In spro -->produciton -->Capacity requirements planning -->Capacity levling and evaluation -->Strategy -->Define sequence and layout keys .. here u can add a field ..this layout key is later used in Planning profile and this planning profile is used in Overall profile .. thus while executing capapcity leveling selecting that particular Overall profile ..

Unable to add new field in custom webadi

Dear Gurus,
I need to add new column to the existing webadi.The existing custom webadi interface is based on a plsql package.I added the new argument to the plsql package procedure and also added the new attribute to the interface.When i try to test the custom integrator after changes to interface and layput, the new field is showing the excel to enter the data and when i press the upload button it is showing the error as below in the log file.

How to add New fields to Customer Master Record Screen

Hi All,
As per our business requirment we need to add some new fields the BP screen.
Could you suggest me how can I customize the new fields in BP creation screen.
I change the screen sequence with the help of VCT, but I need to add some more new fields. Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Your best bet is to read the documentation at:

This gives you an overview of the Easy Enhancement workbench.
Your steps to use it will be the following setup the customizing in transaction EEWC. You can search this forum for help on how to setup this customizing.
Then create the new extension using transaction EEWB, and follow the steps in the help documentation above, also read note: 484597.
After you have read the doucmenation, and if you get stuck, then let me know and I will try to answer those questions. The EEWB is very simple, so I don't think you will have too many problems using it.

in reports 6i we have this limitation, that you can not add a field to a report unless you re-default the whole report, as we do not support positioning-information in the customization file.

How do I add new fields to the 'Customer Data' tab under the BP

I had previously found a screen in the SAP GUI to add fields so that they would show up on the 'Custmer Data' tab under the Business Partner screen. I thought it had been somewhere in se80 but I cannot find it again. Does anyone know where this is? Thank you!

You can do this using transaction EEWB. This is the Easy Enhancement Workbench.
within this, you can use the wizard which will guide you through a step by step process to add the fields you need. Basically, there are 2 ways to add new fields :
1. Add new fields - this adds fields to table BUT000, but places the fields on a new tab called 'Customer Data'
2. Add new attributes table - creates a new table and links it to BUT000 using the partner number.

make append to tables in se11 - CCMBP1FIELDS, CCMBP2FIELDS
in spro in Define customer-specific search control -> mark fields with X.
and enhance html template CRM_CIC_SEARCH_DISPLAY. -> tcode smw0, look for package CRM_CIC_COMPONENTS for html CRM_CIC_SEARCH_DISPLAY. export it from SAP, edit, and import.
you will need to enhance function module used for searching - you will find him in spro in Search Strategies.

Adding new fields in Custom Infotype

Hi,
I need to change some fields of Custom Infotype. But project is already gone live for 1 country. will making changes to infotype affect for existing live country?
Safe side....We are thinking Adding new fields in Custom Infotype. & displaying corresponding fields for countries in another tab
& hiding the old tab.

Please search. Lot of Threads on this.
Follow these steps.
Go to Transaction PM01.
2) Enter the custom Infotype number which you want to create (Should be a 4 digit number, start with 9).
3) Select the u2018Employee Infotypeu2019 radio button.
4) Select the u2018PS Structure Infotypeu2019.
5) Click on Createu2026 A separate table maintenance window appearsu2026
6) Create a PS structure with all the fields you want on the Infotype
7) Save and Activate the PS structure
8) Go back to the initial screen of PM01.
9) Click on u2018Allu2019 push button. It takes a few moments.
10) Click on u2018Technical Characteristicsu2019. Infotype list screen appears
11) Click on u2018Changeu2019(pencil) button
12) Select your Infotype and click on u2018Detailu2019 (magnifying glass) button
13) Give u2018T591Au2019 as subtype table
14) Give u2018T591Su2019 as subtype txt tab
15) Give your subtype field as subtype field
16) Save and come back to PM01 initial screen
17) Click on u2018Infotype Characteristicsu2019 u2026 Infotype list screen appears
18) Click on u2018Changeu2019 (pencil) button
19) Click on u2018New Entriesu2019
20) Enter your Infotype number and short text
21) Here we have to set different Infotype Characteristics as per the requirement. (Better open another session with some standard Infotypeu2019s infotype characteristics screen and use as the reference to fill yours)
22) Save your entries.
23) Now the Infotype is created and ready to use.
24) If you want to change the layout of the Infotype as per your requirementu2026
25) In the PM01 initial screenu2026Select u2018Screenu2019 radio button and give 2000 as the screen name, then click on edit.
26) In the next screen.. Select u2018Layout Editoru2019 and click u2018Changeu2019.
27) Screen default layout appearsu2026here you can design/modify the screen..change the attributes of the fields..etc.
28) Save and activate. (Donu2019t forget to u2018Activate at every level
i think u have to select CI_INCLUDE while enhanceing the Standrad Infotype

