I hope this makes sence i want to add to the 3 layers already there, can i do this, seems a little odd theres only three.

no, iM comes with 1 video track (including the original's audio) plus 2 additional stereo tracks only..
have a look at Final Cut Express at Apple.com .. there, tracks are increased to 99
you can "trick" iM, by laying/dragging a second audio-file OVER an existing one... less convenient, but possible.

Could someone please advise me how I can add more than one video to a track/layer?
I'm cutting and pasting parts and each time I paste, a new track/layer is added.
The final video is going to be approximately 5 minutes long.
I am 17 seconds in and have 54 tracks already!
How do I stop this?

More video tracks. This is actually what you want.
Unless you're just making a still image (like Photoshop), multiple layers give you control to animate each individually. (If it's just a Photoshop comp you're after, you may want to create it in Photoshop)
If you want to move ALL OF THE VIDEO TRACKS TOGETHER, you can use
parenting or
precompose those individual layers into a single composition.

How to add New Layers...?

Well, I recently went out and bought myself the new version
of Dreamweaver CS3. Never used it in my life, so I'm pretty new to
it. Um, starting out to create my first website, but currently at a
road block. My question is, how to I add new layers in CS3? Here's
the background information:
...I wanted to enter a text (which would later be turned into
a link) on a image that I inserted. Somehow, I'm having problems
inserting the text ON the image. Some users on other forums
recommended me to add the image in a table, then add new layers on
top of it, or I think that's what they meant. I've used Photoshop
before, and adding new layers in that program is more easier than
Dreamweaver, or I'm a little slow... :)
And I guess it wouldn't hurt asking this question one more
time: How do we add texts on an image? What is the recommended way,
and how should I go on doing so? And the last question is
important. Don't tell me what I should do, tell me HOW I should do
it...

Now that I've been playing around a bit more, I've come across another question. This time it has to do with the color replacement tool. I've been using the eyedropper (color picker tool) to get the color I want use in the replacement. I've happened upon a situation where I can't get the color I need in the right place. It's when I try to "tint" the windows on a vehicle. I use the eyedropper to pick the blackest area on the photo (above the front passenger tire), but when I apply it to the window, I can only get a light grey to apprear, not black.
Here's the screen shot of the passenger window after I have applied the "black tint". Is there a way to get the tint darker using the color replacement tool, or do I have to do some layering??

How to add more fields at level task for importing to MsProject

Hi everyone,
We would like to have the same number of fields either for importing as exporting; or at least, the fields that we need.
The problem is when we are configurating the fields for exporting from cProjects to MsProject, we found 81 available fields and then we don't find the same amount for importing (34). So, in some cases we don't find fields which were configurated for exporting and it is no posible to upload the information back because the field is no available for importing.
Does anyone knows how to add more fields for importing at the cProjects side?

Some fields can not be migrated because of MsProject designe. The above is the reason why cProjects' customizing does not offer the
mapping of the same nuember of fields.

How to add more drop zones or movies in an idvd menu

I was building a dvd in idvd and ran out of drop zones to fill but I couldn't figure out how to add more drop zones.
I tried different templates but I could find none that had more than 12 drop zones.
Then I was adding movies to the main menu and idvd refused to allow more movies added when I reached 10 movies. It said that the template did not accept more movies.
I tried a few other templates and could not get it to accept more.
I don't want to add submenus because the movies being used do not lend themselves to being put into different submenus.
Is there some way to add more than the default drop zones in an idvd template and to add more movies in a menu without having to use submenus?

If you want more freedom, buy Apple's Final Cut Studio and learn to use DVD Studio Pro.

Can I add more ram than suggested

I need to get some more ram for my imac that apple say I can expand to 16gb. I currently have the standed 4gb.
In the following article from pcworld i noticed the following (especially the bold)

The 21.5 inch iMac has support for up to 16GB of memory; third party companies are offering 32GB memory upgrades for the new 27-inch iMac.
Does this mean that I can technically go up to 32gb? Is there a down side to adding more the an 16gb suggested.

Although you can install up to 16 GBs of RAM in both 21 and 27" models, I can not confirm that you can install 32 GBs in the 27" model. You might check OWC to see what they say.

Try using RecBoot to kick it out of recovery mode. If that does not work, try a manual install, as outlined in link below. If it STILL keeps entering recovery mode, you most likely need a new logic board.

I just started using Lightroom, and I want to know how I can add more than one picture onto a page to print or email. Right now, I will choose a picture, and it will make all of the pictures on the page that picture. I have even tried dragging a picture onto a page, but it just changes all of the pictures to the dragged picture.

I would like to add more than one Wiki-Cal to my Webcal (or CalDAV). Well I have two Wikis with calendars both are shown in my webcal (see photo)
I have added the wiki calendar "Oberstufe" and from another wiki "Praktikum".
In one Wiki I want to add a second calerndar "stundenplan". This works very fine (see photo)
The problem is that I can't add this second calendar "Stundenplan" to my iCal calendars. The Link is added. When the mouse is over this link there is a hand. But pressing this link doesn`t work.
Where is my mistake?
I'm using OS Lion Server with an SSL-Connection and a selfsigned certificate.

I am facing a problem related to adding jPanels in jScrollPane. My application needs more than 500 jpanels in the jscrollpane.where in each jPanel 4 jtextboxes, 1 comboboxes, 1 check box is there.when the check box will be clicked then the total row( ie row means the panel containing the 4 jtextboxes, 1 comboboxes, 1 check box ).and when the user will click on move up or move down button then the selected jpanel will move up or down.
The tool(sun java studio enterprise 8.1) is not allowing more Jpanels to add manually. so i have to add the jpanels by writing the code in to a loop. and the problem is that when i am trying to add the code in the code generated by the tool the code written out side the code by me is not integratable into the tool generated code.
If u watch the code here am sending u ll get what am facing the problem. The idea of creating jpanels through loop is ok but when trying to impleent in tool facing difficulties.

Thanks for here kind attention to solve my problem.
I am thinking to create the classes separately for the components (i.e the jpanel, combobox,textbox etc)and call their instaces from the for loop .But the problem is the jpanel will contain the other components and that jpanels (unlimited jpanels will be added later)will be later added to the jscrollpane.
By writing code, the problem is to place components( the comboboxes,textboxes etc placed on the jpanel ) in appropriate coordinates . So i am doing it through tool .
I am sending here the sample code related to my actual need . In this i have taken a jScrollPane, on that i have added jPanel1 and on jPanel1 i have added jPanel2.On jPanel2 jTextField1, jComboBox1,jCheckBox are added. If the u ll see the code u can understand what problem i am facing.
If i am still not clearly explained ,please ask me. plz help me if u can as u have already handled a problem similar to this.

How can I add more than one song to fit the length of the slideshow

I would like to add more than one song to my slideshow. I do not want to repeat the same song more than once. Is there a way to add more than one song to a slideshow?

Great - unfortunately it is not intutative - but simple - once you know the secret - and at least in iphoto '08 it acts like you can select multiple songs using the command key but it only plays the first one
