The video mentions using Option+G on Mac and Alt+G on Windows to create the copyright mark. Control/Ctrl+G is not going to give you a copyright mark.

What is the best way to work on photographs, editing them, and preparing for print if I can't save layers as .jpg or non-layered .tiffs? The photo lab I will be using does not allow layered .tiff. I have seen many videos that show how to let's say enhance eyes using layers, but in this video it says that .jpg cannot be used. I am new to photography and PSE an would like to know if there is an alternative way to edit an image that can be saved as .jpg. Thank you!

Take a tour of the new, modern interface in Photoshop Elements 11. Also check out new Quick, Guided, and Expert editing modes, which enable you to edit photos the way that works best for you.

While I like some of the thinking behind the new interface, it looks like it was drawn by a 5 year old child who was only allowed to have thick crayons. I HATE the way that I cannot enlarge the layers panel in the main editor*, the way the tool icons are double stacked on the left and the midtone gray background. For those reasons alone I will continue to use Elements 9, even though I have paid good money for 11.
except by clicking layers icon in the bottom tool bar, which erases all the other tool windows you had open, so you have to use the window drop down menu to get them back.
    Frankly, it's crap.

I do fine until I "Add the Layer Mask". When I go to Lens Blur afterward, the image is the same and it blurs the entire image. I followed this video exactly as it said. Anyone else having this problem?

Is it possible to import a cataloque with the extension .psa from the old "Photoshop Album 2.0"? I have over 10,000 foto's with adjusted date and time (scanned from negatives etc) and with tags of people, places and events.

The title implies "importing photos & videos from previous versions" and only deals with "Organizer".  It does not mention if regular "JPG" or other formats need to change.   It does not discuss if images have been moved from one location to another folder or directory.  It does not discuss any issues of previous versions or backward compatability of formats.

I do not like this unit. Selecting "like" was an error.
The presentation is not clear about just what the 'selection' is being used for.
