I have created a sapscript and in that let say inquiry, quotation or sales order or any out put the to Address is empty and it is only a box Customer master vendor master is perfect and the address is perfectly mantained
How to do that the same script is working fine in other server
only that system the problem as i beleive
how to solve this any activation from functional side
i check with technical they say every thing is perfect it is in customizing settings

Dear Rajesh,
I hope this will related to technical issue only,Because you already mention that address is maintained in the master data.
Please check with the ABAPers there will be seperate function module to call the address in the output.
Ask them (ABAPer) to debug the output program then fix the issue.

I'M getting the error " E-mail address incorrect or non-existent" when i process the out put type for email of PO.
I maintained all the settings which are mentioned below ,
Goto NACE .
u2022 Select EF and click on OUTPUT TYPES.
u2022 Then select Output Type NEU and click on processing routines .
u2022 In that you have to add a new entry - medium 5 .
u2022 Then you need to assign a program, form routine and form.
u2022 You can use the standard program i.e. SAPFM06P, FORM routine is always ENTRY_NEU and standard MEDRUCK.
u2022 Then in PARTNER FUNCTION you need to add a new entry : medium - 5 and function - VN .
u2022 For subject of the mail goto Mail Title and Texts. In title give PO No. &EKKO-EBELN& .
u2022 Under General data -> Replacement of text symbols give programm as SAPMM06E and Form Routine as TEXT_SYMBOL_REPLACE .
u2022 You need to maintain your email id in tcode SU01 and also the vendor's email id.
u2022 Now while creating a new purchase order , change the medium to External Send .
u2022 Then goto Communication Method and select CS01 . ALSO make sure that the Cover Page Text has value PO No. &EKKO-EBELN& .
u2022 Goto tcode ME9F .
u2022 Execute.

I have gone through the notes which u have mentioned, but it is not helping to my query,
I had maintained SMTP port in the tcode SCOT.Then I'm getting the message "MAIl request 000000000002 created" when I run tcode ME9F for email out put.But I'm not getting the out put in the email address which I specified in the vendor master record. I can see one error in the transaction code SCOT. should i run transaction SCOT manually every time ?

while sitting by my computer the other day i realized that my music stopped playing and my screen lost all video. my screen said "no input". the computer was not "sleeping", it just stopped all out-put the only way i can get it to go back on is to restart the computer. this happens at random times while i am using it. what is going on?

I'm not sure, but I would try a few things.
Check if your system light is still on?
Check if you can ping your system from another computer, if available. You should find the IP address of your computer before it blanks-out on you.
Is the bottom very hot? Try turning on its side when it's running. Maybe it's overheating? This is just a guess. I always run mine on its side, as the bottom gets hot.

Defining Output Devices for Printing Using E-Mail
To print using e-mail, you must specify an output device in the print window that has been specially set up for this print method. You can create the output device through the device definition.
This definition creates an output device that sends the print data as an attachment to an e-mail. You can then open and print the print data with the appropriate program.
· The access method M must be available in the device definition (transaction SPAD -> Output Devices -> Change -> Output device -> Create/Create Using Template -> HostSpoolAccMethod -> Host Spool Access Method).
If the access method M is not available, you must first run report RSPO0075 in transaction SE38, to activate the access method. It will then be available to you in transaction SPAD.
To do this, enter the name of the report in the Program field in transaction SE38, and choose Execute. Select the option Add Access Method, and choose the access method M as the access method to be added.
· In principle, you can use any device type that can be used in the device definition. However, you must ensure that a suitable printer or display program is available on the target system.
For e-mail printing with device type pdf1, there must be a PDF display program available, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, so that you can open and print the attached PDF file as required.
Procedure
If you want to create a device definition for printing using e-mail, follow the procedure below:
1. Call transaction SPAD, and choose Output Devices.
2. If you are not in change mode, switch to this mode by choosing Change.
3. You can now do the following:
¡ You can create a new device definition by choosing Output Device -> Create.
¡ You can use an existing device definition as a template.
To do this, click the entry for the output device that is to be used as a template, and choose Output Device -> Create Using Template.
4. Specify the name of the output device and fill out the mandatory fields of the individual tab pages as follows:

The length of this mail address is restricted to 50 characters.
b. If no e-mail address is specified, the e-mail is sent to the address that is specified in the device definition.
The length of this e-mail address is also restricted to 50 characters.
c. If there is neither an e-mail address specified in the print window, nor in the device definition, the mail is sent to the mail address from the user profile (transaction SU01). By default, the creator of the mail is entered here.
This function was originally developed to replace the frontend printing function that was missing up to SAP Basis 4.6 for the SAP GUI for HTML. The user should be able to send the print file to himself or herself by e-mail and to print it.
5. Save your entries.
The message text of the e-mail is defined by default, however, you can change it, as described at the send of SAP Note 311037.
For more information about printing using e-mail, see SAP Note 513352 in the SAP Service Marketplace.
Result
You can use the output device defined for access method M to print using e-mail. If you choose a print function such as , you can specify this output device in the following print window. -

