Add PS_PSP_NR to table FAGLFLEXT

Dear Experts,
Anybody know how to add field PS_PSP_NR (WBS Element) in the total table FAGLFLEXT. Since we tried to add this field, but SAP show error "Please adhere to the naming conventions (YY, ZZ)".
We also have tried to add this field as ZZPS_PSP_NR.. but this field is not known by standard transaction for WBS allocation (FAGLGA11 - General Ledger: Create Act. Assessmt ).please advise, thanks

Anyone has been successful to add this field ?

Add a new table to an existing Print Layout Designer report

Is it possible to add a new table to an existing Print Layout Designer report? For example, in the Production Order there is a Sales Order field (which is displayed on the report), I would like to display some information from UDFs found on the Sales Order, but when I add a Database Field to the report the Sales Order tables does not appear in the list (OWOR).

It is possible provided there is a relationship which exists between two tables.
You can add a Database field. Goto the Properties and selct Content Tab.
Now in the Table dropdown, hold the Alt Key and click. This displays all the tables in B1. After selecting the Table, you can select the related Column.
Remember there should be a relationship which exists between this column and existing columns.
Because PLD works completely on Joins to my understanding

Add Fields from table ADRC (Fields Name 1 to 4) for Open Item Processing

Hi SAP Expert:
Our client requires vendor/customer name to be displayed in the open item processing line layout for transaction code f-58, so they can double check if the vendor name is complete as intended.
We intend to add fields from table ADRC instead of REGUH since the characters in maintaining vendor/customer name is 40 characters and REGUH - ZNME1s are only 35 characters.
We have managed to add fields from ADRC and change the SAPDF05X program and were able to display the names in open item layout, except that the program seems to "automatically" create a generic table which only carries 30 characters of the vendor/customer name. The source table should be RFOPS_DK but the program automatically looks up from table RFOPS_GEN for the particular fields - Name 1 to 4. Is there a way to "instruct" the program to use RFOPS_DK instead of RFOPS_GEN?

Thanks, i have assigned the layout via o7v3, it is the program that i have a problem with, actually another program that we change is the program MF05BFPO where it generates data to be displayed in the FBZ4 screen, though we add a field with 40 characters (ADRC Name 1 to 4) what the program dispalys is a 30 character Name1 to 4 from structure RFOPS_GEN.
My question is can i extend/change the structure RFOP_GEN to 40 characters, is there any SAP standard program that will aftected if i do so? thank very much...

The examples on NI's website were originally written using the DAO
model, but the latest one was written using the ADO model.
However, I am unable to find either example LLBs on their website
anymore. Maybe they're trying to push their SQL Toolkit.
Along with the VBA help in MS Access, I *highly* recommend the book
ADO Programming for Dummies. Wonderful book. Helped me understand the
VBA help. :-)

Report Writer (Table FAGLFLEXT)

I have created a group of reports in Report Writer where the table of data that use is the FAGLFLEXT.
But, I have a problem for the Companies that use local currency CLP are in the table FAGLFLEXT, Report Writer in thousands of CLP and in Transactions FBL3N/FS10N the amount appears correct, them attached an example.
Table FAGLFLEXT     CLP   12.000,00
Report Writer             CLP   12.000,00
FBL3N/FS10N     CLP     1.200.000 ( Amount Correct)
As additional information I can comment to them that the same does not happen to the other currencies (USD, MXN, BRL, PEN), them attached example
Table FAGLFLEXT     USD 10.000,00
Report Writer             USD 10.000,00
FBL3N/FS10N     USD 10.000,00 ( Amount Correct)
It applies a solution but this it affects all the currencies to me, it modifies a Seth of ratio of the currencies and (HSL * 100) multiplies percent but to this it affects me change in all the currencies.
Friendly, since I can do so that the Report Writer shows the whole amounts to me of CLP and that they do not affect the other currencies.

Add a custom table for field selection while creating field catalog for LIS

I have a requirement to add a Custom table to be available for field selection while creating a field catalog for LIS. Its required as there are many custom fields to be used for field catalog creation and adding them in one of the existing tables listed is not a feasible option for us. Please let me knw if its possible..?? If yes how to get it done..??

You need to add your field in the Data Dictionary first. For example, if
you want the new field in the Order Item field catalog do the following.
Look at structure MCVBAPUSR (SE11). If you already have a user structure
appended to this structure then you can add your new field to your existing
structure. If there is no structure already appended to MCVBAPUSR then you
must create a new structure with your field in it and then append the new
structure to this one.
If you look at structure MCVBAP you will see the data appended to the end
of it.
Now you should see it in the field catalog.

