Add Field to contract Screen

Hello,
In contract screen i need to add one field name item level, could you tell me the User Exit, BADI, or Screen Exit name.
Note:
This Field name should be add to Item Table(Standard) only. Please guide me step by step.

Use the smod and check whether there are any screen exits available for the transaction.

I do not know the either user exit or BAdi for FP03. However I can suggest you a work around.
You can add an addl tabstrip in FPE2/FPE2M. This is possible by adding an addl field say 'ZZ' in tables DFKKOP/DFKKCOLL/DFKKCOLLH.
<also pls look into OSS Note 851023>
So when ever an item is submitted to collection agency, this field should be updated.

How to Add field to Selection screen of Tx. FBL5N

Hi All,
In Tx. FBL5N, there is a field Customer number (on Customer selection screen).
In addition to the above we need to add field Customer name in Selection screen.
How do we go about it ?
PS :- We have found steps to add fields to FBL5N output. But, we dont want it on output, we want to add it on Selection screen.

Only certain table fields are allowed in dynamic selection, please see this sap note for detail :
Sap Note 310886 - Line items: Dynamic selections ignored
Permitted tables:
SKA1: all fields
SKB1: all fields
BSIS: all fields
So BKPF-CPUDT field is not allowed for dynamic selection.

■From the initial screen of SE36, Choose from the path EXTRAS >> Selection Views
■Copy Selection View u201CSAPu201D to u201CCUSu201D
■Change the selection views u201CCUSu201D
■In the right corner, double click your table BKPF.
■In the right corner, check whether what functional groups does your field belong. If it is 01 then input it beside your field name.
■Then Save it afterwards.

Define your extra filed here...once you defined the field, compile the DFF.
Once you compiled the DFF, In the Payment Screen , you just click the [ ] to see the defined field.

Hi Mario,
I don't know anything about SAP HCM, but: If you work with SE80, you can see the logical database in the object tree. Right-mouse-click to copy the logical database to custom name. Modify as you need. Use.

Any way to add fields to ESS screen without coding?

Hello Experts,
I am attempting to add a single field - Religious Denomination (KONFE) to the Personal Data ESS screen for Great Britain. It is included in the standard screen for maintaining Personal Data in PA30 but for some reason not on the ESS screen.
Is there any way to add this field to the ESS screen without having to modify the code of the ESS screen in the NWDI?

Add field to PO Screen

It is a business requirement to add a booking date to the purchase order. This date is when our broker books the freight with the steamship line. I am thinking about adding a field to the purchase order. From what I can tell most people are suggesting; using user exit MM06E005. Does anyone have experience with this? Is this the appropriate strategy, or should we try adding to one of the current fields in the import tab?

Add field to FB50 screen layout

I'm trying to add country code to transaction FB50 at the line item level. I click on the 'configuration' button (blue/yellow grid button), click on administrator and set field acgl_item-grirg as NOT invisible. I then activate and save, but the column doesn't show up. When I go back into the configuration button, the field is checked again to be invisible. How can I make this field not be invisible? Thanks for any help....

1. Go to FB50
2. Enter Values befor simulating
3. Click the Configuration button(Green/Yellow & White Button)
4. Create a Varient
5 .Click the Administration button
6. check the Button ACGL_ITEM-GRIRG Deselect the Invisible Check box.
7. Click the Activate System Wide (F5)
8. Click the Close button.
9. Save the Settings
Revert back if any clrifications
If any authorization missing check the Transaction code SU53 and ask to Basis to get the missing authorization.

Add fields in KOB2 & KSB2 report in selection screen as well as output

I have an issue in which i have to add fields in KOB2 & KSB2 report.
i need to add below fields to KSB2 report.
1) Internal order
2) Vendor
3) Purchasing group
I also need to add profit centre in selection screen for KSB2
Similarly for KOB2 i need to add below fields
1) Cost centre
2) Vendor
3) Purchasing group
I also need to add cost centre as input for KOB2 report.
I have gone through note 325546 "CO line item reports: Creating a user-defined field" which can be helpful.
However i am not sure as to how do i add fields in input screen as required.
Other alternative is to create a Z report however when i try and copy the report both KOB2 & KSB2 call same report "RKAEP000".
I am not able to get as to how do i differentiate the call of different screens when ZKOB2 is called or when ZKSB2 is called.
I could identify " c_item_group" field having different values however i couldnot get a proper logic as to how correct screen can be called based on input
Please suggest .

