Add multiple location google map

How can I add a Google map with more than one location. I have 2 biz locations, but I do not see a way to have multiple biz locations on same map. Can I have more than one address? How do I do it?

Hi David,
There is no out of the box solution for this in Muse. I'll leave this discussion open for other members to reply with the workaround they have, if any.

  • Add marker to Google Map

Hi there.  I am creating an iPad app with In Design CS5.5. I want to add a link from an image with a button to a Google map showing where the image was taken. I can successfully add the map and load it but I cannot find out how to add the marker showing the exact location. I also want earth view to appear rather than street maps.  Hope somebody can help.  Many thanks in advance.  Ian Brodie

    Hi Ian
Dont know if this will help, but this pages shows how to define a url to a specific point on a map, ie with postcodes etc
    Cheers

  • Receiving signals over wifi then map locations google map

    Hello,
Student working on a senior design project and have some familiarity with LabVIEW through internships but have some questions.  I am attempting to send unique signals from fire hydrants that are currently being blocked by cars in a tow zones in a major city over Wi-Fi to a receiver (does NI have a product for this) that will then have push pins on a google map showing the current blocked hydrants.
I have read the forums about Google Earth and LabVIEW functionality together, is there a way to recieve the signal and then map it through LabVIEW?

    Hi capstone,
This sounds similar to a product demonstration National Instruments did, tracking cyclists live on Google Maps. Check it out!
    In
this case a PDA was used (as Mike suggested) for acquiring data
(including GPS), which was then sent to a remote server via a mobile
broadband modem.  The server then updated Google Maps.
    The modem used
was not a National Instruments product.  The only Wi-Fi product we
currently provide is the NI WAP-37x1 industrial wireless access point,
client, and bridge.  It is basically an industrial version of a common
802.11b/g wireless router.  This makes it useless for a communication
range of an entire city, but could suffice to give a smaller scale
    demonstration.

  • Google Maps for Flash in AIR for Android: ~2 minutes to start up

I have a "Hello World" style AIR for Android app using Flash Builder 4 Burrito/Flex Hero.
When debugging on device (stock HTC Desire) using Flex version v1.20 of Google Maps for Flash (map_flex_1_20.swc), it takes 1 minute and 50 seconds for the app to startup to display a simple map:Map3D on the home screen. The same app without the map:Map3D object starts in just a few seconds.
There are no startup delays using the simulator.
Anyone know what might be causing the severe startup delay when running on device?
    Thanks,
    Stephen

Hi - yes no problem: I've uploaded a sample app here: http://crackedfrog.com/files/AndroidAIRMap.zip.
You'll need to add a valid Google Maps API key and corresponding URL back into the maps:Map3D object:
    <maps:Map3D left="0" right="0" top="0" bottom="0"
      xmlns:maps="com.google.maps.*" id="map"
      url=""
      key=""
      sensor="false"/>
This shows the same behaviour as described above - around 2 minutes to start up when debugging on the device.
    Appreciate any help.
    Thanks,
    Stephen

  • Need help with icloud, FIND MY IPHONE, google maps

I pull up icloud on my computer, see all my iphones that are on listed but when I go to test the FIND MY IPHONE, all I see is the iphone I chose and a "CAN'T SHOW LOCATION, GOOGLE MAPS IS NOT AVAILABLE".  How do I make it available?  I have google earth downloaded on my notebook and it works on my desktop computer but not on my laptop.  I have hit "display content" on the alert bar but I get nothing.

I had the same problem when I used Firefox as my browser; problem went away when I used IE instead.

  • Is it possible to have multiple locations in the Google Maps widget?

    Hey folks,
Lets say you're designing a website for a client with multiple stores, you just want to point them all out, right?
Just want to know if it is possible to have multiple locations in the Google Maps widget. I guess it shouldn't be that difficult, but I can't figure it out..
any help would be highly appreciated!
    thanks,
    Thom

It seems that you can only use one address for this widget.
For this to work you will need to create the map in Google Maps with all your points and then copy the embed .html from Google into Muse.
Example of an embed google map with multiple points imported into Muse:
    (Object/Insert HTML)

  • Can multiple locations be routed on the new Maps?

Is there anyway to add more than one location for a route? I wanted to use multiple pins and set up the best route for errands in an area I am not familiar with? Cannot find any info about this.... Many thanks.

I do not see this possibility on the Maps ver. 1.0
Google maps will allow for this option.

  • Safari 8 hover does not work over google map location pins

    OS X 10.10.1,   Safari 8,  Java 8-25
I have always had little odd things not work when using safari on a large % of websites I visit,  the latest issues are
no response when hovering over google map location pins, travel site calendars not opening or responding to mouse, drag and drop
show the item being dragged several inches away from the actual pointer, some links don't respond, missing items
or odd layout with print or pop ups going off the screen on some website pages, zooming in and out does not help. I have none
of these issues when using Firefox or Chrome. Been using Safari for 4 years now.