I want to add CheckBox in Table. my requirement is multiselection. I Implemented the following steps, but it's not working. anyone can tell me,what mistake i did?
I created two "Value Attribute"(check,Name) under a "Value Node"(Student) in context.
check - Boolean
Name - mapped a Dictionary simple Type(5 values)
Include a Table in Layout and select Create Binding on right clicking of Table.
Checked only Student and check -> Next
Selected the Editor as checkbox -> Finish
Selected Name from context and assigned to checkbox text property.
Then I deployed the application. But only one checkbox is displayed in Table without any text.
Please give me the suggestion, how to do this.

Hello,
I think you have a fundamental misunderstanding on how Checkboxes work. A Checkbox triggers a boolean value with true (checked) or false (uncheked).
When you map your name attribut to text you will see the content of that attribute as text behind. But not the metadata.
You may want to use a RadiobuttonGroup or CheckboxGroup for your purpose.

Add to Multiple Tables from One Page

Hello,
I am building an application that handles hardware inventory (APEX 4.0). I have an input page that adds data to two or more tables all at once. The page has two forms on it that point to two separate tables. However when I try to run the page, it fails and returns an error:
ORA-06550: line 1, column 437: PL/SQL: ORA-00904: "ORH_LAST_UPDATE_DATE": invalid identifier ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
     Error      Unable to process row of table IDD_ID_DATA.
So far as i can see within the App, that column is not at issue (I am not even doing anything to it and it is nullable). I have looked into the App itself as well as doing some online research but have found nothing helpful...
So my question is this: Is it possible to add to multiple tables from one page? If so how do I do it?
I am new to APEX so any help would be greatly appreciated!

I received an email from the APEX Support Team:
"The simple answer is that you will need to manually code the DML (and query) processes if you wish to maintain multiple tables from one page (There is a limit of one table when using the built-in processes).
In order to do this I suggest you delete the processes generated by the wizards and create PL/SQL processes with insert, update, delete statements as necessary. Such coding is not difficult but is more time consuming than when you can use built-in processes."
I have been playing around with PL/SQL code and the end result is this:
begin
     INSERT INTO table1
     VALUES(
          :P2_Item_Field1,
          :P2_Item_Field2);
     INSERT INTO table2
     VALUES(
          :P2_Item_Field1,
          :P2_Item_Field2);
end;
I used this code in a custom PL/SQL Process in the Processing>Processes section of Page Processing and it seems to work fine now. The only downside to this method is if the name of a Page Item is changed the code will also have to be changed. Other than that i have had no problems.

No 000 Version (RVERS) in table FAGLFLEXT

Hi Friends,
I am using ECC6.0 and BI 7.0 with BI content 7.03 Level 009.
We met one issue while loading FI GL data to BI (0FIGL_V10). After tracking, I noticed the data was not updated at OLTP side. I am not sure which configuration is missing in OLTP side.
In table FAGLFLEXT, there is one field Version (RVERS). If the value is 000, it means actural value. However, I checked the source system, i can only find records with version = 001 (plan value). But there is no value with version 000, which means there is no actual value.
I tried to use T-code FS10N, and it does showe some values for some GL accounts. Is FS10N showing planning records?
My questions is:
Did the financial records updated table FAGLFLEXT correctly?
Yes? => Why the version is 001 as plan, but not 000 actual. How can I change this?
No? => Do I need to configure anything to enable the updating to table FAGLFLEXT? How?

Regarding updating faglflext is not a good idea ,as we don't know whether it update other tables are directly or indirectly related to table FAGLFLEXT .
so it will be better to ask your ( FI - Functional or CO-functional ) regarding the relation .

Its very simple and straightforward.
All you need to do is:
1...Create a context(value attribute) of type string.
2...I am assuming that you have created a table, and mapped its columns with a node.
3...In the <i>TableCellEditor</i> of your desired column, map the above context with the <i>imagesource</i> property.
4...In the code, set the value of this context to the image name(eg: abc.gif), on satisfying of a condition.
5...However, keep in mind to set the context value to some default blank image in the doinit() of the view, else, you will get a null pointer exception.
I hope this solves your problem.

Table FAGLFLEXT

Hi All,
My Client is using ECC 6.0. All the entires are updated in Table FAGLFLEXT so Table GLT0 is not active for update.
When, we try Carry forward from 2008 to 2009 using F.16, it says Balance carry Forward not possible as GLT0 update is not active.
Why this is error is coming and what is way out.

Hi Vijay,
The entries are apdated in table FAGLFLEXT because you have New G/L module activated. So, the GLT0 will not be aupdated. To carry forward balance from a year to another, you must use transaction FAGLGVTR G/L: Balance Carried Forward (Only for New G/L process) .
