Adding a hard line to a Skype call.

Hello all, I am trying to set up a conference call between a friend on Skype and a hardline telephone number. How do I do this? Thank you! Donn

Hi, Osterlund, and welcome to the Community,
The simple solution is to click on one of your contacts as if you were going to call them, and then on the + icon to add participants where you will see you can add people from your contact list or call mobiles or land lines.   Remember, for the latter, you will need to Buy Skype credit or a Skype subscription to pay for the cost of the outgoing calls.
In the spirit of yesterday being the annual observation of Veterans Day here in the USA ...
We need more information in order to point you in the right direction ... name - rank - serial number ...
- Hardware use (laptop/phone/tablet brand and model)
- Operating system (version and updates installed)

- Skype version used
- Internet connection used
