Adding credit not working
Hi Guys
Keep trying to add credit to our account and it flicks me here:

I am the account admin so when I request it it sends me an email and redirects me back to this page - stuck in a loop!

Hi Scott,
It's weird that it shows that the subscription did not complete since I used it (and got charged) for two months before the problems started.
I did purchase a new subscription today and so far it works, but I tried adding another credit card just to check and it gave me the same error as last time:
"invalid card, please check card details". I noticed there's no field to write down the card's security number, so maybe that's the problem.
Can you check it for me? I also can't delete my previous credit card information (i.e. the one that stopped working and led to this cancellation).
My main concern right now is the cancelling fee, I can't check if I got charged and it doesn't feel right to pay for a system's mistake. I'm mistrusting Creative Cloud right now and a bit afraid of this happening again next month.

Adding Credit Notes with reference to Invoice

Im having a difficulty posting a CreditNote with reference to an Invoice. For example I have an Invoice with 3 line items, and this customer returned 1 material. How do I post this Credit Note with only 1 material with reference to this Invoice thru DI API?

What is the Product and Model Number of your desktop computer?
What version of Windows do you have installed on your computer?
What is the name of the original RAM installed in your desktop?
When you installed this new hardware, did you ground yourself before installing it?

Hi, I am new here. I just purchased a font (Boycot) and added it to my "fonts" folder. It works great in MS Word, but doesn't seem to work in Photoshop. I have CS2 and I'm using a PC. When I select the text tool and then the "Boycot" font, I see only blank spaces (if that) and then I get an error message. The two messeges are: "Could not complete your request because something prevented the text engine from being initialised." or "Could not complete your request because of a program error." Other font's work fine and as I said... the "Boycot" font works in other programs like MS Word.

I am still using a 6509. I am trying to add a new vlan, but I can't even ping the router ip on that vlan from the router. I have configured it the same as my other vlans that work just fine. I am wondering if I have crossed some limit. I have my vlans setup as 1,100,200,300,400,500,600,700,800,900. Up not vlan 800 works just fine. VLAN 900 doesn't. I can't figure out what the problem is. Below is my vlan configuration. Anything you see wrong?

standby 90 preemptI assume 'show vlan' displays vlan 900? i.e. you issued command 'vlan 900' on the 6509? with the 6509 owning the gateway for vlan 900 it will need vlan 900 in the vlan db. If you have an access port in vlan 900 on the 6509 - maybe put portfast on the port for testing - it should come up. Maybe add it to a trunk to a downstream switch as well..?

Subscription credit not working
I bought an unlimited subscription to call landlines and mobiles but it doesn't seem to work. I tried couple of times but can't dial out. Purchase was delivered and confirmed, so I don't really know where the problem is.
BettyI now seem to be charged for calling someone on the skype Internet which used to be free last year? Is this due to the fact there have been changes since Skype was taken over by microsoft?

Microsoft has not changed any of the Skype prices or products in general. Skype to Skype calls are still free. Did you make the call from your Skype account to another Skype account? If you received charges from Vodaphone then they should be able to explain the charges, if charges show up in your call history then there should be called number and this is not Skype to Skype call.
Call is charged once successful connection is established and at least 1 second has passed after connection. If the other side did not pick up the call and you were charged then please provide call details to customer service as guided here: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1170/How-can-I-contact-Skype-Customer-Service
Note: If your case is different than the previous then please start a new thread. In this case it was not related to previous user issue.

Dunning Wizard - Adding customers not working
Hi all,
We're trying to run the dunning wizard, but are unable to add customers in step three. There are no error messages. The BP Properties dialogue box appears when the 'Add' button is clicked, we can select customers , but when 'OK' is clicked, no customers appear in the list. If we click 'Next', it says 'no customers were selected' in the system messages. I have attempted this user the manager account, and another colleague has tried it with the same results and he has superuser.

You need to check every customer profile to see whether Dunning Term field in Business Partner Master Data >> Payment Term Tab is defined or not. Make sure assign with dunning term.
Your problem will be solved.

I was just shown a forecast form in which data for certain months is read-only while for certain months it is writeable. To test something, I was asked to modify a read only value. I added granted my user group write access to all members on the form. However, I still can't seem to edit those read only values, probably because they are actuals.
I know this is a stupid request and most likely folks will ask me "why do you want to change the actuals???" but long story - we are testing something in dev. Pls advise as to what is the best way to modify read-only actuals. Actually, I am having trouble figuring out why the cells are read-only even after I granted my user group write access to all members on the form.

Select Administration->Manage->Dimensions.
Go To Scenario dimension
Select the forecast in question and click on edit.
Change the range of the forecast i.e. the start month/year to accommodate your requirement.
Eg:- If you are editing Forecast(3+9) and you want to edit data in 2nd month then, change the start period for this forecast from P4 to P2, refresh outline and do the required changes in the data as per your requirement.
Remember to revert the changes so that you can again lock P2 and P3 for data entry for your client.
Alternatively you can lock and send the required data through excel Add-In.
Also the cells would be read only even if you give write access to the user because when we select the start period, the preceding periods becomes read only even if you have write access to that scenario member.

Hi there,
changed System from Panther to Tiger and love the Dashboard feature. All default widgets work fine (except the language code problem with the translator).
BUT all widgets I tried to add - be it Earth, YouTube, FishTank, or a Timer widget don't work.
Internet works fine, links on the "backside" of the widgets open the right browserwindow, but the function itself doesn't do anything. Fishtank for example shows an image with fish, but with a questionmark in the middle - nothing moving.
Can anyone please give me a hint?

Could it be a Firewall issue? Any Router involved? Are you running or installing from an Admin Account? Repaired Permissions lately?
Might open Console in Utilities and observe for clues as you start one that doesn't work.

Okay, so my friend's who both have Windows computers are trying to add eachother on skype. But neither of them are getting any requests on skype. Is there a fix for this problem?

Library Duplicated
I just updated to the latest version of iTunes and it duplicated virtually every track in my library. I need a quick way to delete the duplicates. Sorting by "Date Added" will not work, because every track is listed as added on 12/12/2011 even though this happened today 12/19/2011.I've written a script called DeDuper which can help remove unwanted duplicates. Corrupt Credit Note created via DI API
Hello,
when i try to create a credit note via di api i get the error message "one of the base documents has been closed", even if the source document is not closed. But this is not the main problem. After this i have a corrupt credit memo in my system, that means a credit memo with out any detail lines. The error occurs only on one customer systems, on a lot of other systems the creation of credit notes works fine. Had anybody the same effect or clue what causes this problem.
