Adding fields in FB03 Document List
Dear Experts
Can anyone let me know whether there is any option to add additional fields like userid, Tcode, etc. in Document list available in FB03.
I know that this facility is available in SAP versions 4.7 and above, but I am writing this with reference to version 4.6C.

As said by experts, there is no way to add the other fields in FB03.
If you want to display other fields, either you can use T.code SE16N for querying BKPF table or create your own Z report in ALV format by fetching data from this table.

Public sector use of FB03 document list
The state is set up as one company and each agency is a separate business area. When using FB03, and an agency requests a document list, the agency gets a list of all documents. Is there a way to limit the list to only there business area.

Business are is at line item level (BSEG and related tables of line item) FB03 pulls data from BKPF. It is not possible to restrict FB03 search to Business Area. However you may develop a program to search based on your criteria.

Adding fields to ALV output list in Tcode S_ALR_87012357
Hi,
I need your help to insert new fields in output at standard t-code S_ALR_87012357 for GST Report.
Report name is RFUMSV00.
The add/insert columns are
1)Vendor Description,
2)SGD Gross Amt(100% tax Reporting curr)
3)SGD Tax Base Amt(100% Tax Reporting curr),
4)SGD Input Tax(7% Tax Reporting curr) and
5) Value(100%Vendor Curr)
Could anyone help me how to do this.

ShabareeshChanging the field catalog should not add the new fields required in internal table (e.g. structure RFUMS_TAX_ITEM for items)
You could try to append a structure to those, and fill its value with FI_TAX_BADI_011 ?

Adding field with drop down list to Opportunity transaction

I want to add a field from one of the Z table to the opportunity transaction Using EEWB. I have added the field but my problem is that the field should be drop down list with values coming from the Z table.

Go to your development package with your EEWB extension, look at function group like ZCRM_BTX_EEW_UI* and here you have you screen, your pbo, your pai.
Modify with the same logic of program demo in your field.

Ribbon Button activating when a field in the Document / List item metadata = 'Yes'
Im hoping this is an easy answer as Im sure it must be, but my mind has gone blank!
Basically I have created a button to run some javascript code to fire a custom (manual) workflow on an item that is selected in a Document Library (or List)
I have set the ribbon button to only be active IF one item is selected in the Library but what I want now is to only activate the ribbon button if one item is selected AND IF a specific field in the item = 'Yes' (The field in this case being called 'DraftDoc'
[Choice field]).
Ive tried a few methods but none seem to work and VS2012 errors on debugging.
My code to enable the button so far is:

According to your description, you have been able to set the ribbon button to be actived if one item is selected. Now, you want to activate the ribbon button if there is one
item selected and the value of "DraftDoc" column is "Yes".
We can achieve it by getting the value of this "DraftDoc" column of the selected item to check whether it is "Yes".
Here is a code demo about checking whether the value of "DraftDoc" column of the selected item for your reference:

I am trying to find out what is a process of adding fields in EDI output of Invoice List...
I mean that I need to add some extra fields to Invoice lists.
The information I have is: name of Form, print program and output type.
I guess I need to modify printing program, is it a correct way to go?

Mindaugas.I did not work on invoice list EDI,but i have done invoice.
First you need to look at segment,if you want to add new fileds in output,then you need to create segment at WE31 Transaction.
now create idoc type based on invoice idoc type ( WE30) here you need to use ur segment.
Idoc has function module
outbound - FM will start IDOC_OUTBOUND_inv*
Inbound - FM will Start IDOC_INBOUND_INV*
in the FM,you will have user exit ,populate ur fields in user exit.
Configuration :
1 create or maintain logical system - SALE
2. Create RFC Destination - Sm59
3. Create port - WE21 - ( EDI - Port is FILE)
6.Maintain partner profile - WE20 ( Give all required details like message type,idoc type)
IDOC Status - WE02 or WE05
Status Record - WE47
Change pointer - BD52
Message type : WE81
Assign message type to idoc WE82
finally when you create invoice list and output type medium is 6 then output will go to other system as text file.
Note : Please maintain message control in Partner profile. -

AET is able to add new field from Web UI.

First, you should be receiving email notifications of any reply; you haven't because there haven't been any. Second, should you be able to access that website? Have you done it before? Occasionally, I've gotten a similar message from websites I frequent but trying later will often clear the problem. Other times, I've gone to websites I really don't have permission to access and the website knows it. Also, you might try another browser, such as Firefox or Opera.
Finally, if you mean the Birchmere Music Hall, I get the same error message, and if Ticketmaster needs to access that website for ticket and event dates, it can't get through either. I'd suggest waiting for whomever handles the Birchmere website to fix it, or call them on the phone.
