Adding individual programs to CC membership

Sorry for being the newbie here, but I was wondering if you can add individual programs to your CC account. I have the basic 10 a month membership with photoshop and lightroom. I want to add dreamweaver and fireworks. Does the next step up give me access to that?

Simply get the full CC. Adding single app plans makes no sense, given that the cost will be equal or even higher than a full CC subscription.

I added a program that somehow put the search engine "searchqu" on my computer. How do you get rid of it? I looked up in the web engines and it is not listed. A blog board I read says it is coming through google chrome that it has to be uninstalled... any ideas?

Searchqu gets installed if you don't opt-out of the installation when you install a 'free' app from bandoo.com which provides free emoticons.
If you have this app on your system now, uninstall it first, otherwise searchqu will reappear again after you complete the following steps. 
To revert to Google as your preferred search engine, please do the following. 
#In the location bar, type '''about:config''' and hit Enter. 
#In the filter at the top, type: '''keyword.URL''' 
#Double click it and remove whatever's in there and replace it with http://www.google.com/search?q= 
#In the filter at the top again, copy/paste the following (remove keyword.URL first): '''browser.startup.homepage'''

Setting ram limits on individual programs/processes

Is it possible to set ram limits on individual programs/processes?
Specifically, can you limit the about of ram gunzip uses whenever it is run?

That helps some, but the true desired effect is to do something similar to virtualizing memory -- I want to be able to say "process x is allowed to work within 512mb of memory," for example.
Thanks for the pointer on setrlimit... It does kill the process if it hits the hard limit? The man page sounds almost like it does what I want, but I guess not.

Individual Programs using VPN / Which VPN Software

Hi All,
I have two questions.
First of all I would like to know which is the best solution to connect to VPN. I've been using the build in VPN client of MacOS for over 5 Months but with so many alternative programs popping up, I wonder whether there is (it at all) a better alternative available?
My second question is related to how VPN works in MacOS. I would like to set up individual programs to (dynamically - if avaliable) use the VPN whereby others simply keep using the non VPN connection.
How can I make this work?

Question About Installing Individual Programs in Final Cut Studio 2

I recently installed Final Cut Studio 2, but I chose not to install Livetype on the initial setup. Now I would like to install it, but was curious why it seems to be installing all the information from the other programs I installed last week. Only Livetype was available on the "Custom Install" screen, it was blue and checked. Everything else was greyed out, but still checked. However, it seems to be repeating the same install process I did previously; and I am curious if this is going to create any redundancies on my computer. Any help?

2. When I say FCS 2 I mean the suite that came with Final Cut Pro 6, DVD Studio Pro 4, Motion 3, LiveType 2, Soundtrack Pro 2, Color, Compressor 3. I'm pretty sure it will play nicely with a new intel machine.
When I say FCS HD I mean the suite that came with Final Cut Pro (5.1.4), DVD Studio Pro, Motion 2, and Soundtrack Pro, and Compressor 2. This version (5.1) was made to work with intel machines.

Adding custom program to F110

Hello gurus,
for the F110 transaction, we need to execute a program after the standard RFFOD_U or RFFOD_L that takes the dme file, adds some information to the file name and leaves it in a specific folder.
Is it possible to add this program to the program list in the "printout/datamedium" tab of F110, so that it is automatically executed after every RFFOD_U execution? For example, for some payment methods we have
RFFOAVIS
RFFOD_U
RFFOEDI1
In the F110
What we want is to add our custom program to this list so:
RFFOAVIS
RFFOD_U
RFFODEDI
ZRFFO*
Another option would be to manually input it in the "lists" section below, but this would mean the user would have to select it in every payment run
Do you know how to include it in the "form/printing/data medium exchange" section of the Printout/data medium tab

but I guess I did not explain my problem in full;
1 We need to do it using the existing RFFO* programs, not with DMEE
2 We cannot use the cariants for these programs because the output file length is not long enough for the folder + file names that we need
3 we need to add the values of the payment run date and payment run ID to the file name

Adding individual tasklist to document set

I'm looking in too the functionality of SharePoint 2013 for a company where i'm an intern. I wan't to know if the following is possible.
We wan't to add a document set for each project. When we view this document set "project" i wan't to add an tasklist just for that "project". Is it possible to view an individual tasklist on the page of the document set? So when i click
on a document set "project" i not only see the documents but als an tasklist just for that project?
I wan't to know this because a projectsite is not ideal in this case. Their need to be one library which contains all the information about all projects.

Not really, you could have a shared task list which has a column for 'project'. That way you'd be able to filter down to only the relevant tasks for your particular project quickly.
A single document library is often the simplest approach but it can get hard to control and manage over time. You can use things like the content by search web part to 'roll up' content to a controling area if that makes life easier.

Adding installed programs to bash

How do I add an installed program to the bash script when I build the program from source? For example, i installed elinks form source using './configure && make && make install' but i have to browse to /usr/bin/ and ./elinks to run it. How can I run it from anywhere by just typing 'elinks'? Thanks for your help.

How do I restore individual programs (such as iTunes) from time machine?

I recently put two hard drives in my macbook. I put a 60gig solid state in the original hard drive bay and put my original 500gig in the optical drive bay. The computer works well with the OS being on the solid state but I want to make all of my media save onto the 500gig while keeping the actual iTunes program on the solid state. I plan to do this with iPhoto as well, any advice?

Adding a program to automatically open on a Managed Account

Is there any way to add a program to a "Managed Account" to automically run upon login without the "Managed Account" holder having to login and add it to the "Login Items" under their account preferences?
For example, as an administrator, I would like to auto-run a program on a Managed Account but do not want the Managed Account holder to know it is running.

Creative Cloud - registration of individual programs?

Whenever I open a program I get the screen that says Continue with Trial or Buy. Is there a serial number that I'm missing? Is this Normal? How can I resolve the issue if it is a problem?

I went through the License Software process and still get the popup screen about Continue With Trial subsequently. I looked at the link suggested by Manish_1988 and that seems to apply to non-English users, which I am not (my preference is set to English (North America) which is what I want).
Anyone from Adobe able to help with this?

Downloading individual programs from Creative Cloude

I uninstalled Flash Builder 4.7 because it was not launching, either from the icon or from with in Flash Pro. I am trying to reinstall the program but their does not seem to be the option to download and install just one program. Do I have to uninstall the whole Creative Cloud apps and reinstall? Or is there a way to just download and install Flash Builder 4.7?
