Adding providers and information to Health Vault account

I do not have any providers in my Health Vault account. Last time I checked about 2 months ago I had providers and medical information within my account. Does anyone know how I can add my medical information and list of providers to my account? I added
some measurements, glucose levels, etc.. about 2 months ago and all of that information has disappeared too. I appreciate the help.

    Folks,
    I have attempted multiple times to link my CVS prescription medications to my Microsoft Health Vault account, however every single time I have attempted to do so, I keep receiving an error message on the CVS website.
    I double checked all my passwords, agreed to all the disclosures and when I click on the button to link I get an error message on the CVS website without any explanations.
    Does anyone out there know what the problem is or how to resolve this problem with linking the two accounts...?

    I did already did do that with opening a support ticket and I was informed to contact CVS regarding this problems and issues with it. I have saved all the emails going back and forth between Microsoft Health Vault technical support and the end result is
    they do not want to own up to it that the CVS App for
    www.cvs.com does not work and only works with CVS/Caremark.
    I myself do not have a CVS/Caremark account or membership so I can not clearly say here that is really works or does not. Myself being in the information technology business for over 26 years this is what you call a 4 P project. "Product of Piss Poor Planning"
    and the end result was the App was not properly developed, testing prior to it being released into production. If you look closely at the App is does state CVS and that is not applicable as the CVS App they have out there should state CVS/Caremark ONLY.
    If I was to release Apps and software in my professional career in the past I would have been terminated immediately and would be standing on the corner in New York City with a cup in my hand begging for money.

    www.cvs.com technical support and the individuals I spoke with there about this did not know there left hand from the right hand on how to correct this.

  • Was given false information in store about accounts and billing, how to proceed?

    Hello everyone,
    13 days ago i joined up with Verizon after careful consideration of several cellular service providers and they were a great 13 days until i received my bill.
    It was at the Reynoldsburg OH Verizon wireless store where i was being helped by a friendly lady that told my wife and myself that:
    1. My cell phone service (unlimited talk and text) was going to only cost me 10 dollars a month.
    2. My family/group account that i was going to be added onto would not change except for the data plan to be capped at 10 gig.
    So at the end of the month i was expecting a bill of , as the nice lady told me : 10.00 USD.
    Instead i was confronted with a bill of 88.00 USD, a discrepancy of 78.00 USD.
    A activation fee of 35.00 USD, 12.00 USD for the amount of days in the current month and 30.00 USD for the coming month.
    Plus additional minor charges regarding federal/state taxes i have never heard of.
    To conclude, we were given false information and we specifically asked about this subject with these questions.
    "Will our group plan be changed if i am added onto it?"
    "Will i be paying only 10 USD a month or are there additional charges?"
    So my question is, what is the most efficient way to get this matter resolved as my family is ready to switch to a different provider because of this.
    This is off-topic but we are already trying to deal with a third party water utility company that is taking advantage of current Ohio lack of regulation and charging us double what we use plus service charges.

There is a $10.00 add on option; however, that is for tablets only. In addition, taxes and surcharges are billed for all lines. What type of device did you add?     I registered the the wrong information for my iCloud account--I misspelled the account name.  I accidentally spelled blackberry instead of blackbird.  How can I change this?

    If you don't want to use an alias you'll have to create a new account as you cannot change the @icloud.com address once created.  You'll have to create a new ID, verify the ID, then use the ID to create the new account, and migrate your iCloud data to the new account.
    If you are currently syncing data with iCloud, begin by saving any photo stream photos to your camera roll as mentioned above.  If you are syncing Notes with iCloud, you'll also need to open each of them and email them to yourself so they can be recreated in the new account.  Finally, if you are syncing any iWork documents with iCloud, turn off iCloud syncing in your iWork app settings.
    Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, and choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted.  Then in Settings>iCloud tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom, set up your new ID, verify the email address you use to create it by responding to Apple's verification email, then sign in with the new ID to create your new account.  Turn on your iCloud sync settings and choose Merge when prompted to upload your data to the new account.  When you turn Mail to On you will be prompted to create your new @icloud.com email address.  Be carefull to type it correctly as it cannot later be changed.

    You can't currently transfer purchases/downloads from one account to another account.
    When you download past purchases from an account then you will potentially tie the device (or computer if you do it on that) to that account for 90 days : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627
    Have you got the ibooks already on your computer and/or on a backup so that you can sync them to your new iPhone ? If not then have you bought anything on your new account yet - could you go back to just using the old account ?

    The recommendation is always to make another ID for use with a paid books account. And while I can't swear this is at the root of your issue, you should in any case reach out to Apple for assistance on this one, I think.

    I recently changed internet providers and thus had to set up a new email account.  I managed to change my Apple ID but my I-phone 4S is not recognizing it.  It still brings up the old user ID.  I am also unable to retrieve Windows Mail (also wants old info)  I synced my phone.  What else can I do?

    FYI: you should have simply updated the AppleID with new info and continued to use it instead of creating a new one.

    If your provider won't tell you then you must use their provided router.. some ISP are like that.

    If you have iCloud and/or iTunes accounts just sign out of them (however iTunes Store purchases cannot be transferred to a different account). You can create a new ID at http://appleid.apple.com - you will need a different non-Apple email address.
    However if you've forgotten the password to the original account, go to http://iforgot.apple.com and sign in with your iCloud login. A new password will be sent to your associated email address. If this doesn't work you will have to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com; click' See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'

    What id shows in Settings > iTunes & App Store ? If it's the old one then tap on it and log out of it and then log in with the updated version

    I think I had a similar problem the other day. I purchased an app with a cc that had been canceled by my bank with out me knowing it had been. Once I realized the cc was no longet active I added an itunes giftcard thinking that would allow me to purchase items. Well everytime I tried to ourchase somrthing with the new gift card it kept telling me that I had no funds. So someone in the apple store told me that until the app purchase with the old expired cc cleared on that cc then i would not be able to use any other form of payment. So I had to call my bank and asked them to reactivate my old cc for a couple seconds while I repurchased the app with my bank on the phone. Once that purchae cleared then it allowed me to use apple gift cards. Sorry for long answer but I think this might help you.
