Add transaction do User Menu

Hello!
I would like to know if possible to add an standard ECC6 transaction in the SRM web to the user?
We want to provide access to me22n directly from SRM Web...
Is it possible?
Thanks
Rodrigo

But you can achieve this if you are going to use Portal as the front end. You can configure a new Iview for the application using the URL as shown below:
http://<YourServer>:<Port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/?sap-client=100&sap-language=EN&~transaction=ME22N
This would be a better option.

  • Download transactions in user menu in Excel

    Hello,
Can you please help in finding a way to download transactions which are in user menu in to an excel sheet.
    Please help me.......
    Very thanks
    Sujith

    Very Simple!!!
Why do you make this complicated...
The transactions in user menu is pulled from the transactions which are assigned to the user. The roles contained the transactions.
You can enter into SUIM and there are lot of options which you can choose - User by Complex Selection Criteria or Transactions Option.
Let me know if it works...
    Thanks and Regards

  • No authorization to add transaction to role menu

MODS: IF YOU ARE GOING TO DELETE MY POSTS..AT LEAST EMAIL ME TO LET ME KNOW WHY YOU ARE DELETING THEM SO I CAN RE-WORD IT TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR ISSUE. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME YOU HAVE DELETED ONE OF MY POSTS WITH NO EXPLANATION AND IF THIS FORUM ISNT FOR ASKING QUESTIONS LIKE THIS...THEN WHAT IS IT FOR?
    To the question:
I am able to do add a transaction to a role in our production environment without issue. Trying to add it in in Development system gives me the following error:
No authorization to add transaction <transaction name> to role menu.
When I look at SU53 it tells me that it failed on Authorization Object s_user_tcd Field TCD value Z_RICKTEST
It then shows me 4 profiles with that auth object and field and a value of PFCG.
I can run the program Z_RICKTEST with no issue in either system.
Can anyone shed some light on why this is happening?

The reject mail contains a link to the forum rules. If you (had) read that you would understand.
Reason is that you have no basic training, make no effort to read the application documentation and then make changes in production and want to know from us how it works.
Imagine if everyone did that? Imagine what the systems would all look like?
These discussion areas are not a substitute for basic training!

  • Add transaction to RF menu

    hi experts,
I want to add a transaction developed to send the print order directly from de RF device. I want this transaction to appear in RF device's menu. how can I do that?
Could you explain the appropriate procedure or recommend literature or a link to do so?
    Thanks in advance

Thank you for the information, I'll award points to you but I just have one more question. I've already added the transaction but don't know what do I have to put in Dyn. Men and Seq. no fields. Could you provide that information?
Hi, The dyn. menu is the menu that you want to use to enable the RF transaction. It can be assigned to a menu or a transaction.
The existing menu should appears in the drop down box.
If it doesn't appears go to spro->Logistincs Execution->Mobile Data Entry->RF Queue Management and click on define Queues. You can use the Queue name
The Seq. No is the order you want options to appear. For example:
    1.Good Rcpt Proc>
    2.Goods Issue Pro>
    6.Count Inventory
Number 6 is the las Seq. No.

  • Authorization data is updated after adding transaction in role menu

    Hi Experts,
When we add transaction in the menu of a role, the objects and organization levels related to the transaction are not getting reflected in the authorization data. Only object S_TCODE is coming. As an example if we add transactions MM01, MM02, MM03 in the role menu, under authorization data only object S_TCODE is coming. No other authorization object or org level are coming.
This is only happening in one system. Kindly suggest.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Amit Jana.

    Hi Jurjen,
Thanks a million for your reply. The customer tables has been filled up from su25 and this has solved the issue.
    Thanks and Regards

  • Need to add Standard transaction code to User Menu.

    Hi All,
I need to add Standard transaction code to User Menu. How this can be accomplished?
    Thanks

Your Security and/or Basis team probably have control of the user menu settings.  On the other hand, if this is for YOUR user menu, you could choose to simply adjust your favorites.

  • How to create a new transaction and add it to Area Menu

    Hi.
I have to create a report and run the report using the Tcode and Tcode has to be added in the Area Menu at the initial screen.
Please tell me how can i do that.
    Thank you in advance

You can add additional menu transaction in the SAP main menu without affecting the original SAP default area menu S000.
For example, you have created a transaction code called ( z123 - ABC Own Report ) and you want to insert it under Logistics.  The specific user will be able to access ABC Own Report by clicking Logistics -> ABC Own Report.
    Steps :-
Goto Transaction SE43 - Area Menu
Click the copy button.  Copy from S000 to ZXXX
After copying, click Change (area menu ZXXX)
Double click on Logistics and add in your transaction code in the AreaMenu.
    Remembers to Activate it.
Next Goto Transaction SU01 - Maintain users
Type in the user name and click the Defaults button
Type in the area menu (ZXXX) in the Start Menu field.
    Click Save
The user will be able to see the additional transaction on the next logon.
The CUA area menus are converted to tree navigation in Release 4.6A. The menu contents are automatically copied into a new data structure in Upgrade to Release 4.6A or higher. You can edit Area Menus with a new maintenance interface (Area Menu maintenance transaction: SE43 ).
Reporting Tree Integration - Only transactions could previously be put in Area Menus. From Release 4.6A you can also put all the types of reports which are in reporting trees, in Area Menus. The system automatically assigns a transaction code to call the report from the menu. If you have already put the report in another Area Menu, no new transaction code is generated, the unique transaction code already assigned is used.
You can create Area Menus from complete reporting trees with the migration transaction RTTREE_MIGRATION . The report transaction codes are generated automatically.
Reporting trees can only be displayed. They cannot be maintained. To modify the contents of reporting trees, you must convert them with the migration transaction. You can then modify the contents with the Area Menu maintenance.

  • Transaction code for user menu, sap easy access

    Hi system experts!
Does anybody know which transaction causes the user-specific menu within "SAP easy access" (the welcome screen after login, like /n does) ?
I need it to be called from a portal iView, so that the usual sapgui-like screen with the user's menu appears in a portal screen, both for SAPGUI for windows and http.
Trx. S000 or SESSION_MANAGER does not cause the user-specific menu when called from the portal. These work least of all for call via ITS.
    thanks
    Andreas

    hi ,
The transaction code is SE41.. This is for creating Menus and tool bars.
you can also try SMEN it will call the user menu as you described in your post.

  • I want to add transaction code for one user.

    Hi abapers,
    My requirement is;
I want to add transaction code for one user.
    EX: zsdf to kanne.
Can any body tell me the procedure step by step.
    With regards,

If you want to give authorisation to an user for a particular tcode, you need to first include the transaction code in an authorisation Role and then assign the authorisation role to the user id in the transaction code SUIM.
A Basis guy will be able to help you to do this and anyway this is not the job of an ABAPer.
    Hope this helps you.

  • How to attach a custom transaction to a user menu

    Hi all,
I need some help on how to attach a transaction code to a user menu.
I've checked the forum but I could not find the exact instructions on how to do it.
This is how the user menu should look like:
    User menu for Ricky Orea
    '->Manager Catalog Content
    '--->Standard transaction
    '--->Standard transaction
    '--->(insert my transaction here)
Appreciate the help.  Useful answer will be rewarded.
    Thanks,
    Ricky

    Hi
The user menu is the set of menu of all roles of user, so you should check the roles of the user and update one of menu of user roles.
You can do it by transactions PFGC, but if you change a role you'll change the menu of all users have that role.
This operation usually is made by the administrators of system.