First of all, please let us know what is the error you are receiving to the respective output (there should be one status code in SOST).
If you are sure the configuration is not correct, then these are the steps to verify:
1. Please check what is the default domain you have mentioned. SCOT--> Settings->Default domain.
Here you have to maintain the domain name properly. It should be like xyz.local.
2. Please check SMTP configuration: Double clicking on SMTP node you should check Mail host is proper
and also mail Port should be 25.
3. Under "Supported address Types" option "Internet" should be checked. Go to respective Set button
Here in Address area try giving * or specific to the address you will be sending mail.
4. Check if you have scheduled the "Send Jobs". Its in "Settings -->Send Jobs". You can schedule the job for
"All Address Type" and schedule the job with proper user.
5. For testing you can use tcode: SBWP. From there you can send test mail to the desired address
(check your organization policies before sending mail to external mail ID).
While triggering "New Message" from SBWP, please select recipient type as "Internet Address".
6. To check the status go to tcode: SOST and check if it is delivered. You can try reprocessing once more.
But before all these things you have to ensure that your server IP is included in SMTP server. You can check with
any OS administrator about this.

I have developed one XML report which output type is EXCEL in Oracle Application.
I am getting some -ve value in the report so I need to do the trailing sign
Menace for example I got a value -8645 I need to display the value like (8645).
This functionality is working in PDF output but in EXCEL out put it is not working.

we developed one query for 3 years data
1.user enter the current date (21-03-2014) but out put value should be last seven days (21-03-2014 - 7) (last one week data only)
2.some times user will enter the (20-03-2014 ) but out put value should be last seven days (20-03-2014 - 7) (last one week data only)
how to achieve the 2 different scenario?

in char variable i can't see the off set functionality but we can see off set function in formula variable
user requirement he wants enter the input value as date and he need last week data means one week data calday wise.
i tired the 0PREVWK , 0CWEEK these two variables these not asking the input and direct showing the out put.
these can achieve through the customer exit?

Is it possible to display only dynamically selected fields in the out put? i need to display set of columns in the selection criteria, but in the output i have display only input given fields. because i need to convert it into .csv file. So i have to display selected fields from internal table. In oracle they are using"execute immediate". is there any equivalent in SAP?

If yes, there are concepts like RTTS which facilitates it.
Yes, the select query also supports dynamic selection of fields. ( Please care about ( ) in dynamic sql ).
Do more research on Field Symbols and statements like ASSIGN COMPONENT OF.

MRP Out Put Schedule lines date format to month

I am working on SAP4.7 Version.
I have maintained all the relavent MRP datas in material master.
Like MRP type - PD,
Lot Size- MB ( Monthly Lot size).
I have created planned independent requirement in MD61 monthly wise for that material.
I have given Schedule agreement number in Source in List with MRP indicator - 2.
I am running MRP for a material with MD02 with MRP parameter Delivery schedules -3 (Schedule lines) .
The MRP running succesfully and creating delivery Lines with delivery dates.
But the requirement by the client is..
The delivery lines should be generated in month wise.
How to convert the schedule lines generated in day format to Month format in MRP run out put?
While creating schedule lines with ME38. we have option to select the day format / month format/ week wise?
But the MRP out put always generated in date wise?
Any one knows what changes i should make?

idealy its not possible in standard sap.
but you can do one thing that...
copy original programme of MD04 and create ZMD04 transaction or you can search a usefull function mdule. Here you can convert date in months by using some abap code of function module if available.
i know this is a very rough idea about solution bu it will help definitely help you

You need to create a new Message type copying any relevant message type.(tCode M806). Maintain the processing routines with medium as print out put.
Create the form required for Print out put & assign it to the routine.
Maintain the message schemas , Assign the new Message type to the existing schema.
Now create the conditoin record using transaction MRM1 with th required key combination. Invoicing party & Company code.
Now when ever you create the invcoie with combination the Message will be created.
Execute transaction MR90 for the print out put. If you want the print after saving the invoice , maintain the despatch time as Send immediately when saving the application.

EXCEL out put is not showing data
Hi All,
My report is working fine it is showing data in XML but it is not showing data in Excel output. Excel output is empty.
i have attached excel and xml files. please help me.

after upgrade if i try to open excel it is not showing opening and showing action instead of excel name . I though excel out put has corrupted. i downloaded excel layout from 10g and uploaded in 11g report using upload layout.
we did not make any changes in database.
below one is not related to this one but .. after upgraded reports multi parametrs did not work if i select more than one column ( i opened as different topic) then i have removed

I used 10g forms and reports for my application. When I run a report .rdf file in form used
web.show_document(v_parameter_string ,'_blank');
build in function, the v_parameter_string include all parameter for server and application.
Everything is ok and the report file appears in the browser window. But maybe the size of each row is too long, the words in the report body with font size =1 -- the smallest size of letter. So the color of words in report body part is dark gray but the title part is normal black color (words' font size is 2 or upper). This make I looking at report body very difficult in web browser. When I print the report from browser, the print out paper is good and no color different between body and title part.
Do some people know why this gray color issue happened and how to fix it making the black color words appear in the report body.

I am having trouble deploying a J2EE application using the J2EE 6.20 Deploy Tool. I successfully create the WAR/EAR files, I then select deploy and the deploy process gets to 100% before displaying an error message. Can anybody help? Please see Deplo

Hi I have had my iPod touch for 2 years with out apple care and for some reason every 5 minutes my iPod touch would flash a white screen and then just die. I know apple cant do anything because I am out warrenty =( any suggestions?
