Adding a new phone language to X-7

Hey guys is it possible to change the phone's language to arabic?
When I check the list in settings--> phone-->language--->phone language there isn't the arabic option.
Can I download it from somewhere?

Unfortunately you cannot install the language file yourself. To do this you will have to visit your nearest Nokia Care Point and ask them to do it for you. Please note that they may only be able to install your local language on the phone.

You can try restoring to your last backup, but there is no gaurantee that this will restore your contacts.
Your friend needs to set up a different iCloud account with a different ID. Have them go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Keep on My iDevice when prompted, then set up a new iCloud account with a different ID, and choose Merge to upload the data to the new account. After doing this, you can each go to your own iCloud account on icloud.com and delete the other person's data from your account. Don't delete any data until you are on separate accounts or it will also be deleted from the other person's device.

Can we see Mobile phone number instead of home fax as the first option while adding a new number in iPhone 5s?

While adding a new phone number in Iphone 5S, when you hit 'add phone', it displays the phone number types in this sequence - home fax, radio, home and then mobile. Is there a way to configure this sequence to see mobile as the very first option? i save only mobile numbers and dont see much use in home fax and other options. I know we can delete other phone number types, but i want to save few cliks for convinience

When you add a new phone number, I think you are talking about the Contacts app.
Click "home fax" in that display that comes up. You should be able to change it to something else; e.g., home.
Then home would come up first.

Look no further! I have the answer for you! You can add a new email account to your android device by following these steps: http://support.verizonwireless.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=31401
Now I do want to let you know that your phone has a "main" gmail account. If this "main" gmail account was the one you deleted it may be best that you reset your phone and activate it to your new gmail address.
The reason I recommend doing this is all of your purchased application information is also tied to your gmail.

Question about adding a line/phone to a new plan

Hey everyone I have a concern I wanted to be clear about before I upgrade my plan. I am up for a device upgrade and plan on upgrading my smartphone and my current single line plan to one of of the new share everything family plans and a new smartphone. I can get the phone I want at a different store other then verizon for a better price so Im going to do that. After that is all said and done I plan on buying and adding another new smartphone/line to my share everything account through verizon(store or online). I just want to be sure that 1.) Adding another line after the fact isnt going to be a problem fee wise or the terms of my account wise since I just upgraded my account at a different vendor and 2.) Will that new line be still eligible for a upgrade discount through verizon just like a new plan would be even though Im not adding it at the same exact time I upgrade my main phone and plan?
Also I was wondering that if..say a few months from now I want to add another new phone/line to my share everything account. Will that also be like a new plan and eligible for a upgrade discount through verizon? My 2.) question will probably answer this but I want to be absolutely sure first before I do anything. Thanks alot guys. Appreciate any input.

Every time you add a line, it is eligible for a subsidized phone. It does not matter when you do it. As far as question #1, your account is just what the terms of usage is, not the length of the contract(s). Those are determined by the individual lines. You can also change the account limits at any time (eg. increase shared data limit), but when you do, it is usually pro-rated for the remainder of your current billing month, plus 1 month in advance. It does not change any of the lengths of the lines contracts.

I have 3 phone languages (English, French and Arabic). I would like to add German. How can I do that? Does this require removing one language?

To get a language added you need to take the phone to a nokia care point. They should be able to add German along with the existing languages.
There is no official way for users to install languages themselves.

Yeah, first my thought was also that... that's why I've gone to Apple and they already switched the phone twice!!!
Last time was yesterday... I posted this here because I came from Apple and with a new iPhone 5, although I didn't restore anything from iCloud, I hadn't even logged in to iCloud / AppStore, and without any event on the lockscreen my iPhone 5 was already "locked" on the unlock screen... after a mere 45m after I used it without a single App!! Just a couple of SMS / 1 or 2 calls... I'm going to Apple again on monday, but tried to post here to see if this has happened before to anyone with 3 new iPhones!!!

I guess that means back to the shop. Ridiculous to sell a phone that can't handle the new iOS more efficiently (or vice versa). I can't imagine anyone going near a 5C now (I have a feeling mine had already been used and taken back once and sold as new at O2).

Adding a new line - do I HAVE to buy a new phone?

I am in the process of adding my wife to my calling plan. Unfortunately, it seems as if I can only do so if I purchase a new phone to go along with it. I have found phones online that are much cheaper, however, and would rather buy the phone seperately. Is there a possibility that you can add a new line without having to purchase the phone? If I can get my wish, I would add my wife to the plan and buy her new phone via amazon.

When you add a new line, you can choose from one of 3 contract lengths - Month-to-Month, 1-year and 2-year. If you sign a 1 or 2 year contract, you get a bonus, a discounted phone. You can certainly add a line without buying a phone, but if you sign a contract there is no reason NOT to take the discounted phone.
If you want to get a phone at the discounted price, you need to buy it at the same time as you sign the contract for your new line, or you will be asked to pay full price for the phone. Some third-party resellers can add a line to your plan and sell you a discounted phone, others can't or don't, you will have to check with the specific vendor.
Also, be sure to read the third-party contract, the reason they sell phones so cheaply is that they tie you into a contract of their own, with a separate ETF if you change your plan or de-activate the phone within a certain timeframe.

Confused about adding it as my new phone !!

It's used & the guy got a new phone and disconnected the one I have from his contract and added the other one. I have Verizon for a carrier. Do I have to go up the the Verizon store to get it added to my plan or can I do it myself ?
