Add new field in contract item additional B

Hi all,
Could you mind to explain the detail how to add it on Contract document additional B in item level? I already read the thread, they say that modified the screen SAPMV45A and screen no 8459. I don't understood how to do it ? Append structure and take the modification of screen. Thanks a lot.

    Try with these User Exits,
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK
    Use this user exit to assign values to new fields at sales document header level. It is described in the section "Transfer of the customer master fields into the sales document".
    The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBAK_FUELLEN.
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP
    Use this user exit to assign values to new fields at sales document item level. It is described in the section "Copy customer master fields into the sales document".
    The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBAP_FUELLEN.
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEP
    Use this user exit to assign values to new fields at the level of the sales document schedule lines.
    The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBEP_FUELLEN.
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBKD
    Use this user exit to assign values to new fields for business data of the sales document. It is described in the section "Copy customer master fields into sales document".
    The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBKD_FUELLEN.

    In transactions ME21n, ME22n, ME23n I need to add a new field  to the table control TC_1211, in SAPLMEGUI screen 1211 for PO line items.  The new field is UNSPSC Code, a 30 char field, which will be enterable/changeable on the ME21n, ME22n screens and display only on ME23n. 
    BADI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST enables you to extend the business logic of the Enjoy purchase order.  Is this the correct BADI to use for the purpose of adding a new input/output field to the PO detail SAPLMEGUI screen 1211?   
    Does anyone have any examples of adding a new field to PO Item Detail screen using BADI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST?  I have had some experience creating Badi's, and would appreciate very much some sample code if possible.

    Thank you for the response.  I tried this and found  Badi ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST.  Do you have any examples of adding a new cust field to PO Item overview screen using badi ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST? I have had little experience creating badi's, and would appreciate very much some sample code if possible.
    In transactions ME21n, ME22n, ME23n I need to add a new field in PO Item overview (screen 1211 of SAPLMEGUI). The new field ZZUNSPSC, has been appended to table EKPO as a 30 char field, which will be enterable/changeable on the ME21n, ME22n screens and display only on ME23n.
    Can you tell me if method FIELDSELECTION_ITEM of badi ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST the correct one to use for the purpose of adding a new input/output field to the PO item overview on SAPLMEGUI screen 1211?

    I have a requirement where I am just trying to add a new field ZZ*** at Item level in ME21N (and no new tabs please)
    I got the modification key and now wat i see is that in screen 1211 SAP has some field mappings with metadata.
    Refer to Include LMEMFSF0T.
    Can you please help me how sud i proceed or  wat can be an alternate way out to solve.

    Hi,
         Another way of doing the same is to use screen-exits for the transaction. You can use the standard enhancement MM06E005 in SMOD for the Purchasing related custom fields. You can add the fields in the screens 0101, 0111 of program SAPLXM06 to get the fields in the tab 'Customer Data' at header level and item level for ME* transactions.
    EXIT_SAPMM06E_006 
    EXIT_SAPMM06E_007 
    EXIT_SAPMM06E_008 
                        are the function modules where u need to do the coding.
    and the fields u have added need to be included in the  includes
    CI_EKKODB
    CI_EKPODB
    of EKKO and EKPO for header level and item level respectively.

    Hi Pavan,
    The BADI which could have been used was BADI_SD_TAB_CUST_H but its made for SAP internal use only.
    if you are working on ECC 6. May be you can try implementing this badi as an extension to SAP standard program and see if it works.

  • IDOC - add new field in in existing segment definition

    For segement type say Z1MARA1 if we need to add a new field in segement definition say Z2MARA1 SAP is not allowing to add new field if we tried to cancelled the realsed 30E it not allowing since the SAP realease which we are working is 640 so only we can create new segement defination with version Z2MARA1001 with new field added but issues is that the partner Profile for outbound parameters the Segment release in IDOc Type is 31I so if we change this segment release in IDOC type to new version ie., 640 then it will pick all the new segement associated with it due to which the the format in which we pass the segements to third party will change so is there any way to use the existing segment definition which is release 30E & add addition field to it. Only one way I found is that when i try to cancel the released message is trigger so in the debug if I make it success it allows to add new field in existing segment definition but which is wrong way of doing is there any way we can used same segment definition & add new field without adding new version & new released.

    I know that we can add new segement with new version my question is existing segement definition can we add a new filed because in partner profile we specified release 31i so even we create new segement type then version will be 640 so it will not pick the latest version.

    We need to add new fields into iProc "search results" page - "Personalize Self-Service Defn" is et, we can enter the personalization screens (from both the "master" link at top/right page level or from the link above the region) - anyway cannot find how to add new fields. Do we have to go to AK developer and/or XML files or is it feasable from OAF (as it is with 11510) ? TIA.

    It depends on what fields you want to add.
    1. If Oracle has included the fields, just render them via personalizations
    2. If they are brand new fields:
    a) you will need to extend the VO (I do not know the exact name).
    b) change the query to get your extra db columns if necesary
    c) add transient attributes to the VO and map them to b).
    d) Then you need to add the items via personalization and map them to the attributes you created in c)

    yes, i was poor in exits side i heard their is no need of accesskey if user exit was available for that transaction but hear i didn't find any screen exits, did u know any screen exits.

    How do I add new fields to Repeating Frames in existing Report. The Report has 2 GRPFR, 1 HDR and 2 Repeating Frames. I would like to add a new field(column) to inner most repeating frame. I added the new golumn to QUERY and GROUPs in Data Model. After adding the new column to inner most Repeating Frame in Layout Model, the Layout model is losing all other frame and it is showing only the modified one.
    How do I add new column to repeating frames without disturbeing other frames.
    Any hellp will be appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!.

    expand your repeating frames do it more big
    for add your new items or field. after you inserted or add, can you put more little your repeating.
    too can you to do one copy of one field in your repeating frame and assign it in his source your new item in your data model.
    normally i begin with the principal frame and go one by one internally.

    The reason behind is: Depends upon UD decision i want to assing customer name. So already we are having one Z Report for all the lots against this lot we have to display customer name.
    So in order to fetch customer name in the Z report we want to assing customer through F4 selection in the usage decision  screen.

    Hi,
    The customer include CI_FMBL can only be used with FMPEP and not with other transaction like FMBB.
    Technically speaking, the structure CI_FMBL must be part of many other interfaces like the one use by BAdI 'FMKU_BUDGET_EVNT'.
    In order to add such customer fields in FMPEP, you have to use the BAdI 'FMBW_CUSTOMER'. For instruction, you have to look at the note 1356725 and the instruction of paragraph 30. Please read the instruction and start to do your implementation.
    With the BAdI 'FMBW_CUSTOMER', you can use the PBO and PAI for handling the customer fields. There is no other place to populate these customer fields. Do you want to use customer fields in FMPEP? Please check note 1356725 for reference.
