Address fields for a country selected

Hi All,
Based on the country I need to get the address fields that I have to display.
I am having a module pool screen where the address fields should be enabled disabled based on the country the user selects. Is there any function module which gives the address fields for a country selected.

I generated same Report For address Details...
If i eneter Counrtry code it should display all the Address Belonging to that Perticulsr country
I dont think there is a Function Module which fulfills ur requirement...
I hav used Smartforms for Report and i wrote Query to get t data...
just try " ADDR_GET"

Additonal address fields for additional vendors in XK01

Hi All,
There is a requirement wherein we need to incorporate some additional address fields while creating a vendor in XK01 or FK01.
Is there any way in SAP wherein we can have different views for finance and purchase?
Also I came to know that in order to add fields to XK01 we can use VENDOR_ADD_DATA_CS BADI. But I work in 4.6C version and this does not exist.

Window size not retained. Crusor no longer in web address field for new tab.

Used to be when I started Firefox, the window came up as the same size it was when I last closed the program. No longer the case. How to fix?
Also, upon opening a new tab, the cursor no longer appears in the URL field by default. I have to click in the field for the cursor to appear. Annoying. How to fix? I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it. This seemed the solve the problem, but only briefly.

This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

How can we restrict the sub-screen input field for particluar country?

Hi all i am having infotype 21 maintained with custom fields for sub-screen 200.
Out of that custom fields(City , District) They restricted city field not to appear for australian employees.
and district is sucesfully appearing .
They have written logic in the sub-screen 200 in PBO.this is reflecting in alll sub-types of 21(alomst 20 subtypes)
module abc_output.
If T001P-MOLGA = 'australia'.
if screen name = 'city'.
screen-input = 'OFF'.
screen-invisible = 'ON'.
endif.
endif.
Now the requirement is that this logic should be modified such that this city should appear in 7 sub-type instead of district.
what should be written can any one guide please .

Dynamic table field for filtering a selection criteria

I am using a table a981 and fetching data in internal table but the table has a fieil Country whose technical name is ALAND in dev and LAND1 in production.Now i cannot use LAND1 as it wont let me to activate the report and if i use ALAND i cannot move the request to production as it fails. So how can i achive dynamic table field in the select query based on server.My query is-
    select kschl
           wkreg
           matnr
           knumh
   from a981 into corresponding fields of table it_a981
   for all entries in it_marc where matnr = it_marc-matnr
                                and kschl in ('MWST','ZSER')

Mandatory address fields for One time account in sales order

Hi,
In the pop-up screen of one time customer's address during sales order creation, there are some fields mandatory such as name and city. We want to make the region mandatory as it determines the taxes. Is there a configuration setting for this or any user exit.

Goto Transaction "OVA2" and under sales order header for particular procedure include the region field in your incompletion procedure.

WebDynpro Java Field for recognizing Subtype selected

I wanted to find out the field which gets updated each time when different subtypes are selected in the Overview screen....

can you verify if some personalisation is done on this iview to hide these fields of clock times?

How to select this field for the extractor?

Hi Gurus, I hope you are fine!
I need to extract the field     PRED_OPPT_GUID   form the Data source 0CRM_SRV_CONTRACT_H inside CRM system.
If I go inside CRM to:
Transaction SBIW -> Settings for BW Adapter -> Maintain DataSource and Enhance BW Adapter Metadata ->
tipe "0CRM_SRV_CONTRACT_H" and press change buttom -> Mapping TAB
there I can see the field I need "PRED_OPPT_GUID" but this is not selected at the "BW Selection" Column , I guess this is the cause why I am not receiving this field from the extractor, Am I right?
If yes, How can I select this field for the "BW Selection" Column? (the system does not allow me to click it directly)
if not, what is the proper procedure if I need to extract this field ? because this is the key field for the DSO

This is what i can see inside the ROOSFIELD table:
Filtered by data source = 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H
Comparison with another field:
BILL_TO_PARTY (working properly)    columns:        SELECTION = X              NOTEXREL= Y
PRED_OPPT_GUID (Not working)           columns:        SELECTION = (Empty)    NOTEXREL= Y
I think that if I try to change the Selection field to X it will cause inconsistencies with the SMOXRELP table am I right ?
I tried to change using the system and not directly into the tables, but thaere was an inconsitecie between these 2 tables.
Why is no able this field taking into account that this is the KEY FIELD inside the standard DSO? it has no sense to me.
What do you think?

