Adding a page to Pages "Where's it hiding?"

Okay, how do you ADD a page to a document in Pages? For the life of me, I can't find an "add page" feature on the iPad.
I also can't figure out how to continue the text block to the next page (once I figure out how to create a second page).

Thank you so much. I totally forgot about the ruler, even though I read the "Getting Started" guide first. Silly.
But one thing I'm still having trouble, I created a page, it has 2 separate "text blocks" on it. When putting my cursor at the end of the text block, the options on that same icon are "Tab" and "Line Break". Also if I had only graphics on page 1, how do I still add a page?

I'm trying to get a blog module going, I've even deleted the html insert bog with the tag in and re-published which then I don't get the error but as a result no blog either. But then I add the tag in again and publish the error comes back. I've used the dev console and it says that my musicians sample.css is out of date but why is it only out of date when I add in html to my muse site?
HELP!!!! I've searched other threads and to no avail I'm publishing so no direct ftp going on. the only thing I changed in business catalyst was the module stylesheet in order to style the blog. I've tried uploading and replacing all files nothing seems to work. the site is here:

It's only this page as it has the blog on. Also I've noticed when I've re-published occasionally it will show the mobile version on my desktop and not the desktop version??? no idea why that's happening so I've had to turn that off. any explanation on why that is happening would also be much appreciated.

I haven't received an answer as of yet, I'll post t on here when I do. I de-activated the mobile site because it's my clients site so he needs it to be operational during the day. I hope someone gives me an answer soon.

How to keep the SAME position of layout on left & right pages when adding a page?

A little background first before I ask the question:
I've been converting a PowerPoint document to the InDesign format, and adding pages as I go through by duplicating a page in order to keep the top description text in the same position at the top left hand side. The document is over 110 pages- more pages will be added soon, and some pages deleted. Basically the presentation will be printed as a book, and the client we are designing this presentation for sent us the master pages for the layout.
The issue I'm now having: I had to delete an odd number of pages which caused a shift of the layout of pages throughout the document after the pages I deleted. I figured that the right hand page was not aligned the same as the right hand page, so I measured in the same distance from the left edge on both pages and made the adjustments. But then when I added a page, the alignment shifted again.
Is this an issue with the master pages? Or is this another issue? Any idea how to fix this so that the pages are aligned the same whether I add or delete a page? I've included two screen grabs to better illustrate what is happening:

Those are your margin guides, and your client evidently expects the margins to be larger on the outside of the page than at the spine. Putting the text frame that says Main Building... on the master page will not only save you having to enter it each time, but will let you put it where it should be and have it stay there when pages switch sides. Your images are going to seem to shift, too, unless they are centered on the page on the horizontal axis.
I'm sensing you really have little or no experience using ID, and some basic training would probably help you quite a bit. I'll recommend Sandee Cohen's Visual Quickstart Guide to InDesign -- best book out there for beginners.

Adding links( page links) dynamically under tabs in masterpage SharePoint 2010

I've site which contain master page where I have Tab1, tab2, tab3.
I want to add a link (link to pages) dynamically under aspmenu tab1,tab2 or tab3 based on requirement without editing the master page.
Is there any approach for ex.. if I am adding the links details in SharePoint list it will automatically needs to add that links under Tabs.
Please let me know if there is any approach.

As you mentioned you are using tabs for menus, you will need to customize the default naivgation control to use your own CSS. for customization see the link below.

How to Create a "FAQ" page where the top of page has all the Hyperlinks

Hi,
On iWeb, how do I Create a "FAQ" page where the top of page has all the Questions as Hyperlinks.
The hyperlinks would not actually link to a separate page, but would automatically scroll the page to the spot where the question is answered.

