Add Instance Continue to Second Page

I have a subform where I am adding instances to. Once page 1 is full i would like to have the instances continue to page 2.

If the object you Cut and Pasted is a Table, and if it defaults to a Floating Object, it will not flow to the next page. There are two possible solutions - you can change the table to Inline, or you can start again and do Paste and Match Style instead of a regular Paste.

To add a new link on the left nav:
You can go to site settings> navigation> add a link under "current navigation".
For the second requirement:
You can create a "links" list and add it to that second page. This way you can have that "Add Links" option and add links.

How to print main window data in second page without header

hi friends.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
I am printing billing docu details in main window ,the data is coming in two pages but there is problem in printing as the tables is continuing in second page the line is not coming for the table for first row,space is also coming for second page for header .
my issue is to remove space before printing table and line should come for the table for 1st row in second page.
please help .

Hi Raghukumar,
1. For the line not coming on the top row of the second page, check if the rowtype u have used in the table has been given a border on the upper side.
2.For the space issue in the second page, I assume you might have used only a single Page in your smartform and the same page is called again.Hence as per the main window size and length data will be displayed in all pages of the smartform.
You may need to create a second page with the Main window length occupying the compete page so that data display starts from the top of the page. next Page attributes of the smartforms should be entered accordingly.

Add instance in a subform which also can be doubled

Hi,
I have a subform X which can be doubled by a click on the button. In that subform X there is another subform Y which also can be multiplied to a maximum of 3.
Now when I add a subform X and i want to add some subforms Y. The form will only add the subform Y in the first subform X and not in the second one.
This is the script I use:
for subform x

and for subform y

To add instances to the second occurance of subform x you will need to address it with subformx[1].
Note that the [ ] brackets are not valid in javascript so your expression should look something like this:

You can insert a page break with the Insert (menu) > Page Break.
Note if your typing overflows the first page, then a new page is automatically created.

Hi,
If the text doesn't fit in page, the it will be printed in the next page.
If it is one line or two line by increasing the length of the window, you can accomodate.But if it more than than then its not possible to print in the same page.
If you dont want to get the text truncated then just use PROTECT and ENDPROTECT command in order to protect the text.
Then the whole text will be printed either in First Page or Second page depending on the amout of text.

Problem in Continuous check printing from second page in F-58

Hi ,
I am using T code F-58 to trigger cheques. I have made a Z* of the standard script F110_PRENUM_CHCK as I just require the Payee name, date, amount in digits and amount in words to be printed on the cheque.I am using the continuous stationary for the cheque . I am using EPSONLQ1150II DOT Matrix printer.
The cheque dimensions are ; width:202 MM and Height 94 MM excluding the dots on either side.
I have created a z page format with the same dimensions ,
also created format type with same name and for device type SWIN - Windows printing via SAPlpd
z format is linked.
Also in local system , i defined z page dimensions in server properties
and selected printing preferences as this z page size .
Issue :
When i am trying to take print , check is printing properly in first page for spool 1 .
If again when trying to print 2nd spool , check is not printing properly in second page check.
It is printing 2mm down , for 3 rd page further printing downwards.
As this is pre printed stationary data is not lying correctly from 2 nd page onwards.
kindly give me any suggestions how to rectify this.

Printer initialization : # no action.
End of page is having \f
End of line is having \n
Reset after exit is having # sapwin x_paper
Cover page is : # no title page
all are in green.
Same thing i included for MY z page format . But still it is printing same as mentioned above.
Kindly suggest how to write initialization for z page format for SWIN device type.

How to add a second page to scene selections link

I imported a QuickTime that has 12 chapter markers. iDVD automatically creates the main page that has two links: "Play Movie" and "Scene Selection". When I try to burn the DVD, I get an error telling me that the "Scene Selection" page has more than 12 buttons. If you add the 12 scene titles and the back arrow button, then there are 13 buttons. Therefore, I must add another page that will contain at least one of the 12 scene titles. My question is, how can I keep the one main page so that when I click on "Scene Selection", it takes me to a second page that has a few scene titles and also has a page advance arrow that if clicked, will take me to the next page of scene selections. The only way I can figure out how to do it is to have the main page contain two links: one for scenes 1 - 6 and one for scenes 7 - 12. What am I missing? Thanks for any help.

On the scene selection page use the "+" button to create a new submenu page:
Select the last scene link, go to the submenu and paste. Go into the Preview mode and make sure the link works. Then go to the first scene selection menu and delete that last scene link.
If you copy and paste more than one link to the subkmenu remember the order they are added to that menu determines the order they will be highlighted when using the DVD player's remote device.

I have a form with fields that continue to a second page. The field numbers start over from 1 on the second page, so tabbing doesn't work correctly.

