Adding a secondary email address

Question

I've read the "setting up your email accounts" verbiage several times, but when I get down to #3, how to add "other accounts" I end up confused. Where does my own name go, where does the secondary's go. Etc. I'm visual and a pictured example or visual descriptors would be very helful to me. "enter the information described below" when the words below aren't precise has me buffaloed. can someone help?

Thank you ever so much! I am off to bed at the moment, but will try what you have written in the morning. I THINK I have already tried that procedure, but obviously mucked it up somehow because I failed to accomplish my goal. I'll let you know if I have success. Again, thanks! What about the account's user name which is what
checks the account's incoming mail server for new
mail along with the account's password?
If Comcast is your ISP and email account provider,
more than likely the account's user name is the
portion of the email address in front of the @ sign
only which is typical.
If so, you will have multiple email accounts that use
the same incoming mail server and password but the
user name for each account will be different.
Based on your example, it will be as follows for each
account:
Account #1
Email Address: [email protected]
Account User Name: janedoe
Account Password: heythere
Incoming Mail Server: pop.comcast.com (example only
since I don't know Comcast's incoming mail server
address.)
Account #2
Email Address: [email protected]
Account User Name: joedoe
Account Password: heythere
Incoming Mail Server: pop.comcast.com
With both accounts using the same incoming mail
server.
If this is correct, you will create two accounts in
Mail. Both accounts will use the same incoming mail
server and password but with different email
addresses and user names.
