgarded to provide a full Home Sharing service - marvellous if they can but I'd be surprised as i've long said we need an Apple media server either based on TC or AE to do this kind of thing.

In Acrobat XI, how can I select and move multiple text/image blocks simultaneously on the same page?

I work with student-generated PDFs that require all content to be within a specific margin range. Occasionally tables and figures are indented or otherwise spaced incorrectly so that the content violates the margin requirements. In Acrobat X, I could use the select tool to draw a select box around all of the text and lines within a table, for example, and just slide the entire table over a bit to meet the requirements without sending the PDF back to the author for a correction. This didn't always work, but often enough that I was able to use it on a daily basis.
Is there a way to select multiple (but not ALL) text blocks and image pieces on a page, so they may be moved simultaneously? If I have to select every text block and line (or every point and line within a graph) and move them each individually, this is going to be a nightmare.
I have Acrobat XI for both Mac and Windows, but tend to use the Windows version more often.

How can I select folders to add to my iTunes all at once?

I have all of my music based in a separate folder from my iTunes, and it is also backed up on an external hard drive in the iTunes library because I have my preferences set to "Copy Files to iTunes Media folder when adding to."
The problem is, when I click add folder to Library, I can only select one folder at a time. I want to add multiple folders, but not all of the sub-folders that are contained underneath the same folder. I used to be able to do this, with a window that allowed me to use the ctrl key to select multiple folders. I used to click the folder everything was in, and it would open that folder so I could select the certain folders I wanted. Now, I get a window only with a + next to folders that opens up the subfolders and I can only select one.
How do I get back to the other style of window? It is not my version of iTunes because I have updated it on all of my computers/laptops, and the one laptop I use iTunes with the most is the only one that gives me this problem. Moving my music folders (or even copying them) to a new folder to add them is not an option. I am dealing with too much music and I'm not willing to waste that much time, especially when I know there is an easier way that I used to be able to use.

Further customize Icon, List, Column, or Cover Flow view
You can customize each view to accommodate your preferences. For example, you can change the text size of file names and, in some views, change the size of file icons.
Select a folder in the Finder, then click a View button: Icon, List, Column, or Cover Flow.
Choose View > Show View Options, then set the options you want.
To have the folder always open in the view, select the “Always open in” checkbox.
To have subfolders also open in the view, select the “Browse in” checkbox.
If a subfolder opens in a different view, select the subfolder, choose View > Show View Options, then deselect the “Always open in” and “Browse in” checkboxes. The checkboxes must be selected for the main folder and deselected for the subfolder.
To use these settings for all Finder folders that are in this view, click Use as Defaults.
For example, if you set options for Icon view, then click Use as Defaults, all folders in Icon view appear with the same options. Use as Defaults isn’t available for Column view because the settings apply automatically to all folders in Column view.

what I want to do is to get in an array of numbers all the lines selected.
For instance, if I select the rows 1,4 and 7 from a Multiple Selection Box
of 10 rows in total, how can I see that array when the rows 1,4 and 7 are
selected?
Because I want to connect this numbers to Case Structure and if the only
rows selected are 1,4 and 7, the Case Structure will only realize this cases,
and the rest will be ignored.
I'm sure there is some way to get what I want.

I just noticed that one of the restore methods you posted was to put it into Disk Mode First rather than just use the resstore straight off, I Have tried that and seems to have solved the problem, If it has thank you. previously I have only tried just restoring it skipping this extra step. I have $8.05 balance on my gift card. I tried to buy an app more expensive than that so i had to add my credit card to the apple account. But I couldn't use the balance from the gift card anymore. How can I select to use it? or did I lose it?

Hi all, i'm new to Mac book & Xcode. I'm learning and facing problems while creating a new file for Xcode. Before i upgrade the software, i have no issue to create simple steps in apps. After upgrade Xcode to 4.6 version, i'm facing lot's of issue eg.
1) "the identity "iphone developer" doesn't match any valid certificate/ private key pair",
2) can't select the box "with XIB for user interface" if the subclass is "UIViewController"..
Appreciate for any help rendered.

What I dislike after a week is makepkg not handling dependencies automatically (which would be overhead, so probably not appropriate).