Have you tried a PRAM and an SMC reset? They're longshots, but don't take long to try.
    PRAM: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1379
    SMC: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964
Have you run Apple Diagnostics from the disc(s) that shipped with the computer?
Since the problem occurs in all browsers, it still sounds like a video hardware or video RAM or maybe a software issue having to do with layers and rendering.
The map layers aren't getting rendered, or if rendered, aren't getting displayed.
Do you have any browser add-ins? Pop-up blockers?
Since you have two video chipsets, it's possible that might be related to the issue.
This non-Apple website talks about switching between chipsets on the various MacBook models so equipped, and points to a free 'donationware' program for the menubar that lets you easily switch between chipsets:
    http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/macbook_pro/macbook-pro-unibody-faq/macboo k-pro-unibody-switching-between-graphics-processors.html
Trying to think of other software that might help pinpoint the problem, does the iPhoto Slideshow 'Shatter' template work? Working properly, it 'shatters' images into several color layers and rotates them in and out to build and deconstruct photos.

  • How can I add multiple, successive destinations in "Maps" such as on a delivery trip with several stops ?

How can I add multiple, successive destinations in"Maps" such as on a delivery trip with multiple stops and so needing driving directions i.e. set up a route ?

    Maps help:
Mark a location with a pin
You can drop a pin on a location to get directions or help you find it again.
    Open Maps
On your map, go to the location you want to mark with a pin.
Choose View > Drop Pin. If the pin isn’t exactly where you want it, put the pointer on it and hold down the button until the pin “hops.” Drag the pin into place, then release the button.
To see information about a location, click its pin, then click the Info button. To close the Info window, click outside of it.
To remove a pin, select it, then choose View > Clear Pin.
    Get directions
Using Maps, you can get directions to help you navigate on foot or behind the wheel. Once you've decided where you're going, click the Share button to send your map and directions to your iPhone. (Your iPhone must have iOS 7 and be signed into the same iCloud account as your Mac.)
    Open Maps
    Do one of the following:
Click Directions to open the directions sidebar, then enter the starting and ending locations.
On the map, click a pin to display its info banner, click the info button to see more info, then choose “Get Directions.” (If your starting location doesn't have a pin, you can Control-click or tap it with two fingers, then choose Drop Pin.)
Click either the car (driving directions) or person (walking directions).
If multiple routes appear on the map, click the one you want to take.
To zoom in on a turn, click it in the directions sidebar.
To close or reopen the directions sidebar, click Directions in the toolbar.

  • Possible to add Multiple Destinations on WORLD MAP?

Can I add multiple destinations in 1 world map in imovie? Or only the Start and End location? Thanks

You cannot have multiple destinations in a single map, but you can go from point A to point B to point C to point D, etc. You do this by putting several maps adjacent to each other. So the first map is A to B. The second is B to C. The third is C to D, etc.

  • Show store locations on a Google map

What is the latest way to show store locations on a Google map in BC please? There are lots of resources but they seem to differ for the best approach to embed a Google map & many are out of date.

There is no latest way but the safest way is to use the google geolocation based on address rather then trying to use the lattitude and longitutde from BC. SInce these do not render out anything in several cases. Like if you are in a country that does not have a state for example.
You want to look at the latest google API and html5 implementation.

  • Adding multiple markers to Google maps 1.0 widget??

Is there any way to have multiple markers on the google maps widget? I've tried add some more markers in the code, but I can't get the name's on the markers to change. They all stay the same as the original marker.

Not sure about any "Google Maps Widget".... but Google Maps offers lots of editing options... including pin icons and the content that pops up when when you click the pin....Name, description, links, etc.
Here are the steps I used..
    Create a Google Maps account,
    Log in,
Create a map in "My Places"
    If needed, edit that map.
    For example:
    http://www.exploreolympics.com/map.html
If the "widget" doesn't work... look at the other options available from Google Maps... just Google specifics for more information

Here's some more comprehensive instructions for personalizing Google maps.
Sign in to your Google account.
    Go to.....
    http://maps.google.com/
... and click the "My Maps" tab on the upper left of the page.
Click the "create new map" button and make your map.
Click on the icons at the top left of the map to select or edit map features, add place markers and text, and draw a line or a shape.
When you have created your map, click "Link to this page" at the top right.
Click "customize and preview" in the popup window.
Here, you can customize the map size and make adjustments to the "view".
When all is to your satisfaction, copy the HTML and paste it into an HTML snippet box on your iWeb page.

  • I am in nanchang jiangxi china but my local weather and google map is showing unknown location so Plz help me

I am in nanchang jiangxi china but my local weather and google map is showing unknown location so Plz help me

The weather application is powered by "Yahoo". It doesn't have all cities listed in the database and your city is also not listen. Therefore it's not showing your local weather. You can "ADD" a nearby location in the weather application.
For the location problem, turn the location service "OFF" & "ON". Restart your phone (by long pressing the ON & OFF button on top right & slide to tun off). Then use a WIFI connection to run the google map application and locating your position. I hope this will fix the issue.

how to integrate bing map for including or displaying multiple locations at the same time

Have you aware of the geolocation field that's been introduced with SharePoint 2013?  You can store location data within a list and then integrate this within Bing.  The second tutorial on this Bing team blog will show it well.
