Adding fades to 1000 regions.... How?

Hi everyone! I have a rather long and boring job ahead of me and I'm looking for tips on how to speed it up.. I basically have 1000 (literally) regions in a project in logic pro 8 and i need to add fade ins and outs (a set length for both) for all of them. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get around having to do this manually? I'm thinking maybe some kind of automation software could be an option, but i'm not sure.. Any ideas?!?

Use the export region (region->audio file) function for that but note that volume and pan automation will not be included when using the export function. Te copy/convert function which converts regions to new audio files doesn't include the fades so that's not an option in your case.

You can't.
All photos transferred from your computer are stored in the Photo Library. The photos in the album or albums below are not duplicates - they include a pointer to the original photos stored in the Photo Library. This way you can view the photos in a particular album only by selecting the album, or you can view all photos available in all albums by selecting Photo Library.
Just as with an iTunes playlist. A song cannot be in an iTunes playlist unless the song is in the main iTunes library. Placing a song in a playlist does not duplicate the song. Remove the main iTunes library or the songs from the main iTunes library that are in a playlist and the songs will no longer be in the playlist either. This way you can listen to the songs in the playlist only by selecting the playlist, or all songs in your entire iTunes library by selecting Music under Library in the iTunes source list.
The same with iPhoto on a Mac. A photo cannot be in an in iPhoto Event or Album unless the photo is in the main iPhoto library. Placing a photo in an Event or Album does not duplicate the photo. This way you can view the photos in an iPhoto Event or Album only by selecting the Event or Album, or all photos in all Events or Albums.

Name your editable regions the same in the new template as they were named in the existing one.
Look at the code in the old template. Find all regions like this -

Make note of the name. Ensure that all corresponding regions in the new template have the same name as they did in the old template.
Then do a site-wide Find and Replace to find the old template's file name, and replace it with the new template's file name.
if the old template is templ.dwt and new templ.dwt.php???
Find SITE-WIDE "templ.dwt" and replace with "templ.dwt.php".

Try closing the Music app completely and then reset your iPad. You will not lose any data.
In order to close the Muisc app, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Next, reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Look for a program called BlueHarvest. I'm not sure if it still works with Mountain Lion.
I believe your file server can be set up to handle the metadata files, but I suppose that would depend on the Server software and your IT staff.

Added a Song...How do I fade the song in the middle of a video clip?

I have a 5 minute video of my daughters first birthday. I added a song, but I want to accomplish the following:
Start the song 15 seconds into the video (after we sing happy birthday)
Fade the Audio roughly 2 minutes into the video so that I can highlight my older daughters voice
In between all of this I want to detach the background noise/talking from the video so only the song is heard.
There are only a few clips of the video that I want the voices to be heard, other than that, I just want the song to be the only audio.
Help???

Yes, you can do this.
1) Drag the song and drop it on the video clip at the point (15 seconds) where you want it to start. You drop it on top of the video clip - not in the background.
2) You will want to isolate the clips where you want your daughter's voice to be heard. If they are already separate clips, this is easy. But if they are part of one long clip, you can select the frames that you want to isolate by dragging with your mouse. A yellow border should be around these frames. Then EDIT/SPLIT CLIP. Or right-click/Split Clip. (Note: It is important to do this in the Project, not in the Event)
3) Once you have Split the clip, you can open the audio inspector and turn the volume down on those video clips where you want the clips to be muted. Turn the audio down to zero. For those clips where you want your daughter's voice to be heard, select the clip. Go to the Audio tab of the inspector, and turn on Ducking. Ducking will diminish all other tracks by the percentage you specify.
4) [This Video Tutorial|http://www.apple.com/findouthow/movies/imovie08.html#audioclips] is a good explanation of audio in iMovie. It is for iMovie 08, but most of it still apples in iMovie 09.

Adding and linking report region to a page with an existing report region

I have page that has a report region. It is based on a master table.
I want to add another report region to the same page for the detail.
I have added the region of tpye HTML and entered the query in the source section.
How do link this detail region with the master region. That is join the detail to query after the master based on the master row selected.

It shows how to do it using two pages, but putting both reports on one page is pretty much the same.

2 Data Sets - 1 Detail Region - HOW???

I need to feed two separate XML data sets to one detail
region. I tried a method (from a previous post) of adding both data
sets to one detail region, separated by a space. It will only
access the first data set listed and ignores the one that trails.
E.G. -

There are 2 ways to write data references, one more formal
than the other.
Short: {nodename}
Formal: {dsname::nodename}
The formal version will always work.
The short version works when there is only one data set on
the region or, WHEN IT IS LISTED FIRST.
If you have a region with multiple datasets, data references
that come from the data set that is NOT first must use the formal
notation. This assures that we can distinguish between the data
sets, in case of duplicate node names.
So, for those data refs that come from emailData06, make them
{emailData06::nodename}

App store on phone has switched to different region, how do I change it back?

Somehow when browsing the app store on my iPhone it's changed to US app store. My account is based in New Zealand and I can no longer download or update anything as it keeps telling me that I need to change the store to New Zealand but I don't know how!
If anyone can walk me through what I need to do to change this back to my default NZ app store that would be much appreciated.

Open the App Store... Scroll all the way to the bottom and Select "Apple ID: abcdef", then View my Apple ID, then log in, and make sure Country/Region is selected as appropriate and hit done.

I recently had to restore my iPod Touch and all of my apps and music have been replaced on my iPod but all of the music has the cloud icon next to it saying I need to download it from the cloud. I have 1000 songs, how can I download all at once?

It's the 5th gen iPod touch and each song has the cloud symbol next to it that I can tap to download from the cloud onto my iPod but I don't want to have to do that for over 1000 songs so how can I do this all at once? I've already tried syncing my iPod with my library hoping that will help, as well as transferring purchases.
