Adding Safari Plugins to iPhone 3GS

I occasionally try to open a webpage on my iPhone & get a message stating I need to download a plug in.
Is it possible to download the plugins?

The obly things you can download on the iPhone are from iTunes and the App Store.

Partially disabled Safari on my iPhone 3GS

Somehow (I think) I managed to partially disable Safari on my iPhone 3GS. I can browse to any URL, however, after the page loads, I cannot scroll or "click" on any links. Safari and Restrictions settings are OK--not causing the problem. Any other suggestions?

Clear Safari history/cookies and data. (Settings>Safari)
Close all apps from MultiTasking and make a Reset.(Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.)

Hello, i have some troubles on my iPhone 3GS (16GB) with Safari. Safari always close just after oppening (white screen), but is still opened in background. I restore my phone (iOS 5.0.1) but after a day, the bug came back. Sincerely, Yann.

I forgot to say that Settings / General / Restrictions are disabled and Settings > Safari > Clear history, cookies, cache done and the problem is still here...

You cannot download, nor delete it. it is part of the os.
It is likely in a folder, on another page or you have restrictions set.
If you don't find it this way,then you can reset your homescreen layout.

When I open safari I keep getting an old page and I have to keep refreshing to get a new one The Page is on the BBC.co.uk site and is from weeks ago but strangely enough the date on the page is correct.

He told you Google for an answer. You will end up having to use iTunes to sync them to the phone anyway. There are a number of websites out there that offer free ringtones, or you can upload a short piece of music to their site and they will convert for you. As mentioned, Google free iPhone ringtones, you will be inundated with sites.

My iphone 3gs is frozen

Right - I was looking through Safari on my iphone 3gs last night when it decided to show the White Screen of Death!!! Followed the instructions found on this site regarding holding down Sleep/Wake and Home together, when it decided to then go to the apple logo screen and freeze, for the next 10 hours!!!! I've read further instructions posted on this site regarding "Close iTunes. Plug iPhone into computer with the USB connect cable. Turn off your iPhone. Hold down the power and home button. When you see the Apple logo, release the power button but continue holding the home button down. Open iTunes and wait for it to tell you that its in restore mode." That didn't work, came up with error message 1603. Followed those instructions but it now has come up with error message 21 - what it going on, and can someone please, please help me!

I just synced my iphone 3gs after downloading the Safari upgrade, now my iphone won;'t open any apps except the ones loaded on my phone when I got it.

I just synced my iphone 3gs after downloading the safari update. Now I can't open any apps except the ones that came with the phone. I have tried rebooting, turning it off and on.
When I select the icon, it goes to the page then returns to my screensaver.
It was working well before the update and sync with my Acer netbook. Have never had any problems with itunes store or downloads.

this happened to me with my iPhone 4. I researched the problem and found this :
"The reason this happens is because every time a downloaded app is opened it checks for your itunes password for validation that you are authorized to open that app (as it may contain personal info). From time to time the iphone 'forgets' your itunes password. You can fix the missing password by syncing the iphone with itunes or downloading an app from the app store and entering your password that way.”
And to fix it, all I did was download a new app, or delete a current one, I used Facebook, and re-download it.

We added iMessage the them both and at first it was great, the messages appear in the text messages under the phone contacts and when I send a text message it will either be a green message or a blue one for (iMessage) depending on the signal. Now when my husband sends a text message to me I don't get them all or some days none. When I send him a text message he gets them from my email address. I cannot send him a standard text anymore my phone only wants to iMessage, so if the signal is not right it just sits there undelivered???
I also have a friend who that we regularly texted each other, for the past 4 months I can receive her texts but she never gets mine? And I have tried countless times, now iv given up trying and I don't use texting to either, but everyone else no problem.

You and your husband can share a store account and still have seperate iCloud accounts for your contacts, bookmarks and stuff like that. Click here for instructions to make an apple account without entering a credit card. Make sure you use a different email address for each apple account.
Set up your iPhone/iPad whatever using the new account for iCloud. Then go into settings/store and sign in with your purchasing account, you may need to sign out of the other account. To the best of my knowledge, your household is allowed to share purchased legally, someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
Once you each have your own devices set to your own accounts you can set them to backup to that account and it will keep all your contacts seperate.

Trouble Creating New Playlists and Adding Music to iPhone 3GS

Just bought an iPhone 3GS and was manually adding songs to it the way I have with other iPods. No problems. Then, suddenly it wouldn't let me manually add any more songs. It's not a space issue since it's a 16 GB and I only put on about 1 GB of music.
Now, I can create new Playlists in iTunes, but I can't add any songs to them. I also tried adding songs to my old iPod, but that was a no-go as well. Every song I try to add just bounces back into iTunes. Any idea on what may have caused this?

Just re-installed the software and restarted my computer. It appears to be working again, for now.

I hope someone can help with this. I had a contact added to my iPhone 3GS (4.3.5) that I did not add. This contact was from a person that I deleted from any of my contacts from over a year ago. This is causing extreme grief to me and my significant other. I don't know where it came from and I am guessing that the recent IOS upgrade and Gmail decided to add this contact from old emails. Can anyone help out with an explanation of where this came from? Thanks in advanced.

While I'm painfully aware of the lack of a version of Adobe Flash Player for the iPhone, more and more Flash-based web home pages are not accessible to the iPhone. I also understand that Flash Player is not compatible with Apple's 'vision' for iPhone Applications. The problem we have is this increasing exclusion of Flash-based web sites and if what I understand about Apple's policy on iPhone Apps is accurate, then we will never have access to these sites on an unmodified iPhone. I can see that one of the problems is that Adobe Flash Player competes with the YouTube Player and possibly with iTunes movies.
Unless the web pages have a link for iPhones or re-direct iPhones accessing those pages to a non-Flash version of the web page, it seems likely that we are basically, well...screwed. Anyone have a different take on this?
Do we need an Apple-Adobe intervention? Perhaps over a nice hot mocha latté in Seattle...

I encountered the same problem in my iPhone 4S. You can try this. Remove the plugins that you have installed, sync your iPhone, and then restart. You'll be able to watch vedios using safari.