Address field configuration for one-time customer FB70

Hi,
I understand there is more address field entered (street2, street3, street4) during the sales order creation VA01 for one-time customer. However, i hardly find the configuration to open more address field for one-time customer if user raise FI-invoice via FB70. Do you have any idea?

I understand that address field of FB70 are linked to BSEC table whereas address field of sales order creation (va01) for one-time customer, the latter linked to ADDR1_data and having the Street2, 3, 4 provided in the pop-up screen.
I am wondering is there anyway to have more address field for the FB70 since my client will have longer 'street' name so that the dunning will take place properly for one-time customer.

Address field data is not getting dispalyed in company details

Dear All,
After filling up the necessary details in the Administration->system initialization->company details->general tab->Local language for the address of the company.
I am not getting the address displayed in the Address field.
I have filled all details in street,block,building,city,zip code,state,country.
But still i am not getting anything displayed in the address field.
Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

Open Administration -> Setup -> Business Partners -> Address Formats Window.

Request to eliminate blank address fields (ie: BLOCK) in Ship To & Bill To

When configuring the Address Formats (Setup>Business Partner), if the Street field is selected for line one of the address field, the Block field is selected for line two of the address field, and City is selected for line three of the address field - and the Block field is blank (which happens quite often) then the address field created by SAP for printing on documents will have a blank line on the second row of the printed address.
Most customers do not like this (some even go to the extent of modifying the address to remove the blank line); therefore we would like SAP to include some logic that would eliminate the blank line if the BLOCK field is empty.
Do other partners have the same issue?

Thanks for your reply. The issues that our customers complain about are the way the addresses print in the standard PLD documents, which all use the pre-formated block of text that SAP creates. Unfortunately there is no way to change this text block.
A couple of years ago, as per your suggestion, I attempted to create my own special text block by concatenating the various address lines, but then I ended up with some custom stuff, which is not ideal even if I could have gotten it to work properly - something that I was not successful at achieving.
I think that the proper solution is for SAP to make thier address assembly routine just a little bit smarter by not using the "BLOCK" field if it is empty.

How do I hide names from the Address fields?

here's the problem.
a group of peers is exchanging emails using the Reply All function. the catch? we need to keep our names out of the Address Fields. if I enter my friend's name into Address Book, Mail insists on showing the full name in the Address Field.
is there any way to insert only the email address without the name of the recipient in the Address Fields? even when selected from the Address Book, or entered via a Group selection?
BCC is not an option. De-selecting "When sending to a group, show all member addresses" is also not an option, because I would assume that recipients will not be able to Reply All.
I tried entering an alias into the Email field in Address book: Alias <[email protected]>.
any ideas?

you can uncheck the option to auto complete addresses in Mail preferences->composing. then you can enter the addresses by hand without full names. the addresses will still show of course. or you can create double vcards for people in question in address book that have just email addresses but no names. then Mail will let you choose those.

Disabling ship-to-address field on the SRM 7.0 portal.

The requirement is to disable the ship-to-address field for user input on the portal.
I have some information about the table /SAPSRM/V_MDF_IC. Here some entries has to be maintained.
But I am not able to get what would be the exact data entry to disable the ship-to-address field.
Please let me know the correct data and procedure to do this.

in standard SRM , if you maintained ship to address attribute or copy ship to address default you might inherit all the user ship to address default.
but your requirement is no user should not edit the ship to address
in SRM 5.0 we have undo address button under ship to address .
if you click undo address all the address will be cleared and now user can enter his desired ship to address.
so now you need to protect this functionality. you must keep access for only dispaly the ship to address not allow to enter ship to address.
In srm 7.0 you dont have undo entries ? i am not much aware of srm 7.0 screens . customer requirement is valid.

F4 help for address field

In BP_CONT component, for address field I need to provide F4 help. And the F4 should contain the addresses with separate fields as (city.street,country).On selecting the row the data should flow as concatenated manner to the address field.

I would like to add what Vinamra has said, you need to create a search help through se11 transaction. As per your requirement you need to map address field of the selected row to different fields in UI.
In search help we have IMPORTING(IMP) and EXPORTING(EXP) Fields or parameter.
Lets take a simple example, suppose you have three address field house no, street and city. Now you would like to apply F4 help on CITY field so you need to choose CITY field as IMPORTING and EXPORTING parameter in your search help and other fields like HOUSE NO and STREET as EXPORTING parameter only.
Now following code you need write in GET_V_CITY() method
