Adding hostid and port info to the jsessionid in a url-rewrite

how do I do this? I did it once before and the servers are still churning out the host!port (see bold):

I can't for the life of me remember how or find any documentation. This needs to be in the url so that the f5 load balancers can do their job.

Try using below formula and check if it helps:
=Connection("query_name")
OR
=Connection(DataProvider(<obj>))
<obj> could be any object from the query. DataProvider(<obj>) will provide the query name to Connection function.
This will give detail on middleware and Database used.

I used to find it very useful to drag and highlight all the info in the header of the email including sender, cc, date, subject etc to be able to paste in into other docs as reminders of who sent what when. Now I have to do 2 copy/pastes. Not a deal killer but makes my life just that little bit more unnecessarily complicated.

There is usually a toolbar button in the editor to turn a text link into a clickable hyperlink (look for a chain like button). 
You can select the text and click that button to turn the link into a clickable hyperlink. 
If you can't find the button then hover them all to check the tooltip of each.

Monthly and Yearly info on the same Pivot Table

Hi everyone,
I have a couple of questions.
1) I want to show the same results by month and by year on the same pivot table. Is there any way this can be done?
2) I would also like to show data on graphs by month. To do this i have added my date field to the table (hidden) and used the function MONTHNAME(expr). This works fine except that any transactions in April 2007 get grouped with any transactions in April 2008, and the same with the rest of the months. Is there any MONTHYEAR function or the like, that differentiates between months from different years?

After downloading ios6.0.1 for iphone 4 i am unable to transfer my outlook7 calendar and contact info to the phone - i am not now given the option on the info tab of synching with outlook -the info reads my calendar is being synched over the air w/o ?

w/o ability to change it to my preference .

The downer is that this will lose your categories in Address Book, I think.

Number 3 is your best bet - it should retain all the categories etc. However, doing this in a hurry is a recipe for panic. My advice is to try 3 first. If you can't get it to work, try 1. Although that might lose categories, it gets everything onto the iPhone, and the iPhone's built-in Spotlight search will enable you to find people, events etc really quickly. And it's easy and quick. Later on, when you have time, you can try something cleverer.

My BB 8900 constantly is trying to send and receive info from the network

The connectivity arrows are on almost constantly - thereby draining the battery within a 8hr period.
I have checked to make sure there is no programs that are running. I even had rogers replace it, only to have it happen again.
Does anybody know why this would be happening?

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
You have some app running that is constantly using your network connection to do something. It could be your browser -- if it's left on an active web page that auto-refreshes, that will do what you describe. It could be a news app -- if you leave it running in background and it has a short interval for refreshing it's news articles, that would result in what you describe. It is doubtful that this is an email issue -- if you have BIS email conduits, traffic to your BB is only generated when there is a change at your email server that needs to be pushed to the BB...there is no check for new email directly between your BB and your email server...BIS functions as that bridge.
Hold down your BBKey and look at the ribbon of apps...one (or more) of them is the offending app here. Check them all and always properly close apps when you don't want them to be able to do this. The red and the back keys do not, btw, properly close apps...only pressing the BBKey and selecting Close or Exit truly closes down apps...the other keys leave it to the apps to decide what to do, and many are traffic generators (e.g., twitter, FB, MySpace, news readers, etc.).

Adding songs and editing info is VERY slow on brand new mac

Hello, I have a brand new macbook computer. I'm trying to add songs to my iTunes library, which is mostly empty at this point. As I try to add songs to iTunes, they take quite a bit of time to get added into iTunes. If I try to edit their info (through Get Info), it takes forever for the information to go through. I have my preferences set to organize my music library folder. I noticed that only songs that are in my iTunes Library folder take a long time to get added (so, adding music that's in a random folder on the computer and isn't in my organized library folder gets added to iTunes very quickly, but if I'm adding music that's going to get organized in my library folder, it's very slow.)
I don't remember it being this slow on my older macbook. Any ideas as to why this is going so slow? It's clearly not a RAM or size problem, since this is a brand new macbook.

Also, I mentioned earlier that if I added music to iTunes that was in a random folder on the external, it would show up instantly on the playlist; but if I added music that was within my iTunes library-folder on the external, it would upload very slowly. Even after it's on the iTunes playlist and "organized" within the Library-folder with the correct titles/folder names, just editing a song (for example, to change the year) would take a long time as well.
Edit: And, I just realized, there is a big delay when I try to click on a song to play. The little spinning color wheel pops up for a few seconds every single time I click to play a new song out of my playlist. I'm sure that NEVER happened in the past on my old macbook when I also used an external drive.

Added Articles and ran snapshot, but the new tables not showing up

I have a publication that is running on 2012 SQL server. I added several tables, some stored procedure and some views. Then I selected 'view snapshot agent service' and selected start. It says running, and then says '9 articles published'
(or something like that) but the number is incorrect. It should be a LOT more than that. Then when I look at the subscriber, it doesn't have the new tables. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Adding Covers and song info slow down

I just my new 120gb Ipod for christmas and I started to load album covers to it. It started out fine, the album cover would load/save in no time, but now it takes forever to save a cover to a song, any help on why?

Reporting Question - Detail and Summary info in the same report

I have a situation where I have to report the detail and summary information from one cube (or multiple cubes) in a single report. Following is the example cube with smaple data and the required report

Any Ideas to create such a report is welcome. I am open to use multiple cubes, Multicubes, summarized data joins etc.

You can acheive this using single cube.
All you need to do is to define 2 restricted keyfigures the following way.
1. Amount (Cust/Material Group)
In the Restricted KF (either global or local), pull in the Material to the right side, right click on it and select "Constant Selection". Save it.
2. Amount (Customer)
Pull in both Material and Material Group and do the same step as above for both. Save it.
Now run the query and tests it. Let us know if i worked.

Can someone explain to me why Oracle has chosen to store the information for the applicationserver in textfiles ( configuration files (.conf) and environment files (.env)) instead of the database?
1. A connection to the database is needed anyway.
2. Indexing of database tables can be used for better performance.
3. Easier GUI to manage the data.
4. No difficult filesystem structure.

How can I download items from the iCloud such as contacts, calendar, and notes?

A review and some info on the new iPod Video

I just got mine yesterday (60gb). It is fantastic. I have nothing bad to say. I loaded all my music, pictures and calendar data. I bought a TV show, downloaded a free Video Podcast, bought a Pixar short video, and a Music video. The quality of the picture is nothing short of amazing. Everyone who sees it is very impressed. I have a whole row of folks where I work that have one iPod or another, and they all needed their drool-cups changed while looking at this new addition from Apple. Well done Steve!

Anyway, I DO love my new 5G, and I know there are so many of us out there that are really curious about the new iPod. Isn't that what any company wants? Buzz about their new product? How to get the Host name and port number

I am working in xRPM. I need to get the server name, host name & port number for the portal and i need to diaplay as a link in the Workflow step. I cant give the portal link as static, as it will vary depends on the DEV, QUAL, PROD. Is there any FM or class is available, so i can get the server name, port no. for my purpose?.

My client has configured the portal and backend in different stack. So when i execute the FM you provided and with class: CL_HTTP_SERVER, CL_WD_UTILITIES, i am getting only the backend host name and port no. not the portal's info. So please help is there any way we can get the portal's info.

Adding markers and info while playing

I recall seeing a marketing bullet about how you could now add markers and info during playback on FCP6.
I can't figure out how this actually works, if it does.
Is there a way to drop a marker while playing back AND add info into the dialog box that normally pops up if you hit the tilda twice?
Can't find ANY info about this.

That is a feature of FCP 7...not 6.
