hi ,
i want to add one extra buttom in standard ALV program when user click on that button he will be able to
to export the details in to exel sheet. please help me for that

Already SAP has provided that option. U can use that.
In ALV tool bar click on Local File or ControlShiftF9
they can download it in excel.

open the table in se11 and press append structure in application tool bar
press create button on pop up window.

Create Z-Structure with the fields needed and append the structure to the standard table by using the option append structure within table display
we can enhance the standard tables by using Append structures and customizing includes.
Append structures allow you to attach fields to a table without actually having to modify the table itself. Table enhancements using append structures therefore do not have to be planned by SAP developers. An append structure can only belong to exactly one table.
In contrast, CI_includes allow you to use the same structure in multiple tables. The include statement must already exist in the SAP table or structure. Table enhancements using CI_includes do, however, have to be planned by SAP developers

Hi Ram,
it would be very difficult for you to find an enhancement for such a requirement.
Though i can suggest you to do following analysis and then decide.
See which version you are using if you are using ECC5.0 or above you can use implicit enhancement to append field to the final structure of your report as using implicit enhancement you can add fields to structures.
then find another implicit enhancement to populate this field in your structure.

Need to add one extra field in to Purchase Order XSL-FO Template

I am working on Purchase order XSL-FO template. I need to Customize it. I want to add few more fields in XSL-FO template which are getting the values from database. May be these columns are not present in XML data file , which the printing purchase order concurrent program is using.
Suggest me, what should i do?

Hi Paul,
I need to customise the standard PO XSL-FO template but my problem is, this xsl-fo template has to be used by the seeded Oracle rdf report for display purpose.
As far as i know, the xsl-fo template for PO is called by a java conc program
and the Printed PO report(portrait) program uses the normal rdf layout.
I think the xml data structure/tags produced by the rdf is not similar to the one produced by the java conc program.So, the XSL-FO template can't use the rdf report for displaying.
If you have any info on this please let me know.

Modifying standard ALV report

Hi while modifying one of the standard alv reports,
I had to include one more field..
for that I have made changes to the feild cat and i_tab structure. but the final report is not displaying that additional column

Hi Kalyan,
Though you have added a new column to the Field Catalog, it MIGHT not get displayed on the output. This is because, it would be in the hidden mode. Try this. Click on the Layout, add this new field and save the layout. You should be able to see your new column now.
But dont forget to do the same in Quality and Production systems.

If your first seat is for creative cloud complete ,all the seats that you'll add will be at the same price price and the same product of the first seat ( in this case creative cloud complete).
In your case you must buy another photoshop team with 1 seat and a third indesign team with 1 seat.
You can't mix different product in the same team subscription.
The price does not change regardless of the number of seats purchased.

already quantity and price from data base tables
but the field total price is not from any table..

Quantity and Price both are ddic fields.
Define the TOTAL PRICE of the type Price in the final internal table(table to b displayed).
before passing the data / in looping define the logic...
LOOP AT T_SOURCE.
T_FINAL-PRICE = T_SOURCE-PRICE.
T_FINAL-TOL_PRICE = T_FINAL-QTY x T_FINAL-PRICE
ENDLOOP.
Now all the required values are in the final table.

I've to display 2 fields- (wbs element description) and (network description) along with the standard ALV display, for the Account Assignment type 'Q' and 'N' of all purchase requisitions being displayed.
I was suggested to modify the standard program RM06BF00.
Can you please let me know where and how should I modify the program RM06BF00. Is there any userexit or badi to add my fields??

Hi friends,
In SAP standard ALV report, t.code- S_ALR_87012050, user wants the vendor to include information about source document - vendor number, vendor name, invoice number, original document number of the transaction in the case of payroll being capitalized.
I tell me weather this information is already present in the report or I have to create Z report for adding this information and how do I proceed to add new fields in the created Z program.

Check in the ALV output whether these fields are already there and not displaying in the ALV output, if the fields are not at all printing in the ALV output,then copy the Program to Z program and change it.
write the Code to add the new fields to the internal table and change the Field catalaog to come your fields in the ALV output then print it

Hi,
Containers are used for holding Application data for Workflow purposes.
Event container
Task container
Workflow container
Role container
Binding is the linking of data from one container to the other for making data available all across the workflow.
But you can get values from one container to another container like this
Container(Con)
1. WF Con to Role, Wf con to task con, Wf con to event
and
2. Event con to wf con, task con to wof con
and
3. Method con to task con
and
4. Task con to method con
So, we don't have direct possible binding from task con to task con.

Can we add one additional screen in standard transaction.

One requirement is to create screen after executing the standard transaction.
I have an UserExit to create from where i can use to write a code for the standard tramsaction ,
But How can i add one userdefined screen in SAP Stardard Transaction.
I am not talking about the subscreen / custom exit.
I want to create a small screen this would be itself a screen not imposed on any other screen.

Hi, Mike. It depend on the transaction, but a quick and easy way is to develop a function module which will throw a popup screen and call the function in your user exit.
