Adding a signature to e-mails

I would like to add a signature to my e-mails.  Everytime I click the e-mail settings on Blackberry Desktop Manager, it tells me that "Email settings are not available without an online connect to your messaging system."  So I log on to my e-mail via my desktop and still nothing.  What do I need to do? I did not sign up for blackberry e-mail as I did not need two e-mail addresses.

You need go to your carrier web page, log in on your account, go to setup blackberry mail, edit the mail account and you have the chance to edit o delete the signature in the account.
If you have more than one mail address, you need to make this in each account.
Thanks.
If I help you with any inquire, thank you for click kudos in my post.

  • Signature in Apple Mail

I've added a signature to Apple Mail preferences that has a .jpeg and the option to add it at the bottom of an outgoing mail. The signature works OK with a text email, but when the email itself contains graphics, or an attachment, the signature reverts to the beginning of the message. How do I standardize the signature to always appear at the bottom in emails?
    Thanks.

I would have to test this, but I suspect that in the menu under Edit, you have selected to insert attachments at the end of messages.  This is a good option, but may impact differently with a Signature.  The option for the Signature is only in reference to whether above Quoted Text, or Not.
I doubt it has to do with whether using RTF vs Plain Text, but will test as time allows.

  • I've dragged my Facebook, Google , Twitter and LinkedIn icons into the Signature box of Mail.  Is there a way of adding the web links behind each icon?  i.e. like PC Outlook

I've just purchased a new MacBook Pro and am having problems with the Signature section of Mail.  I've added Facebook, Google+, Twitter and LinkedIn logos to my Siganture, however the associated weblinks behind each logo are not copying across.  Is there a way of adding the website links to each logo in the Signature section of Mail?
    Thankyou in advance.

I seem to have fixed it by putting <div  class="clearfloat"></div> after the navigation bar?

  • Adding custom signature to Mail

I know this has GOT to be easy, but I am totally stumped. I have several email accounts, and have signatures setup for each in preferences for each. My problem is that I just cannot figure out how to have my signature use any other font beside the default font. It is driving my nuts. I've even tried creating it how I want in Pages, and copying/dragging it into the signature, and it keeps changing the font to the default helvetica.
    Any ideas?

In the Signature preferences be sure you have not checked the box to "Match the font ...." Also, be sure you have configured Mail to use Rich Tesxt rather than plain text. This is done in Mail's Composing preferences.
If you still have problems here are two possible solutions. One is to create your custom signature in an HTML editor. A simple editor that would work is Level4 - VersionTracker or MacUpdate. Then paste the resulting HTML code for your signature into the Signature preferences in Mail. The other would be to create your signature in Pages, for example, and output a PDF file. You can then insert the PDF file as your signature.

  • Adding Photos/Graphics to Apple Mail Signatures

Is there a way to add photos/graphics to the Apple Mail Signature so that it is always there when you compose an e-mail message?

  • Signature Line in Mail

I've added a signature to my email messages and when I reply or forward a message - the signature shows up at the end of the string vs. the area that I'm responding. Does anyone have any insite as to why this is and how I can change it?

Have you tried going to mail preferences > signatures and making sure you have a check mark in the check box next to "Place signature above quoted text"?

  • Digital Signature with Mapi Mailer

Hi All, I have been using LR and Mapi Mailer since version 1 to mail images directly out of LR. I have recently added a html digital signature to my mails that are sent from outlook express, but cannot figure if it is at all possible to attach the signature to mails sent via LR and Mapi Mailer. Is this possible?
    Kind regards

The latest MapiMailer plug-in opens photo attachments (one or more) directly in your email client (Outlook Express) so your html signature should appear automatically at the bottom of your new message if you have already configured the account settings to do that in Outlook Express.

  • Different new message and reply signatures in OSX mail

Does anyone know any add-ons that will do this - have autoselected signature for new emails and a different autoselected signature for replies / forwards?