In my Pages document, I've gotten to the bottom of the page and can't get a second page.

If you are using the wprd processing document it will add a page when go continue to write.
If you use a page layout document and have added a textbox to write your text you have to go Insert > Page > choose text or blank.

Add Instance Subform content to textbox

Hi all,
There is sth I would like to do.
I have a form which has a text field that is in a subform where you can add instances. No problem with pages etc.
Now, I have created a text field where I would like all entries to be repeated as plain text possibly separated by rows.
For example:
Textbox in Subform: Eggs
Textbox 2 in Subform (after clicking the add instance button): Butter
Text box at the end should either say:
Eggs, Butter
or
Eggs
Butter
Does anyone have an idea on how I can achieve this?

Actually I have several requirements. I have attached the pdf as this seems easier at this point.
At the beginning of the pdf, I have the marks in three boxes. I would like to concatenate them with a comma between the different entries into a text field that users can then copy paste into the next form.
Let’s say in the first box you put:
A
B
C
In the second,
D
E
I would like to have a text box that comes out as: A,B,C,D,E
Second problem I am facing with this task is at the countries.
I have a country online selection and a second country selection.
Ideally I would like to have just one box with all countries and be able to tell the pdf that certain countries have the characteristic “Online”.
Thus if the client clicks on “Add” I would have two list boxes: One for Online and one for Rest. Depending on what the characteristic of the country it would either go into the Online or the Other.
Any ideas on my problematic.
I was thinking working with numbers and maybe telling the system that if it is under 100, move to Box 1, if it is over 100, move to Box 2.

Can I stop the continuous saving of Pages document?

Can I stop the continuous saving of Pages (iwork) document? I am currently working on a large Pages document - a school handbook that is topping 500mb due to the photographs. On a Macbook Pro I7 with SSD drive the continuous saving of the document when I do the slightest change is driving me to distraction - I have no idea what it would be like with non-SSD! It takes around 30 seconds each time I move a single photograph. Can I stop this versioning that Pages does?

Your problem is not linked to versioning but to AutoSave.
Autosave try to save every change when we leave the app "unoccupied" for a short time and, if we don't, it force save on a regular basis. It's this feature which is at work in what you describe.
By default, Versions apply once an hour or when you force it pressing cmd + s so it's not it which is at work.
My own tip when I want to edit a large file is to rename it from azerty.pages into azerty.template.
This way, when I start a session upon this doc, I don't work on a document which was already saved once, I work on one which was never saved so, Autosave doesn't apply.
CAUTION: this feature is killed after the first save process.
Happily, there is an answer :
Use my script Save_As (thanks to FastScripts I gave it the shortcut cmd+shift+s) or use it encapsulated in a Service by Peggy.
This script trigger File > Duplicate
then File > Save…
This way it allow us to keep consecutive files storing the contents of our work in progress but the document upon which we work remains unsaved so free of AutoSave feature.
We retrieve what we were doing under 10.6.8.
To be able to work a more comfortable way, we will have to wait the delivery of the next upgrade which, I guess, will be iCloud aware which require deep changes in the app design so that it will be able to save the documents by small blocks as was explained during the late WWDC seminars.
Now, I will give a less technical advice :
I'm quite sure that on the long run, it would be better to replace your larges picture files by smaller ones fitting the true requirements. Inserting files with a rez greater than 300 dpis in the printed size is counterproductive. As you see, I add my vote to fruhulda's one. She was also perfectly right when she urged you to crop your pictures out of Pages. This one doesn't crop the pictures, it put a mask hiding what you wan't to drop.
It's fine to build quickly a draft of a document but for the final work, it's better to prepare the pictures with a dedicated application.

Is there a way to automatically add another of the same page while a form is being filled?
I have a two-page form of which the second page is essentially a spreadsheet analog. Often, there is need for for more lines than are available on the page. Is there a way in which to add another or even multiple copies of the second page?

Issue with last-page-first Body (header of second page repeating)

I am generating some invoice document and there is tax section at the end of document.Invoice can be one page document or it can be multiple pages document.I also have separate header and footer for first page and then for subsequence pages.
Assume that it is only one page and there is sufficient space left to display Tax tables. I am using

This approach works fine when document is more than one page. Moment I get only one page for my invoice it uses the header of second page.
I already tried <?start@last-page:body?><?end body?> tag but it moves it to the next page and I want it in continuation.

1.Check the Paragraph FOrmat . Character Format ( the smartstyle) that you have assigned to the last page.
2. if it is the Terms and conditons page , check the text module (SO10) and its corresponding SmartStyle (paragraph format,character format).
See if u have used Underline in the style..