Insert Field Name whichever you want
Save
Next Go to the FBL1N.
Select change layout button and select check number from
Save the layout
That is enough For that

Help!!! error after add new field use EEWB

Hello,
I add a new field through EEWB. The new field is add on Complaints header called Internal Reference.
I use wizard of EEWB to add new field , business object: CRM business transaction, then in the wizard, I choose complaints as the type of the transaction, and I check the "search" box for the field, because I also need to use it as search criterial.
Then I go into the BSP_WD_CMPWB, the new field is already available for component BT120H_CPL, view Details. And it is also available for the search view.
So far, everything looks fine.
But when I go into the UI for testing, when I perform the complaints search and click one record to go into the complaints view, it gives me a exception on header. I use SAAB to check the details, it like following:
BTExtRefSet.BTEXTREF/MainWindow
An exception has occurred Exception Class CX_BSP_WD_INCORRECT_IMPLEMENT - Define Application Component 'BTExtRefSet'.

I have the same error but I am not usig EEWB.
I am trying to display my custom set types as assignment blocks in the Web UI on 'objects' view. I able to see my set type as assignment block, but when I click on it, I have this error:

Add new field to HR PCR forms

Hi All,
We are trying to enhance adobe form for scenario SRQ1.
We want to add some new fields to tha form.
For that we have copied the existing standard form to zform.
We have implemented the zinterface too.
To add new field on form we created as an import parameter in form interface.
We added to context of adobe form and on layout.
But we are not getting that field in 'special_data' table in BADI implementation of SRQ1.
Please let me know how and where we should write a code to add new field in 'special_data' table.

But now we are facing problem in adding data to additional_data table.
Can you tell us something about it.
Actually in set_additional_values method of BADI we are adding data to additional_data table but on form it is not reflecting.

IDOC - add new field in in existing segment definition

Hi,
For segement type say Z1MARA1 if we need to add a new field in segement definition say Z2MARA1 SAP is not allowing to add new field if we tried to cancelled the realsed 30E it not allowing since the SAP realease which we are working is 640 so only we can create new segement defination with version Z2MARA1001 with new field added but issues is that the partner Profile for outbound parameters the Segment release in IDOc Type is 31I so if we change this segment release in IDOC type to new version ie., 640 then it will pick all the new segement associated with it due to which the the format in which we pass the segements to third party will change so is there any way to use the existing segment definition which is release 30E & add addition field to it. Only one way I found is that when i try to cancel the released message is trigger so in the debug if I make it success it allows to add new field in existing segment definition but which is wrong way of doing is there any way we can used same segment definition & add new field without adding new version & new released.

I know that we can add new segement with new version my question is existing segement definition can we add a new filed because in partner profile we specified release 31i so even we create new segement type then version will be 640 so it will not pick the latest version.

Report RCATS_DISPLAY_ACTIVITIES to add new fields

Hi SAP Gurus ,
I have a req to add new fields from a table ZCS_ENGINE to the report RCATS_DISPLAY_ACTIVITIES .
I copied the program and create a Z report ZRCATS_DISPLAY_ACTIVITIES , but i am facing difficulties to add new fields
to the fieldcatalog.
Can u please tell the procedure to add fields into the layout and show the output ..

Moderator message: too vague, please describe problems in all technical detail when posting again, what is "difficulties", is it classical, ALV, class based ALV, what have you tried so far, please search for available information on fieldcatalog and layouts before asking.

as per your requirement (3 fields you mentioned )not inthe standard .you have to contact technical team for new report or enhance ment.
