Add fields to transaction VOV8  - Sales Order types maintaines

Hi,
I want to know if it is possible to add new fields to view V_TVAK (threw table TVAK), and then add them also to the view in transaction VOV8  for a sales order type.

In My case, I have added custom fields to MDC change screen by using /AFS/MDC_CHANGE_CUSTOM_FIELDS but its not appearing in Grid list display. Would like to appreciate if you can Help me to achieve this.

  • Add sales order type and switch off fields in webshop

    Hi all!
    Got questions for you!
    Does anyone know how to add possible sales order types in shop management. For now the only possible entry is ISBC, I have created a copy of this one with some other control functions, ZISB. What are the steps to make this a possible choice in Shop Management.
    I would also want to know if there is a "standard" way of switching of visibility of some of the fieds in the webshop.
    CRM 5.0, ECC 6.0, Scenario B2C.

       I meet many problem in webshop configring, would you kind enough to give me some advise?
       1. SAP CRM5.0 SP2
       2. I use the standard order type:ISBC
    The first problem is:
    When I register a user from webshop.
    I can add the product into basket, but when I check it out, the system give me an error: 99  can't use partner xxx. (But we can check out the basket before, I dont where be changed.)
    Second:
    After check out, the system will create an order, but price of the order is zero, I dont know to resolve this question.

  • 2 Sales order types to post to 2 value fields

    Hi,
    Previously, 2 sales order types ZSA4-samples med. & ZSA5-samples adv. posts to one value field which is VV310 Local mktg mgt.  Business users now requires these sales order types to post to 2 new separate value fields.  
    So,  in Controlling I assigned condition types Z231 VAT Expense & Z232 VAT Exp/Sample FOC to value fields VV230 & VV201 respectively. 
    The SD consultant then changed the ZTHV07 pricing procedure to include these 2 condition types by creating 2 new steps and assigning them to  routines 914 & 915.  I am not sure if I should change these routines.
    ZSA5 sales order type is posting correctly to value field VV201 but ZSA4 is also posting to VV201.  It should post to VV230.
    Thanks to advise if there's any setting whether in SD or CO I should change.
    P.S.
    The following are the other configurations inside the system:
    ZSA4 & ZSA5 sales order types are assigned to D (Sample) document pricing procedure. 
    Pricing procedure ZTHV07 is assigned to document pricing procedure D.

    Let us understand more on your requirement.
    For doc.type ZSA4, you want to have only condition type Z231.  And for doc type ZSA5, you want to have only condition type Z232.  Therefore, each document type will post to COPA to correct value field.
    Well, then if that's the case, I would say your requirement number 914, 915 doesn't work (it's definitely on SD side).  They are developed based on your requirements so I cannot comment since it is not standard routine.

    Instead of going with Transaction variants go with Authorization check , so that your requirement can be fulfilled , say if document type CR is in display mode then give authorization to release the billing block. But if the document type CR is in change mode then give the authorization change mode . Then your requirement can be fulfilled.

    Hi,
    As solution suggest above is correct use VBAP table and Field is PS_PSP_PNR into ur incompletion log and assign this procedure to ur Item category. And If u want to WBS element check at header level the use VBAK table and field PS_PSP_PNR and assign this incompletion log to ur sales document type.
    Once more setting is required to stop the order from saving if incompletion check is unsucessful, for that you need to check a checkbox named "Incomplete. Message" in VOV8 tcode, for ur perticular sales document types.
    Hope this will resolve ur problem.

    You can setup user parameter for parameter AAT
    Use transaction SU3 for every user
    Goto tab Parameters
    Add a line
        Parameter_ID: AAT
        Parameter value:  Your order type
    Save user profile
    Please note that this solution will not prevent user to change the value of field order type during VA01. However he will always get this as default value. You should do this for every user you need to have default value.

  • Define screen variantes by sales order type

    Dear Gurus,
    Im working with SHD0 trx,i have following stage:
    2 sales order types (Sales order A & Sales order B), both with diffrents fields to be shown. when i create a sales order A the system should call screen z "A".
    when i create a sales order B the system should call screen z "B".
    So the screen variant should be determinated by sales order type.
    Another possibility is to create z transactions, this transacctions calls to VA01. Then relate z transactions to screen variant.
    It's is possible to do?
    Can someone advise me?

    Dear Friend,
    Transaction Variants are assigned at Sales Document Levelin VOV8.
    This means you can have different Screen Variants for each Sales Order Type (A & B).
    Thus in your case, you can create two different Transaction (Screen) Variants for each Document Type.

    BAdI solution although it fulfills the general selection options.
    Also refer consulting note   902968 - No user exit/BADI to influence selection in CFM1

    VBKD-BSARK - Purchase order type
    VBAK-BNAME - Name: user ordered

    Or the other way round I want to know what are the corresponding fields in CRM for these fields so that when I pass the data in crmd_order in those fields it gets populated in the above mentioned fields.

    May I suggest you to create an Order in R/3 with these fields and check that back in CRM. This is not as easy as it may sound. It is possible that some of these fields are "determined" by the system - for example the "Sold-To"'s first telephone number maintained in VBAK-TELF1. So, though it becomes a part of the Order header in R/3, CRM, generally doesn't duplicate them in the transaction but allows to refer back to the master data from the transaction!
    Check the following fields in CRM and see if you find the data you require.
    VBKD-BSARK - Purchase order type There is a field in CRM that "holds" this value. ACTIVITY CATEGORY. This can be found in the ACTIVITY_H set of the transaction. Filed name CATEGORY. Problem with this is, - "Category Type" of a CRM Activity to be mapped to PO type? Didn't workout good for us since the master data for both vary widely. So, we used custom Header Extension data for this (EEWB). So, you have to work
    VBAK-BNAME - Name: user ordered Is usually CREATED_BY in the CRM Order Header (CRMD_ORDERADM_H). But this fills up the VBAK_ERNAM bit not the BNAME.See the next item, that may give a clue if this is related to the next item.
    VBAK-TELF1 - Telephone number is usually "determined". Usually the Sold-To's first telephone number maintained in the Business Partner "Communication" section for that Sold-To.
    VBKD-IHREZ - Web Confirmation Number Actually it is Customer's or vendor's internal reference as per standard use. Looks like your customer is using it for custom purposes. Well, if you maintain the relationship  "Is Correwspondence Recipient for" with the Sold-To partner in CRM, and maintain the details of this Person, then this will be transferred to R/3.
    Hint: Once you have the R/3 order in CRM, try using the Report program (SE38)  CRM_ORDER_READ in CRM. This is a good tool to "dissect and see" and order in CRM. The program needs only the Transaction Number as the input.

              Please suggest me how to rename one of the field name in the sales order application.
            I have add a new field called YOUR_REF_SHIP and simultaneously have to  rename it from your reference to Carrier Account No. this field  is available in the filed group SLO_DETAILS_GENERAL1.
             This field is located in the General data tab of the sales order application.
    I have created the Text Key in the Define Interface Texts and used the same text key in the Rename Field Label, but it is not working.
    and i dont want to change it with the CMOD transaction.
    Please suggest me where i have went wrong.

    Hello Anil,
    The field groups are to be regenerated.
    However, I have done a similar thing and in the past, the layout generation helped me. In the recent example, the name is not reflected as per the interface text.
