Hi All,
If I want to add additional fields like Free of cost material, free of cost quantity in AR invoice print out, what settings need to be done? Pl tell me.

Goto Administration -> System Initialization -> Company Details -> Basic Initialization tab
Tick 'Allow Stock Release Without Item Price'
Open AR Invoice and enter 'Free of cost material', 'free of cost quantity' materials with '0' Cost.

Hello,
This will need small enhancement in the smatform. You will find it easy.
Use T-Code SMARTFORMS and copy the standard smartform for SC layout "BBP_SC" and create a Z-one and use that by implementing the BADI BBP_CHANGE_SF_SC.
You can get the PO value from the table BBP_PDBEI.

Printing Non Modal External Window - print out additional blank page

Hi All,
I am printing out a content of a web dynpro view as a non modal external window with the browser print functionality.
Even if the content of the web dynpro view is not more than the half of a page the browser print functionality prints 2 pages. The second page is a blank page.
I tried to change the external window size in web dynpro, but it is still printing 2 pages.
How can I set / configure the browser print functionality, so it prints only the page that contains the web dynpro view content?

Hi,
I'm guessing the concurrent program is outputting text (character mode) as opposed to PDF?
This could be a number of reasons:
1. Printer driver issue, e.g. the number of lines printed on the page is more than is defined for the printer driver: Try reducing the "Rows" on the current program definition
2. Printer PRT issue, extra page break could be being inserted.
3. The "box" in the report definition containing the address could be being expanding due to the extra address line, but not enough space so it forces a new page to be printed.

1.When we print a PO,it will give one print out.But user need two copies of PO at same time.One copy for Supplier and One copy for Purchasing...what settings i must do... Suggest me for this!

1. you need to take additional Print out by using the T. code ME9F.Select option Processing status succesfully processes.Select the PO and click on Message details where you can find repeat output button.
With Standard message configuraiton , you can get the Print out twice at a time.
2.Need more clarification on Print input values?
If it is about the Print, Fax etc, then you need to maintain the condition for the Message type using MN04.

Purchase Requisition Print out not available

Hi MM Guys,
I am aware that there is no Print Preview or Print option for Purchase Requisition unlike the Purchase order print out. Functionally it is true that the PO is a output document sent across the vendor/Suppier/Customer as a hard copy print out/fax or EDI means . Also that the PO is a smart form maintained with lot of company legal statements. terms and conditions, vendor details and address, payment terms and condition etc.
Could any one tel me if it possible to take a print out of PURCHASE REQUISITION in standard SAP system using std T-code(If it is out of my knowledge)...Any developments may also be suggested.

Hi,
You can very much develop your own smartform for PR output by defining customized Z transaction.
If your intention is only to transfer the PR item details into hard copy then you may click the print icon above the line item details for getting the Pr line item details transferred to Hard copy. However if you want to put additional details like PR released date, PR released by etc., it is very much possible for you to create a smartform.

To do what Dave indicated you need to do, it depends on what version of Acrobat you have:
Acrobat 8: Advanced > Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader
Acrobat 9: Advanced > Extend Features in Adobe Reader
Acrobat 10: File > Save As > Reader Extended PDF > Enable Additional Features
Acrobat 11: File > Save as Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable More Tools (includes form fill-in & save)

Has this problem been solved? we have a similar problem here --- after upgrading from 4.6c to ECC6.0, we found that the service PO line items are not being shown in the PO printout. This happens for items that have been marked 'delivery complete'.

Here i a facing problem while po print out . in material master creation we have given description for the said material in purchase order text. but it is not appearing in po print out.bcs it is important to vendor know the details of item.
ex; we create a LAMP as material the description of this lamp i.e brand , type, voltage , wattage be mentioned in purchasing text in material master . but it is not appearing in po print out .

In T-code VF03 , My user will be giving only one transaction medium as External send.
But he needs the print out of the invoice also. how can we arrive at the solution for this..

Yes, it is possible.
As you are aware, the medium will be selected as per the input:
1     Print output
2     Fax
4     Telex
5     External send
6     EDI
7     Simple Mail
8     Special function
9     Events (SAP Business Workflow)
A     Distribution (ALE)
If the user is selecting the Print output and he wants the same to be mailed, then add the logic to send the mail in the Z program.
You can get the value for medium in the program with the NAST-NACHA structure.
Please let me know if any more details are required.

Can I print out the document formatting information for review

Is there a way to print out, for example, all the paragraph format with their formatting details? I'd like the same for character formats, conditional text etc.?
I'm a long time FrameMaker use and have built numerous templates over the years. The one thing I always found missing was the ability to printout a list of the various formats so that you can review them (much more easily one at a time on screen) to make sure they all have the correct settings. MS Word, back in the DOS days, had this capability and it was fast and efficient way of double checking all the formatting.
Does this functionality exist in FrameMaker? Or are there any utilities out there that would do this?

The Format List utility from Squidds does this really well. It creates
tables that contain the various formats and their settings. It's really
easy to look down a column and see which paragraph or character formats
use, for example, a particular font or space above setting. Format List
is one of the Finalyser utilities.
The Squidds website is notoriously user unfriendly, but here is a link
for the price lists page. If you can find the right list for your
FrameMaker version, it will give you prices for the complete Finalyser
or Toolbox utility set, and prices for the individual utilities. I
believe Format List is $49 USD.

It seems like someone else makes a utility that creates a separate
one-column table for each format. I can't seem to find that one. Perhaps
someone else remembers what it is. Separate tables are not nearly as
easy to use for comparison, though.

How can I print out a list of email addresses from my address book?

I would like to print out a hard copy of all the email addresses which I have in stored in my address book or are they stored in "mail"? It would come in handy at times especially when using a public computer somwhere.

Hi,
If you have Lion on the computer then all the Contact Info is sent via iCloud to the iOS 5 device which presumably you do take with you.
The Address Book stores the info you have told it.
This tends to be Contacts that you have "Real Names" for in addition to something like an email or iChat Screen Name.
The Mail App does store all contact emails that you have had.
See Window Menu > Previous Recipients.
These are marked as to which are already in the Address Book.
You could select this whole list and copy it to text Edit and Print from there.
I have not tried Printing from the Address Book