Hi Raymond,
The note 747588 is good as soon as you are adding fields from the same table only.
When I have added additional table into KAEP_SCOVP selection view below COVP (just because the extra fields I need are not in COVP) they will show up in KOB1 as selection criteria, but not getting saved.
Any idea if any ABAP should be regenerated or what extra steps are required when adding more tables into Selection View?

Transaction DP97: Need to add 2 fields on selection screen...

I am using ECC6.0. I need to add 2 extra fields on selection screen of transaction DP97. Program name is RVPKMASS97. i did not find any screen-exit for this. Please can anybody suggest any other way to add fields on selection screen... I think i can use enhancement points. please help if anybody has previously worked on this. I need to know following things:
1) how to add 2 fields on selection screen ( 2 fields are : MATNR-Service product and FFPRF-DIP profile)

Go to program RVPKMASS97.
Go inside INCLUDE rvpkmasspar.
(When you double click on the include a pop up screen will come up and in that select the RVPKMASS97)
Click on spiral icon there on the tool bar.
right click on the '
ENHANCEMENT-POINT RVPKMASSPAR_01 SPOTS ES_RVPKMASSPAR STATIC INCLUDE BOUND .' line and select enhancement-> create. and give some implementation name and text.
now you can declare ur fields in this implementation.
After declaring save it and activate it.
Now go back to ur txn and run. you are able to see the custom fields on the screen.

Add field to item position overview of Purchase Order

Dear SRM gurus,
I'm working on a change request of a customer.
They want to add a field to the item overview position of Purchase Orders.
They are using SRM 4.0 in Extended Classic Scenario.
When displaying the list of Purchase Orders only the headers are shown. When clicking on a header the item positions are shown below the header. In this item overview the customer wants a field to be added.
The field to be added is the GL Account. The customer wants this field to be visible before opening the item of the Purchase Order.
We already know which screen should be changed to display the field.
The screen is SAPLBBP_PO_UI_ITS and screen number 4000.
Is it possible to add fields to this screen?
If it is possible, how can this be done?

The structures mentioned in the note are all in the item details but not in the overview.

SRM 7.0 -Adding Custom fields in Contract Item screen at particular positn

Hi,
We have a requirement to add new custom fields in the Contract Item screen at required position, in Left and right side container.
We have tried the following methods but have not been able to achieve the same. Kindly help!
1) Added new field in Context through enhancemnt in the Details screen View of Contract , Binded the field to the field in structure INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF_CTR and add the field to teh Layout - Using this method, The field is not saved to the table.
2) Added the field to meta data table /SAPSRM/V_MDF_IC - This is positionng the field on teh right container at the bottom. We want to position it on left side.
Kindly help to understand where we are going wrong.

Sorry ..You are right..I was looking at some other WDC related to contract data..It you map the CUFs to /SAPSRM/S_CLL_CTR_ITEM which has the include structure INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF_CTR then it should work fine.
If you do this, are you able to view the new fields on the screen?
you mentioned that you are not able to save the data to the table.
Include your fields in INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF as well because if you add CUF to any of those doc types, you also have to add those CUF to the global structure for CUF documents.
Also Check if you fields are there in structures BBPS_CTR_CUF_ITEM,BBPS_CTR_UI_ITEM and BBPS_CTR_ITEM.
Check whether you have implemented the BADI's like BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI ,BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI and BBP_DOC_SAVE_BADI . check out the structures (whether they having the CUFS) used in those if you have implemented any of them .

Custom Fields to Contract 'Conditions' Screen

Please share how to add custom fields to Contract 'Conditions' screen just like 'Unit Price'.
As there is no '_CI' table for conditions table, we are not able to implement the same. We also tried using BDT but to no avail.

The requirement is to add three more informational fields beside/below the Unit Price. Those fields should hold data, condition wise. i.e. it requires to add 3 more columns in VICNCN table to which I'm afraid there is no custom include available. Also we referred note 690900. Please help how to proceed.
