Adding features to the remote

First, I really like both the remote, and the description included with the remote, while improvements might be made, they are examples of the best available.  I have 1 problem with the remote, and I wonder if it might be possible to get one additional feature.
The problem deals with the layout of the keys.  They are done  in such a way as to maximize the possibility of  off human error.  I think this is best illuatrated with an example, because I am not personally any sort of expert in human engineering.  The location of the keys that allow one to move the guide (channel up/down andc the circular up-down keys), instead of being grouped, are distributed, and bordered with keys that cause severe problems if they're hit accidentally.   Generally, feaatures are poorly grouped, and there are no manual cues available to the user, so attention must be paid to the remote no matter what the entry is.  This is not true of other remotes.
OK, the other item might be called a feature request.  My audio goes optically to a Sony receiver.  This is handled nicely by the remote (AUX key), but there is one single item that I can't currently perform with the remote, which prevents me from being able to put away the Sony remote.  The feature is to be able to switch the input sources.  I realize that the receiver has up to 10 different inputs to select from, but allowing me to use (for instance) the number keys, (or even just 3-4 of them) to being able to vector the receiver to take input from either the set top box or the DVD player would really be great for me.  I only need 2 keys here (there isn't an up/down type entry available on the receiver, you need to pick among the 10 different inputs, so you can choose a small subset, maybe programming the 1 and 2 remotes number key entry, if in AUX mode, to generate a couple of these keys)
Getting this feature would really improve things for me.

First please check if there is any new policy was set such as a throttle for uploading data, or a firewall was enabled before the issue occurs. 
There is no enough information for finding out the exact cause. Please also check if there is any error and event logs. These can be found in the Application Event log under WindowsAzureBackup.