This seems like it should be a trivial fix, but I've searched everywhere for an answer.  The first time you create an e-mail, your full signature is appropriate.  If you're in the midst of a discussion, the person who initiated it knows who you are, and adding your signature to every response takes up lots of space and looks bad.  It would be much better if Apple understood this issue and had a switch that said "Add signature to all e-mails" and a toggle that said "Add signature only to original e-mails."
I understand that you can do this by hand by setting one (likely your "full" signature) to be the default, and then go select "None" from the right pull-down menu, but that's time consuming, and I never EVER remember to do it (much less remember to do it consistently).
If this a real programming issue or just an oversight?  I've seen a lot of traffic on this, but no real solutions (yet).....

  • Adding a signature field takes a lot of time

Case: I have a Microsoft excel sheet that I save as PDF directly from excel. I use Adobe Acrobat X PRO to create 3 signature fields on this PDF to allow document signing in Adobe Reader.
Problem: Adding a signature field in form editing mode are extremly slow. After placing the signature field, Adobe Acrobat stops responding for about 1-3 minutes. I need to do this for a lot of documents, so it's time-consuming to say the least..
Is it possible to speed up this process?

  • Two users on different machines seem to be sharing the same signature settings in Mail

I am completely puzzled by this one.  I have two users on separate macbook pro's using OSX Mavericks Apple Mail.  Whenever one user changes their signature, it changes the other users signature.  The mail server is Kerio Connect. The only workaround is to have two signatures and then each user picks their own signature as the default.  Any ideas, anybody?

Both users are signed in to the same iCloud account, and both have activated "Documents & Data" synchronization.

I am unable to Send E-mail via Default mail app in my iphone. IOS7, i have account of icloud, Gmail, Microsoft all the account are well added, i can recieve e-mails but the massage i send is never sent

Turns out this was a simple set up error for me, although i'd set up mobile me to sync my e mails I had never set up my outgoing message server. Therefore, if I received a message from me.com I could reply no problem, however if the message came from aol.com I couldn't reply.

  • I have just upgraded to Mountain Lion and my signatures for my Mail is not showing up. I have the signatures inthe preference panes and selected for the email address, but when I make a new message, the signature shows as none and doesn't give me a choice

I have just upgraded to Mountain Lion and my signatures for my Mail are not showing up. I have the signatures inthe preference panes and selected for the email address, but when I make a new message, the signature shows as none and doesn't give me a choice. Yesterday, the signatures were stacking instead of switching to the one I wanted to choose.

I had this and fixed it.
I had upgraded to Mountain Lion and my signatures in Mail were fine. But then about a week later, I got a new computer and used Migration Assistant to copy my stuff to the new machine. Upon opening Mail, I had all the correct Signature information in the Preferences>Signatures window, but nothing worked.
After lots of hunting, I found the Signature Folder. It's in:
    Yourusername>Library>Mail>V2>MailData>Signatures
Looking at my previous setup (which works) I saw in that folder two types of files: .webarchive and .siganture
Looking in my new machine's Signature folder, I saw only the .webarchive folders, not the .signature folders
Since this was literally a clone of my previous setup to a new machine, here's what I did:
    1. Quit Mail
    2. In Problem machine, go to
    Yourusername>Library>Mail>V2>MailData>Signatures
    3. Move the Signatures folder someplace safe, but out of the MailData folder
    4. Get the Signatures Folder from the working install (like a backup) and copy it to the MailData folder on the problematic machine
    5. Start Mail on the problem machine
This worked for me. I don't know why Migration Assistant didn't copy the full signature folder, but this fixed it. It worked perfectly partly because I had just backed up with Carbon Copy Cloner and the very next day set up the new machine. I don't know where Lion or earlier versions of mail stored signatures, but the absence of the .signature filetype seems to be the problem.
    Hope this helps

I have to keep pasting the same signature in every e-mail, it will not retain my customer signature after the mail application has been closed. Couldn't find much info on this online, does anyone have any ideas?

I have the exact same problem.  The image in the signature keeps disappearing.  I can speculate that closing the mail app causes it to "forget" the image whilst leaving an empty Bo's in its place.
