Adding Company logo to workflow notification

Hi,
I need to add our company Logo (Image) to the notification message of AP Remittance Advice. Can you please let me know how to achieve that?
I found the message text is coming from the standard message "AP_APPEWF_HEADER_TITLE"

Adding company logo to email messages?

I'd like to add my company logo to my Apple Mail Signature, but I'm not sure how to do this without it becoming an attachment. I'm assuming I'll need to include a link to an external website that stores the logo. If so, is there a way I can use my iDisk account to facilitate this?

I would use a JPG but you could use a PNG or a GIF. If the logo has been created in Photoshop or Indesign (doesn't really matter how it has been created really) but a compressed image will save a bit of space.
Something to be aware of is that some Mail servers are set up by some companies to convert HTML or rich text emails into plain text so any image may end up as an attachment in that scenario. While it might look nice and pretty when it leaves you, that may not be the case when delivered.

I want to add the logo of the client's Company to CRM 5.2 Web GUI.
In Personilization, I get standard set of skin with standard pictures. Can I replace the picture with the clients logo?

Dear Stephan,
Earlier when I have seen the document on changing skins, I felt my problem is solved.
I have tried to follow the document. Created the copy of the thtmlb_styles to local drive. Changed to logo.png file. Created new entry with path to my local drive in table crmc_thtmlb_styles and called up the webui.
But alas, even though my new log is coming up, yet all the icons that are there in default skin are not appearing. Most of the default skin screen is appearing accept the icons in the home page (icon for alert, worklist, mail etc).
I have even tried to change the standard by importing new logo in SE80. But here, the output in webui seems not to have altered at all. Having checked with the versions , the active verion is of SAP Standard only. I tried to retrive the version I've created, but the active version remains to be the SAP standard only.
Am I missing out some thing in the procedure.

Adding Company Logo to a Standard Purchase Order

Hi,
I went throigh this forum and tried all the different variations that have been provided.
With the following one,
src="url({'${OA_MEDIA}/xxx.jpg'})", I am able to see the logo , when I preview it after I uploaded the xsl-fo file.
I also updated the stylesheet under the Setup\Purchasing Options\Document types to use the new template that I have created for the Standard Purchase order type.
But , the logo is still not getting printed, when I submit the Process "PO output for Communication" for a single PO.
Am I missing a step anywhere in the process. How it is able to resolve the OA_MEDIA in the preview process, but not as part of the "PO output for Communication" Process.
Any Help would be appreciated.

I found the other syntax in the forum
url:{concat('$[OA_MEDIA]/',.//IMAGE_NAME)} where image_name is my xml variable. This didn't work.
But when I hard code the name of the file as in the following syntax. It worked fine.
url:{concat('$[OA_MEDIA]/','xxx.jpg')}
Please let me know, where I am going wrong. This has been a really painful process to get it correct. We have spent lot of hours in resolving this.

Adding company logo to outgoing messages

Is there a way to add a logo to all outgoing messages from an IronPort appliance?

graphical footers are currently not supported by AsyncOS, however there is a workaround in the knowledge base ( article ID 1581) describing the use of HTML in footers and also including image tags. It's not possible to stamp logos directly into footers, though.

When adding in a small company logo to the signature, PC's / windows computers only receive signature and logo as attachments.
I've tried all possible fixes I can find including getting a PC user to format the logo but no joy. Has anyone experienced this and any ideas on a fix gratefully received.

Adding company's logo in the Page

I added company's logo like this:
In the PageLayoutRN --- CorporateBrandingImage-- Image URI-- /OA_MEDIA/company_logo.jpg.
But unfortunately i can't see the logo when i ran the page locally. Do i need to setup anything..?
If i deploy this page to the application server do i need to set up anything..?

There are couple of things you should note,
1. You should place your image under $OA_MEDIA in the env or jdev wherever you are testing
2. You can use personalization to modify the corporate branding image name which will pick your new image. This will only be applicable for the current page which you have personalized.
If you want to do the corporate branding change globally across all pages,
1. You can rename the FNDSSCORP.gif and make your new branding image name as FNDSSCORP.gif in $OA_MEDIA, this will replace the corporate branding globally.
2. We introduced a profile, Corporate Branding Image for Oracle Applications in one of the 11.5.10 RUPs which provides a clean way of replacing corporate branding globally instead of renaming FNDSSCORP.gif. If you are on a lower version and donot have this profile then the only way to do that is the first point.
Note - There is another advantage of using the profile, in 11.5.10 we have three brnading sizes controlled by FND_BRANDING_SIZE and the images needs to be of different sizes for each option. If you simply rename without considering this your branding might look distorted. With the profile we make sure to fit size of your branding image.