As is pointed out what you would like to do is old fashioned Anchors, real easy on a conventional site but not so easy in iWeb.
I made an FAQ by just making questions followed by answers and increasing font size and using bold to make the questions stand out so it is easy to use.
Much more work for you but will approximate what you are trying to achieve is this: On the FAQ page make your list of questions each of which you will make into a hyperlink to go to another page. For every question add a blank page to write the answer on. Uncheck the relevant box so that that page does not appear in the navigation bar. Write your answer on that page then under it make a hyperlink back to the FAQ page. The page would also by default have the normal navigation menu at the top, but adding a "Close Window" or "Back To FAQ" link that is actually just a hyperlink to the FAQ page is helpful for site visitors.
While a lot of work to make the extra pages it should work well and solve your problem.
The simplicity of iWeb soon provides problems as soon as you want to do more than the basics offered.

Is '''Print to File''' selected, where the web page is being printed to a file and not being sent to your printer?

Adding blank pages

I need to add a blank page (between 3 & 4) to my 109 page narrative with photos interspersed on the pages.
How can I do that? I have tried adding a "blank page" suggested in 'sections'. But it only added a page at the end.

Not sure which word processor you are using but they generally work the same way. Move the cursor to where you want to end page 3. Ususally under the Edit menu you can select Insert > Page Break. Then hit return a couple times and insert another page break.

Class added on page load giving a validator error

I have an adf_bc application with 2 pages, in the main page the user selects to create or edit a record, in the edit page he selects the id of the record from an LOV, back at the main after saving, the look up description of the ID should be displayed
i have done everything as the above, only when i select to save the look up description, which i added to the SQL of the view is not appearing, i tried to add on page load class, to re-execute querry but is giving me a validator error when i debug,
any idea's on how to re-execute the querry and display results

i am displaying a table, which has the ID of departments, i created a view which returns the description of the selected department ID, and then i added the description from the view as an adf read only column to the table, and it worked fine
the page has an edit button which takes the user to another page, where he selects an ID for the department using an LOV
THE PROBLEM: when the user selects save with the new ID in the edit page, and returns to the main page, the description of the ID is not appearing, unless i re-excute the query, thats why i added a class on page load to re-execute the querry
is there a better way, to refresh the results

WHEN I LOGIN AS DIFFERENT USER, IT TAKES ME TO THE SAME PAGE WHERE THE PREV

I log in to portal as user1 and go to a page and then log out of the portal. Then I try to login as user2, it takes me to the same page where the previous user was. It looks like it caches the page information. How can I avoid this. Please post a reply if you have some suggestions.

Thanks for checking it, Jason. Yes, the cache settings are for 'Every visit to page'. That was the first thing I thought of. I have a feeling the problem has to do with a cache setting somewhere in our installation. For example, I'm still plagued with a few user accounts returning errors when I try to log in. The users aren't logged in, but when I click "Login" from the Portal Builder page, I see the same error...it's not even letting me get to a login screen. Thanks for all the help. It's great to get some feedback. In the meantime, we'll continue to track it down here.

Before the recent updates to Firefox, when I would go to another page in the same window and then clickon the back button, Firefox used to bring me back to the same place on the page where I had been, but now it brings me to the top of the page, meaning that I have to laboriously scroll down to the old place. How do I restore the previous feature?

That change was made in Firefox 4, 6 months ago.
Click-hold the unified Back / Forward button 
or 
right-click it to get the Back / Forward history for that tab.
Or install this extension to get the old "drop-marker" button restored.

Let me explain:
In the clock app for ios 6.0.2 I am a little confused. It allows you to go into your music library, and create a ringtone using any songs you choose. However, I cannot find a way to remove a song from this list, just like I cannot delete one of the preset ringtones (which I'm not trying to do, but just as an example)

I believe you just are able to delete them from iTunes.

     Hi, at the bottom bar you should see a series of five buttons. Press the "Month" button if you desire to see the view of the month. As for creating a new calendar event simply press the "+" button in the upper right-hand corner to create a new appointment. *
* Please note that this is all within the app called "Calendar".
