Add user exit to ZRGGBS000 for transaction AS02

Hello,
I have added a new form to ZRGGBS000 for updating the tax jurisdiction whenever the cost center changes on the asset master record. In the img I cannot get the substitutions node to recognize my new form. I keep getting the message that the new form is not declared in the form pool. I have saved and activated the program. Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

Hello again Debasish,
I have added the code to update the jurisdiction field for the user exit. However, when I access the asset master and change the cost center and save the code is never executed. Is there a step or setup procedure that I am missing?

User-exits or BAdI for transaction VL10B

Hello everybody,
I have to modify an outbound order during its creation from a purchase order in transaction VL10B. The modification is to update the serial numbers and the batch.
As the process is in background it is quite difficult to debug the process plus the problem that in this project I cannot modify the user-exits / badi just for testing. (they have implemented 'special' rules for these kind of modifications)
Does anybody know any user-exit or BAdI where I can update these serial numbers in this transaction VL10B?

First, I did not find documentation for the BADI either. But at the first glance the process of implementing it looks quite straightforward. I assume you run R/3 Enterprise (4.7). So, you should implement BADI 'BADI_SD_SALES' - this must be done in transaction SE19. In particular for the purpose of adding some additional items into sales document I would implement method SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE. This method has changing table parameter FXVBAP of type VA_VBAPVB_T - it holds all the sales document items. Just add items of yours to it. Certainly, you have to fill all the appropriate fields carefully.
Hope this helps somehow.
In that case you should use USEREXIT_DOCUMENT_SAVE_PREPARE subroutine (form). As far as I remember it has no parameters. To add items to the sales document you should modify internal table XVBAP.

I need to find a user exit or a BADI that's triggered when saving in transaction QA11 in orden to change the value of the field "Quality Score".
I've already put breakpoints in all the user exits i could find but non of them is working.

Use the BADI INSPECTIONLOT_UPDATE ,there u find different methods,go for documentation and choose the appropriate method which is applicable for ur requirment .

To search for a badi, go to se 24 display class cl_exithandler.
double click on method get_instance, get a break point on case statement.
execute and start the required transaction in new session.
look for variable exit_name. It would show the available badi's.

The field vendor can be made optional from the layout changes . I dont think you need a exit .
In SPRO , materials managment --> purchasing --> RFQ/Quotation --> Define screenlayout
Select the optional check box for the corresponding field selection.

User-Exit at Save for KL01

Hi,
Is there any user-exit at save for transaction KL01.
Here is my requirement.
Where ever am employee is hired in HR ( transaction PA40; Action = Hire) i have to automatically create an Activity Type ( t.code : KL01 ). I am doing this in user-exit PBAS0001, component EXIT_SAPFP50M_002 on HR side.
The next this is, once activity type is created using transaction KL01, i have to automatically trigger a activity type planning, transaction KP26.
So, i need a user exit at Save in transaction KL01, so that i can trigger KP26 from there. I found one exit COOMKS02, but i its not triggeting from KL01.
Does any one know any user-exit in KL01 which trigger at save. Please let me know

I always have an option for executing both KL01 and KP26 fron PBAS0001, but what i was thinking that if there is any exit available at save in KL01, i can trigger KP26 from there.
If i could not find any exit, i will call both KL01 and KP26 from PBAS0001 itself.

Finding BADI Using Repository Information System (TCODE- SE84).
1. Go to the Transaction, for which we want to find the BADI, take the example of Transaction VD02. Click on System->Status. Double click on the program name. Once inside the program search for CL_EXITHANDLER=>GET_INSTANCE.
Make sure the radio button In main program is checked. A list of all the programs with call to the BADIs will be listed.
The export parameter EXIT_NAME for the method GET_INSTANCE of class CL_EXITHANDLER will have the user exit assigned to it. The changing parameter INSTANCE will have the interface assigned to it. Double click on the method to enter the source code.
Definition of Instance would give you the Interface name.
2. Start transaction ST05 (Performance Analysis).
Set flag field "Buffer trace"
Remark: We need to trace also the buffer calls, because BADI database tables are buffered. (Especially view V_EXT_IMP and V_EXT_ACT)
Push the button "Activate Trace". Start transaction VA02 in a new GUI session. Go back to the Performance trace session.

u can find BADI's in different ways...
1>First go to any transaction->iN THE menu bar SYSTEM->STATUS->Get the program name ->double click->u will go to the program attached to the tcode.Now search term will be CALL CL_EXITHANDLER.Now u will get list of BADI'S available..
2>Goto SE24->Give class name as CL_EXITHANDLER->Display->double click on get_instance mathod->Now u will go inside the method->Now put break point on the cl_exithandler.Now go to any transaction code and pass dat..U will see that it will be stopped on the break point which u set on the cl_exithandler...In the exit name u can find list of badi's attached to the tcode..
