Add new Purchasing Org. to the Cheracteristics of Release Strategy

Dear Experts,
We have around 100+ Release Strategies for which Purchasing Organization is one of the Cherecteristics.
I have a requirement to add a new Puchasing Organization in the Charecteristics for all these strategies.
I think in CL20N, manually, I can add a new Purch. Org. But doing this for 100 times is time consuming.
Can you please let me know if any alternate quick solution available to do this?

Need to extend vendor to a new Purchasing Org

Hello All,
I am getting a flat file with existing vendors in SAP System. I need to extend these vendor to the new specified Purchase Org. and also update the fields as per in the excel file (being uploaded).
One way is to use BDC and perform the desired functionality.
Second method is to use the BAPI BAPI_VENDOR_CREATE, which again uses CALL TRANSACTION.
Is there any other method to extend vendor's (except the other 2 stated above).

Can be done using IDoc, by populating the various segments for basic type CREMAS05 using the new purchasing org and then passing the details to function module IDOC_INBOUND_SINGLE.
Pass the sender and receiving systems/ports both as the same.
Other alternative approach is using BDC; extending vendor using XK01 (for new purchasing org) and then update the extended vendor using XK02.

How to add new marketing attribute to the existing marketing attribute set?

Hi all,
I searched for existing forums but I didn't find the required one. I found some using Tcodes ,which is not my requirement. My requirement is to add new marketing attribute to the already existing marketing attribute set. This attribute set is created by my team lead with 4 attributes but now i have to add new attribute to this set so total will become 5 attributes for this attribute set. This has to be done through marketing professional business role. If this is not done through marketing attribute set, then I will go for the transaction where I can add marketing attribute for attribute set.
Please send the details of both marketing professional business role and transaction code.

Is it possible to add new screen fields to the transaction /dsd/sl_cockpit

HI experts,
Would like to know if it is possible to add new screen fields to the cloned version of /dsd/sl_cockpit.
I cloned the original transaction /dsd/sl_cockpit into a diff. name, now I want to know how I can include/ add those new fields to this transaction. It looks like the screen is dynamically built using Standard ABAP classes. Need help.

AFS : Add new size grid to the production order

Hi,
My companies requirement is, add new size grid for the partially confirmed production order. This production order is created without BOM and components are attached at the point of creation and based on the routings the component allocation also done.
Can anyone help me to solve the issue. Coz for the new size the component requirement is not changed accordingly. Even PP master data read also not possible coz order has been partially confirmed.

In my case there is no master data. Operations and components are manintained in order creation. I have two requirements.
1. Change the order size & qty before the execution of order.
2. Add new size grid after some operations are confirmed in the order.
In the both cases, the component requirement is not changed accordingly.
But in 1st case if only qty change, component requirement is adjusted accordingly.

There is new requirement to add new row to record the stabilty sample in the inspection lot stock tabpage of QA11 usage decision. As we have configured sample usage row to record the sample which we take for testing purpose
and we use to reserves row to record the control samples of the batches which we sell in the domestic and export market.
I require the solution in this context.

Purchase requisition not subject to a release strategy

When I will release PR, appears Error: "Purchase requisition not subject to a release strategy". I've check the configuration, but it was appropriate. Can anyone help me to find the solution?

In our case also we have faced this problem
Usually when you are executing ME54N the system displays the latest viewed / modified PR.
Hope in your case the latest PR viewd / modified is not subjected to release. Hence it is showing the message
Go to ME22N open your PR - Press save button. Then try to open the same in ME54N.

Pl. let us know which table you have considered for purchase group character. We had considered EKKO table and Field EKGRP.

Thanks Solved. The same field is done in development server, but after the request is moved to 201 and we manually changed to EKKO and EKGRP, that why the release strategy is not picking.

Lowest Status No: Sale Document can have several statuses at the same time. However, only one of the statuses may have a status number. If another status with a status number is activated; the old status with status number is deactivated. This is only valid under certain conditions. The system makes a note of the status with the highest status number that has been reached up to the present. The "lowest number" of this status number determines which status number a new status must have.
Highest Status No: Sales Document can have several statuses at the same time. However, only one of the statuses may have a status number. If another status with a status number is activated, the old status with a status number is deactivated, provided the new status number does not exceed the 'highest number' defined for the old status number

How can I add new games without overwriting the old ones?

I have just purchased two new games in the itunes store and although they are showing in the library (under applications) my previously purchased games are not. In Summary under games it will not let me choose selected games only 'all games' and when I press sync warns that the existing games will be replaced. How can I add these games without deleting the older ones? Also if I did want to remove a game from my ipod how do I do it?

Clearly it ISN'T silly as it avoid issues like you are having right now. If you need more space, get an external hard drive. If it is prompting you that it will replace the data on your iPhone, then that is typically the result of syncing with a different computer. The only way you can bypass that is to replace the media on your device and then sync. Now it will only replace items that would be considered purchased items like music, movies, TV shows and Apps and would not delete any pictures from your iPhone. Alternatively you can setup a Shared Photo Stream and then add the Photos there without syncing your iPhone with your computer. Check out the articles below for more information.

if you had non-purchased music on your ipod nano and synced with a new computer it does an erase and sync as it can only be synced to one library at a time - if you have not yet done the erase and sync then you can google some kind of ipod extractor software to see if you can get the non-purchased music off the device - back to the computer - and back into itunes - good luck

Need to enhace tcode FD32 to add new screen fields on the initial screen
