Add memory to a officejet 8620 all in one

Question

I have an office jet pro 8620 all in one printer..... how do I add memory to it. I am getting fax memory full error messages when I try to send more than a 20 page fax.

Hi,
You cannot add a memory to the device, it include a standard size of memory.
First clear the fax log as following, then try sending the fax again:
1. From the printer control panel display, touch and slide your finger across the screen and then touch Setup.
2. Touch Fax Setup, and then touch Fax Tools.
3. Touch Clear Fax Log.
Now try sending the fax and check for any difference.
If the same persists click the Fax option and ensure the resolution being set as "Standard".