Adding hyperlink to company logo

I've added our company logo to my application by defining the image to be used via "Edit Standard Attributes". Is there an easy way that I can attach a hyperlink to this logo so that you can click through to our standard company website?

You can construct the link as follows:
f?p=&APP_ID.:PAGE_ALIAS:&APP_SESSION.&APP_ID. and &APP_SESSION. will be substituted at runtime. If you assign your page an alias, PAGE_ALIAS, then you don't have to hardcode the page ID either.

Notification- Company Logo

Hi Mentors,
Does anyone here already defined a notification message from incoming/ outgoing filters where the logo is my company's logo.
In the preview message under the text resources after i created a notification template...i cant seem to figure out how ...
Do i need to embed an html format that ironport can read so everytime the filters being hit a notification message to the sender will appear together with my company logo..

With this one,...i figured out by creating a txt resources then customize the html code and place the url logo inside my html script...
then associate it with filter if one of the filters were met...then it will use the notification logo being customized with company's logo..

Company LOGO , Send Mail to return value, Portals Link

Hello Friends
We are in the process of designing a workflow to, amongst other things, send an email notifications to employees informing them thet their Pay statements can be viewed via portals (My ESS). Within the email we need to ask the employee if he/she wants to be reminded in 24 hours with another email.
I am wondering if in the past you have sucessfuly:
- Put a company logo in email being sent with the Send_Mail task thru workflow
- Used SEND MAIL too send a link to portals ?
- Allowed to employee to click on "Remind me later" in the email and update the workflow to send a
follow up email in 24 hours.
Example of email is as per below:

You have received an e-mail delivery from XXXXXXXXXXXX that your Payroll statement is ready for viewing in ESS.
To log in to ESS, go to LINK
Click on the Remind me button to receive a reminder in approximately 24 hours

In Workitem you can bring the Logo, But in the email you can send as attachment only.

How to customize SharePoint Foundation 2013 workflow notification emails

We have a SharePoint Foundation 2013 workflow that sends emails when certain criteria are met. We have tried to customize the emails using SharePoint Designer, but the emails that are received are different.
Ho do we configure SharePoint to send the emails formatted as we specified in the workflow?
The emails we receive are all formatted like this:
Subject:
[Company Name Workflow] - [Item] has been assigned to you
Content:
Task assigned by [User Name] on [Date].
To complete this task:
1.   Review [Item].
2.   Perform the specific activities required for this task.
3.   Use the Open this task button to mark the task as completed. (If you cannot update this task, you might not have access to it. Click here to request access.)

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to customize SharePoint Foundation 2013 workflow notification emails.
We’ll need to do a few things to replace SharePoint’s default notification with our own. The first thing we need to do is turn off SharePoint’s default notification. On the Workflow Tasks list, go the Advanced Settings and select
No for Send e-mail when ownership is assigned. Then we need to create workflow to send email.
There is an article for your reference, although it is about the SharePoint 2007, it still works for SharePoint 2013.

No data found for region error on Workflow notification page

Hi !
For workflow, I have created a Non Form Function in Oracle Applications and linked the region to display in the notification. This region's type is StackLayout.
I created an attribute of type Document and assigned it the value in the form
JSP:/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=WF_FUNC
then I added this attribute in the notification message attribute with the Source as Send and Frame Traget as Full Window. Now when the workflow starts, the region does not populate and error shows that there is no data found for this region.
Am I doing something wrong? Any ideas?

We have a unique problem.....for timecard approval notification the HXC_TIMECARD form function is calling embedded Timecard region in the workflow notification.....in the HTML call the AprvNtfRN is called as shown below.
OA.jsp?page=/oracle/apps/hxc/selfservice/approval/webui/AprvNtfRN&akRegionApplicationId=809
Now the issue is that the email displays uneven format i..e timecard details like project and task name are vertical instead of horizontal.
Is there a way to code HTML in AprvNtfRN so that the format is obtained as desired?

How can I include a Credit Mgmt Case Folder URL in a workflow notification?

I have a requirement to add a URL to a workflow notification, which is easy enough. The issue I am having is that I am not able to create a URL that successfully opens the Credit Management Case Folder that is specified in the worflow notification.
I am only able to get the URL to launch the following successfully: http://<ce:0000>/OA_HTML/RF.jsp?function_id=16351&resp_id=23916&resp_appl_id=222&security_group_id=0&lang_code=US
Has anyone else solved this issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Name: Case Folder Link
Frame Target: New Window

I then added the following line to add the URL attribute to the HTML message body.
Case Folder Link : &CASE_FOLDER_LINK
When using the link above I don't get any error message. However when I try to change the URL to a specific case folder URL (Note this URL should change depending on the Case Folder # provided in the notification message.):
