Add ramp in a certain way...

hi guys, i have a question about ramp...
look at this image
i want to add to this image a ramp effect starting from the center to the bottom, the start colour must be like the center and gradually become black at the bottom... but must looks like all natural without horrible cut or different colour etc
it's possible? i suppose yes, but how?

Lets say i have a DB with category of ads's for instance Cars.. and we have ca1-add,car2-add and so on.. in the db...
so i want to c what is the best format to export the db so i can import it in in design to look like these attachments below.

basically you have 4 columns , that contain normal ads yellow background ads and banners... so my question is what is the best format to export so i get add1 and then a separator line under add2 and a separator line under.. and so on..
and is there something like this functionality..
any line that begins with the phrase for instance Yellow_add make the add txt frame yellow so it will look like in the attached jpg?
is the idea to make the ads like 160 char limited and do an export for each add 160 char (fill in the blanks) and make in inDesign equal space lines so when i paste the txt it will take the shape like in the jpg's?

they can program the output when exporting the yellow adds to format it in a certain way, so i am trying to SEE (c) is there a way (for me logically it has to be) to make a rule as i said make the background between ##> and <## ...

A certain way of loading pages...

Hey everyone,
I'm designing a webpage and I'm trying to design it in a certain way where pages dissolve onto the screen (with the home page in the background), and each time a new page is selected, its information dissolves onto the overlapping block, replacing the information from the previous page.
I've seen this before on other sites, but am not sure how to properly phrase what I'm going for. If someone could point me in the right direction, identify the code I'm supposed to look for, that would be great.
Basically, the front page is an image with a navigation bar. Anytime someone clicks on the nav, I want a black box to fade in with the information of the next page. Sorry I can't be more specific. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

my total library is 680 mb, nowhere close to the 2.08 in the pictures folder. I am obviously messing up.
Actually you’re not.
The iPhoto Window reports the size of the library that would result if you exported all the current versions +and nothing else+ to a folder on the desktop.
The iPhoto Library Folder contains the Original, Modified and thumbnail versions of your pics. It also contains various cache and database files +all of which are necessary+ for the working of the Library.
Don't change anything in the iPhoto Library Folder via the Finder or any other application. iPhoto depends on the structure as well as the contents of this folder. Moving things, renaming things or otherwise making changes will prevent iPhoto from working and could even cause you to damage or lose your photos.
You can run a Library on an external disk:
1. Quit iPhoto
2. Copy the iPhoto Library Folder as an entity from your Pictures Folder to the External Disk.
3. Hold down the option (or alt) key while launching iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library' and navigate to the new location. From that point on this will be the default location of your library.
4. Test the library and when you're sure all is well, trash the one on your internal HD to free up space.

If you purchase another pair, sure they will ship them to you. Accidental damage caused by you is not covered under warranty, so they will not replace them for free.

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue:
No sound through stereo headset
Inspect the headset jack for debris and clean if necessary.
Connect the headset and make sure the connector is pushed in all the way.
Check the volume setting. Adjust the volume by pressing the volume up and down button on the left side of the iPhone.
If you are trying to listen to music and cannot hear any audio, make sure that the music on iPhone is not paused. Try squeezing the headset microphone to resume playback. Additionally, from the Home screen you can choose iPod > Now Playing, then tap Play.
Make sure the latest version of iTunes is installed on the computer that you are syncing the iPhone with (songs purchased from the iTunes Store using earlier versions of iTunes won't play).
Try another Apple headset (some third-party headsets require an adapter to be used with original iPhone).
Try a different song or video.
Check to see if the iPhone alert sounds or other iPhone sound effects exhibit the same audio issues.
Disconnect the headset from the iPhone and see if sound comes from the built-in speaker.
My issue is still not resolved. What do I do next?

Can't add Album artwork to certain files.

Hi, I've come across an anomaly in iTunes. There are certain audio files that cannot, for any reason update album artwork. I update album art work but selecting the file in iTunes then "get info" -> "add album artwork". But on certain files these tabs, as well as lyrics, are greyed out. The audio files are ACC 128bits. The only thing I found in common with the files that won't get album art work or lyrics is that they were encoded with iTunes 4.7. The only fix I can see is reconverting them in another version of iTunes, but this seems like a really dumb fix. Mostly I'm just wondering if there are any other people that have this problem and what fix you came up with, or what would cause a specific version of iTunes to not allow artwork.

Instead of opening the album under "Get Info" and going into the Artwork tab, try clicking on the square box with a triangle in it located on the bottom left side of the iTunes window. This will display the ablum artwork inside the side bar. Click on the top of the album artwork box where it says "Now Playing" and it will change into "Selected Item". Select a song you're trying to get the album artwork for and see what it says in the box. If it says "Album Artwork Not Modifiable" then you might have a problem with the kind of file the music is. Granted, this shouldn't be any different than going into "Get Info" and trying it there, but at least this way you can tell for sure what the issue is. If the box says "Drag Album Artwork Here" then go ahead and drag the picture there and it should work. Sometimes checking the album artwork box helps you more understand what the issue is. Hope this helps!

How to "Add Contact" directly into certain / default eMailgroup

Hope someone could help with this problem:
When receiving an email from someone not allready in addressbook you can automaticly "Add contact" by rightclicking on the emailaddress. Then my addressbook adds the contact not to a group, but to "ALL CONTACTS".
Since I'm using several groups to email daily, I wondered how I could add a new contact immediatly into a certain emailgroup. (Otherwise I have to filter all the emailaddresses, which is a painstaking process)

you can't. you can only add contacts to the entire AB this and then you have to add them to particular groups by hand from AB. that's how AB works and there is no way around that.

You should be able to log out of an account in iTunes via the Store > Sign Out menu option, that will then change to a Store > Sign In option so that you can log in with your account. Any apps etc that are in the iTunes library from the previous owner will remain tied to that previous owner's account, so you should delete them.
