How can I add an attachment field in any of subtabs of an object detail page n oracle fusion crm ??

I have a custom list and customized the list using infopath 2013.Here i have created 2 views as Employee and manager.I have added one attachment field in both views.
Here my problem is that i want manager should not able to delete the attachment attached by the employee but manager can able to open the attachment.
Please help me to do this .

Error while adding content type fields in the EditForm.aspx for an customlist item.
This is office 365. I have content type which is attached to custom list.
Added new site column "CustomerAction" which was added to Content type, now when I added this field in the EDITForm.aspx using the SharePoint designer, this form is called when the custom list item is being edited.
But when I added this extra field to EDITFORM.aspx it is giving error,. the standard correlationid error.
Can anyone suggest, what could be problem !

When we add the site column to the content type, there is an option to update the all
content types which inheriting from this type.
If we set this to Yes, then the site column will be added to the list where the content type or its child content type has been used and this column will be added to the EDITFORM.aspx too.
So we don’t need to re-add this site column to EDITFORM.aspx.

InfoPath Multiple attachments on Single attachment Field.
Hi all,
I have a repeating section to attach multiple files. But, what I actually need is a field to attach multiple files at one go.
is it possible to achieve this? Please shed some light into this.
Thanks,If you have an attachment control on an InfoPath form, it can only contain one file at a time. To store multiple files under the same field name in InfoPath, you have to add an attachment field to a repeating group, which you can bind to either a repeating
table or a repeating section control.
1 Add a Repeating Table control with one column to the view of the form template.
2 Delete the text box control that is added automatically to the table when you added it to the view. Also get rid of the field that the text box is bound to on the FIELDS task pane.
3 Place the cursor in an empty repeating table cell, click HOME>Controls>File Attachment to add the file attachment control to the repeating table.

File Attachment field on web form
Hello all
A really simple question but I cant seem to work it out. I have added a file attachment field to a web form but when somebdy uploads a image using this form my client does not get the file. I assumed it would go to his email but this does not seem to be the case? Is there a way that I can direct this files to a location or email account?
Any info would be great

MartinBecause of the posibility of big files (up to 100mb) being stored sending those through emails is basiclaly not possible for the most part - they are emails. Even Google Gmail has a top out of 25mb which is bigger then most.
The file is stored agaisnt the case in the system. The file in the workflow mentioned should at least be a link you click through to get the file via the admin. If not you click the case link and get it in there anyway. -
Error while adding a custom field with Input help via AET
Hi All,
I need to add two custom field under Service orders at Item level in component BT140I_SRVP.
One field is required to have the input search help f4 and autopopulates the second field
I am able to add one field(not requiring help) successfully through AET .
I have created one Zsearch_help in se11 and its successfully running and Autopopulating seocnd field while I am testing it
While adding second field through AET,I need to enter following details as -
field label,search relevant ,serach help etc.
When I type the name of my 'Zsearch_help' against field search help it gives me following error
'Search help is not compatible'.
Secondly,not getting getter and setter methods for the attrributes in BTAdminI.
Last,please tell me if i create zhelp and activate it,would it automatically appear in the list on AETwhile assiging it to input field?
Please help me out.Kindly be detailed as I am new to SAP CRM.

I am getting error when i am trying to add the new field to the cust. segment.
It is released for the adding the new fields i am cancelling the release , but i got a message like this
Error while resetting release of segment 'segment name'.
it is comming from the message class EA and message number 259.

Have you tried Cancelling the release before adding the version?
Select the active version of the IDOC Segment and cancel its release first. Only then you will be able to add a version.

I am developing fillable forms for our company. We have the following requirements.
1. Develop the forms in Acrobat Pro.
2. They contain extensive JavaScript, including custom functionality to validate the fields on the form before saving.
3. The forms must include some way to allow the users to attach files when requested.
4. Each form will be sent out to multiple recipients.
5. Recipients may not have Acrobat--only Reader.
I have solved most of the problems, and I'm getting stuck on #3 (because of #5). Short of using LiveCycle Reader Extensions (which I do NOT have), I don't know how to get a Reader-extended fillable PDF to allow attachments. I want to know if FormsCentral allows it. I read the online help and tried a test form, but I don't see how to add an attachment field to it after it's uploaded--it appears to be in a "final" status that can only be sent out to recipients after that.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!Acrobat 8 Professional includes LiveCycle Designer 8, so if the form was created with LiveCycle Designer 8 or older, the yes should have the option to edit the form. Acrobat 8 Professional under the menu option 'Forms' will have an option to open the form in LiveCycle Designer. If the form was created with a newer version, there could be some issues with newer features not available in version 8.

