Add Shopping Cart field on POWL screen of Confirmation Tab
We have a requirement to search confirmations by a shopping cart number. To achieve this we need to add shopping cart field on confirmation tab (POWL). Any ideas? Thanks.
Hi Veda,
To add the field to search criterion add it to the DB Criterion of respective feeder.
To add the field to result table add the field in field catalog of respective feeder.
Also have a look at the enhcnement spot /SAPSRM/BD_CLL_POWL_FEEDER. Here you can find BADIs to add fields in search criterion and result table and also to modify the result according to your new field.

i did create a new milestone usage. There i have the option to put "billing Plan Type", "Date Category" and "Start/Finish". I did not see an option where i can add a custom field. I also checked the node for "Billing Plan Types" and there also i saw only the standard screens / fields. Did i miss something here?

Completed shopping carts displayed in POWL as a Open cart
Hi SAP Experts,
Whenever create a confirmation of full quantity or value without last delivery indicator in SRM then this shopping cart still displayed in POWL as a open cart tab.
Also we remove the include completed Shopping carts from the POWL query but still it is displayed in open carts.
Please let me know how to remove this completed shopping cart from my POWL (Open cart Tab).
Please let me know any standard setting or development for the same.

I have recreated this in my system, but I got a different result.
I created a confirmation for full quantiy (without last delivery flag) and shopping cart is no longer displayed in POWL. It will be displayed only if I flag the "including completed shopping cart".
At shopping cart item level, indicator FINAL_INV is updated with an "X".
Check if this indicator has been updated in your cart.
Run CLEAN_REQREQ_UP and see if something changed.

Add shopping cart item functionality is not working in PO

I found that Add shopping cart item functionality is not working in Purchase order.
We are raising the Purchase order in SRM and i am trying to use the Add shopping cart item functionality to add the shopping carts line item in to purchase order.
Once I will click on start search, it will give me a list of Approved shopping cat and when I am trying to add any shopping cart in PO line item, nothing is happening and It is not allowing me to add the shopping cart line items in to this PO and also there is no error message.
Please suggest us how i can fix this issue.

After the Type-pool you can use Parameters or Select-options to create the selection screen field..
If it is a Modulpool program then you can create a selection scren field like

Add a New Field to Selection Screen of VL10 Transactions problem

In the Step 2 , Point 4 i declare the Select option ST_MTART and use it later in Step 5 in the form USEREXIT_SELECT_OPTIONS_TRANSF.
Step 2.
4. Write the declaration of new select-option inside include ZV50RSEL_MTART.
DATA: V_MTART TYPE MARA-MTART.
SELECT-OPTIONS: ST_MTART for V_MTART.
Step 5. Transfer values from selection screen to range.
For this step, again an access key is required to modify include V50R_USEREXIT_TRANSF.
1. Open include V50R_USEREXIT_TRANSF in change mode. It will ask for an access key. Enter the same and proceed.
2. Write following line of code inside form USEREXIT_SELECT_OPTIONS_TRANSF:
CX_SELECT_OPTIONS-MTART = ST_MTART[].
When i start the VL10G it works fine, but when i start another VL10* transaction i get a dump. Example VL10:

It dumped, because the form V50R_USEREXIT_TRANSF is used in EVERY VL10* transaction and the select-option is declared ONLY in my Z-include.
Is the someone out there, who has solved the problem? Is the an error in the docu or am i wrong?

Shopping cart field unloading point BE_UNLOAD_PT
Hi,
I have made the unloading point field active in the shopping cart and want the user to be able to select from a drop down menu of specific unloading points defined, we do not want this to be a free selection fiield. This is so we can transfer this data to the backend in the same formats each time.
Does anyone know how this could be acheived? We are on SRM 5.0
I have tried z attribute but I cannot see a way of adding the Z attribute to the field as selctions options.

You need to create customize FM which can fill the shoping cart data and send it to R/3 backend system.
e.g.we have one customize FM (ZBBP_CRT_PO_FILLPO) so along with this FM you can call SC attributes to fill customize FM and will pass this information to PO created.

MySAP SRM/EBP Shopping Cart(move workitem from 'Approval' to 'Message' tab)
when an employee creates an incomplete shopping cart in EBP (web based) an appropriate workflow is started in R/3 backend, creates a workitem and shows under 'Approval' tab of the web application. The requirement is it should show the work item under 'Messages' tab. Any help is highly appreciable.

Earlier all the notification emails and workitems of incomplete shopping cart were under message tab & remaining all other workitems were under approval tab.
Now only notification emails are shown under message tab and all workitems under approval tab. Client wants the former functionality back.

How to add & fill custom fields in POWL Query
Hi all,
I have a requirement where I need to create a new POWL Query and should show the Defect data of each Issue ID. I looked for tutorials and threads about POWL queries but can't seem to find the information I needed.
In details, I need a new query which should be available in NWBC -> Quality Issue Management -> Worklists. We already have one which is an overview of all Issues, but I need to create a new worklist which displays the Defect data of each Issue. (Please note, I am new to QIM and this is my first time handling QIM requirement.)
May I ask if you can guide me or if you know some links where there are steps how can I extract the Defect data? I also looked at OSS Note 1865206, is the steps for "Additional result fields" all I need?

The above was cancelled, but now I need to look why the query is not automatically refreshing the data when I changed the worklist parameters. It doesn't also refreshes the data when I click "Refresh list" button below the table in NWBC QIM worklist view:
But when I close the tab and reopen it, it now displays the updated list.
I tried the refresh configs I found here, but still doesn't work.
