Add language package SMLT

Hello, in system installed language from wrong file (Language ECC 6.00 SR3).
Now need install language package EHP4 for SAP ERP 6.0/NW7.01 SR1.
I install this package in system, create supplementation in 000 and production mandant, execute programm RSLANG20. But text in production mandant stay from old package, in 000 mandant text from new package.
How implement new language pack in a productive client?
Used RSTLAN_SUPPLEMENT_ONI for reset supplementation and copy translations?

Go to SMLT -> select the Language
highlight your selected language then select LANGUAGE -> IMPORT PACKAGE
After that check the language consistency with the report: RSTLAN_LANGUAGE_CHECK
If there is any Software unit affected import the Language from Support Packages:
RSTLAN_IMPORT_OCS
Check the following sap notes :
Note 1309530 - Required adjustment for the report RSTLAN_LANGUAGE_CHECK
Note 1366014 - RSTLAN_LANGUAGE_CHECK: Incorrect supplementation mode
Note 1296028 - RSTLAN_LANGUAGE_CHECK

Error when checking package - SMLT

Hi im trying to oimport new languanges into the system
currently it only have en, de,
i wan ti import addtional vi , zf, zh..
rscpinst is done, and profile parameter is updated.
Languange files are inside EPS/in folder, bot ecc languange and ehp4 languange pack
the problem is everytime i want to import, during searching the package it giving an error..
my ecc system is wan ecc6 then upgraded to ehp4 , have anyone can advise, where to look detailed error..the message is too generic

For Language installation, please check SAP Note first specific to your language. Check for <language> install.
1. You must know code page of your language, install that code page by executing RSCPINST report. Many times this report end with an error. So check following tables for your code page
TCP0D This must contain your country code and empty language
TCPDB This must contain your code page in both fields
2. You are required to make changes in Instanse profile RZ10 for installed language, login language, check that sap note.
3. First Create a language using SMLT. after you create, you will find an import icon in front of defined language.
Click it, a new screen will appear,give the path as required and say import.keep on checking SMLT screen till the time it become green.
Regarding Language CD, You have to order for specific language you want to install, latin american languages comes with standard kit, check Language CD of your Installation kit.
PS.
Never install language without reading notes specific to it. First finish all prerequisite then go for SMLT import. Keep one seperate session open and do not close it till the time u sucessfully log in into system after Lang Import.

AIM2-CUE Error Language package install

I am having the following problem:
Router 2851 with 124.24T IOS with CME 7.1.1
Modules: AIM2-CUE ver. 7.1.2
I need to install the Portuguese language pack and the command that i am using in the CUE CLI is:
software install add url ftp://ftpserveripaddres/cue-vm-pt_PT-langpack.nmx.7.1.2.prt1 username cisco password cisco
The result is this:

Cannot not install the language .prt file directly like that.
Instead, install upgrade the language package .pkg, from there you will have a menu selection, and choose from there.

Nokia does not offer user-installable language packages.
Nokia just creates different firmware versions with sets of different languages based on the countries/regions the phone is manufactured for.
At the factory, the phone receives an identifying "produc code" which determines also which firmware updates Nokia offers for it. So, when you use Nokia's Software Updater, or the over-the-ai (OTA) updating of firmware, the phone sends the product code value to a Nokia server, which then returns the correct firmware (including the fixed languages specified by that code) for that phone.
A Nokia service/repair center might switch the phone to a different firmware variant with different languages, but as the language combinations in firmware packages is fixed, you cannot choose languages individually.
So, in other words, there is no Nokia supported way for you to add just an individual language to your phone.

Romanian language package

We use EP 6.0 and even the romanian language is displayed in the language drop-down the portal does not have this package.
Do you have any idea, how to gain this language package and how to upload to the portal?

SAP GUI slow down after installed Eastern Asian Language Package

Hello,
Have any idea what happened to SAP GUI after installed Eastern Asian Language Package on Windows XP ?
I am working on smartforms translations in SE63 and during entering the japanese or chinese text my working area is slowing down(problems with scrolling), like missing memory or sth?
How to overcome it?

There is a known performance problem with certain SAPGUI patches in certain constellations:
Note 1460669 - Performance problems in SAP GUI for Windows
You may try to install the newest patches or downgrade to a patch that does not have that problem.

Hi,
The values in that field come from FND_LANGUAGES_VL view. The data in this table is seeded by Oracle and you are not supposed to add/delete/update records in this table.
In case the languages that you want are not available, you may create an attribute in Person DFF to capture correspondence language and the list may show values from a custom value set.

I have Import the DANISH Language with Supplementation Language ENGLISH. It is recommended to keep the Secondary Language and Supplementation Language the same. Default value is GERMAN. I didn't change the secondary language before start supplementation,
Could you please advise how to change the secondary Language to ENGLISH in system data of Language Management(SMLT).

Cant install new language package on mobile dictio...

Hi,
im trying to install on my 5800 new language(thai)
i have english,hebrew.bulgarian,
when im install the thai language , the software want to remove other language and i need to choose , but i can remove only the hebrew language.
i want to remove the bulgarian, and there is no option to remove it..
i hope there is a solution for this problem..
there is a way to uninstall all the dictionary software and reinstall it with the language that i want to install ?

Regarding your concern in downloading a language package for your phone 5800 XpressMusic, actually it's possible you just have to open the diction ary application on your phone then once it prompts you Only English Language install, install other language? so press yes and it will direct you to the Nokia Website, but if you don't see it press Options inside the mobile dictionary and then look for Language and then you have there the selection download, same thing you'll be routed to the Nokia Website, just select the Language but make sure that the language is being used in your country because if your phone will not support it, you will not be able to use that language you downloaded.

I just ordered the "Spanish Language package", but cannot tell what I bought!
Only thing I now find under "Plans" is this:

27 of the most popular channels like Univision and Galavision
Best news, sports and entertainment from several Spanish-speaking countries
but Univision and Galavision already come with the Premier package.
Now that I say that, I don't see "Premier Package" anymore, either.It's on my bill!
Ok, postpone that for now, current question is: what 27 extra spanish language channels do I no get for my $11.99?

Connect App-V 5.0 Add-in package

Hi Everyone,
I have sequenced an Excel Add-in application for MS Office using App-V 5.0. Then I have published it on the client machine successfully.
If I launch the Excel shortcut which is installed locally, the excel add-in is not getting loading.
I want connect the App-v add-in package with existing local office application.
What are the steps to be followed to make it success?
Please assist me on this.

You either have to create a separate shortcut for Excel-with-plugin, or you can use the RunVirtual registry key.