Adding a signature field takes a lot of time
Case: I have a Microsoft excel sheet that I save as PDF directly from excel. I use Adobe Acrobat X PRO to create 3 signature fields on this PDF to allow document signing in Adobe Reader.
Problem: Adding a signature field in form editing mode are extremly slow. After placing the signature field, Adobe Acrobat stops responding for about 1-3 minutes. I need to do this for a lot of documents, so it's time-consuming to say the least..

Sree.The search help exit allows you to modify functionality of search help. If you add a new field to the
parameter list that is not contained on the selection method you can manually populate it within the search
help exit.
This would be performed within the u2018STEP DISPu2019 section. Once within this section all search help
data has been retrieved and is stored in table RECORD_TAB (record_tab-string) as one long string value.
Therefore you need to read table SHLP in-order to locate position of value within string.
Example:
To find position of personnel number (PERNR) within elemenory search
help M_PREMN you would use the following code:
Loop at record_tab.
read table shlp-fielddescr into wa_shlp
with key tabname = 'M_PREMN'
fieldname = 'PERNR'.
You could then use this information in the following way, for
example, to find a persons organisation unit:

Adding a new field to a DB table

I am working on 4.6C.
The requirement is to add an extra field to a database table which already has data in it...
Will this effect the system in any way...if I add a field with the data in the table.
What precuations do i have to take before adding an extra field to a DB table.
I was wondering what will happen when i need to transfer the TR.. Basically the data is there in Production and Quality and not in development... so it will not be a problem in development...
I mean changing the structure of the table with data in it ... Is it Ok...

you can add a new field to any database table if even
if contains data in production, only thing to do is u just
have create an append structure to that table and in that
append structure just create the new field.
NOTE : Naming Conventions as follows:
For Append Structure e.g :
In se11 enter Table Name and select change button.
now select GOTO option in the menu bar and select APPEND STRUCTURE option.
now the screen shows u an default name for ur append structure, so dont change the name
just hit enter button and
now enter the your new field name with two Z's infront of the field.
e.g if ur field name is MATNR then enter ZZMATNR as ur field in the append structure.
and now save and activate and also adjust in the DATABASE UTILITY.

a) Are you adding new 'Z' field?
b) Do you want to just extend the existing Structure?

Adding a new field to a Z table
We have a Z table on which we have created a datasource. We have created a virtual cube on this datasource and queries are built on this cube. This setup is present on Dev, Quality and Prod environment.
Now we have added a new field to the Z table in Dev. We will be creating a new Infoobject for this new field and will be adding it in the Virtual Infoprovider and also in the queries.
1. Do we need to replicate the datasource so that newly added field is visible to the datasource? If no, is there any way?
2. When I have to transport this to Quality and Prod, do I have to capture all the components and objects (Table,Datasoure,Virtual Cube Queries)? If no, what should I capture in the transport request?Hi,
First, you have to regenerate the datasource in order to add the field:
1) Log on to source system (where Z table is stored) and go to transaction RSA6.
2) Select the root node and click Expand (icon with '+' sign).
3) Search for your datasource (you can use the binoculars icon).
4) Click on Change.
5) Verify that the field appears on the list. Make sure that "Hide field" and "Field only known on client exit" options are not marked for this field.
6) Click on Save.
7) Select "Datasource" -> "Generate" (CTRL+S) menu option.
8) Use RSA3 transaction in order to verify the new field appears on test extractions.
Then, to replicate the datasource in BI:
1) Log on to SAP BI and go to RSA1 transaction.
2) Go to "Modeling" -> "DataSources" section.
3) Search for your datasource and right click on it. Select "Replicate metadata" from context menu.
4) Add the new InfoObject to the VirtualProvider.
5) Update the transformation which joins the DataSource to the VirtualProvider.
As far as transport requests are concerned, even though it requires more work, it is a good practice to group objects in different transport requests according to their type:
In the source System (R3 for instance):
1) One transport request with the table.
2) One transport request with the datasource and its structure.
In BI:
1) One transport order with the datasource replica.
2) One transport order with the new InfoObject(s).
3) One transport order with the modified VirtualProvider.
4) One transport order with the modified transformations from the datasource towards the VirtualProvider.
5) One transport order with the Queries and their elements.
