ADE is not recognizing my Sony reader. Followed instructions. It is in the supported list. What do I do to get to get it recognized?

Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.

Google will produce you with hints on how to read content of a file from Java (ideally the file uses some delimiter). Then in a managed bean, you read the file and save its content in a list of SelectItem. So your managed bean should have the following property and setter/getter pairs

PC does not recognize second Sony Reader PRS-T3. Adobe ID problem or what?

I have bought TWO e-readers, Sony PRS-T3 yesterday. The first one was no problem, after getting an Adobe ID etc, to connect to my PC (Win 7 Ultimate) and recognized by Sony's PC software "Reader for PC". But the second reader, same model, does not get connected to the PC at all. I checked on a second PC, AND both devices were recognized on it. So there is no problem to get connected when there is no Sony software installed and no Adobe ID registered at login on that computer. Is this an Adobe ID problem? And how can I solve it?

What is the make of the printer and is it using PCL or PS driver.?
Do you have Acrobat installed on this machine as well?
Please check if 'Print Spooler' service is running on the machine.

When you open iTunes it opens a database file that contains the locations of the media files you use to play the music. If something has happened to invalidate where iTunes thinks that file is stored you get a ! There are many possible reasons. Sometimes a computer can start to lose files. In other situations it is something you did such as renaming a folder or drive iTunes uses, or moving the files manually. If you can give us hints we can start working our way down the long list.

Library Books in ADE, but cant transfer to Sony Reader

My husband just purchased the Sony Pocket Edition for me and I have been able to download and read free ebooks from feebooks.com, but when I went to check some out from the Ohio Ebook project, that is when I started having issues.
The files are .acsm. I can view them in ADE, can see my reader plugged in and is listed in ADE (never did ask me to authorize it, but maybe that was because I already had done so in Sony Redaer Library?)
Anyway, now I have my library ebooks checked out, sitting in ADE, but can NOT for the life of me get them to my sony pocket edition. What am I doing incorrectly?

Found out what I was doing incorrectly. I was trying to transfer the .ascm file and did not realize that a new folder opened elsewhere called "My Digital Editions" where the library ebooks PDFs were.

Resend confirmation dialog will not stop popping up, despite following instructions

I have a website that performs a reload() of a page periodically. Despite all that I've tried, I cannot keep the following dialog from popping up in Firefox: "To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier."
I have tried the following:
1 - implementing post.redirect.get on the web page
2.- Going to Tools->Options->Advanced and unchecking/checking the "Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page" checkbox (it was already unchecked, but I tried it both ways just in case).
3 - going to about:config and setting browser.sessionstore.postdata to 1
NONE of these have resolved the problem. Any ideas?

If you've reached that page via sending POST data in a form then you may not be able to do anything about this.<br />
GET data appended to the URL (location bar) usually doesn't pose any problems, but if Firefox needs to send POST data from a possibly hidden form then Firefox will always ask for confirmation.<br />
If you can reach that page directly then you can try that.

I got new pc and ADE will not let me authorize with my old ID because it had been used on another computer. Help didn't get to me while I waited an hour.

I was using the New iPad (iPad 3??) to access my FL Comcast email account for the 1st time. on a new internet site, my Canadian Cousin's site in her home in Quebec. I had never used this iPad on my Comcast account.
Whenever I try to access my email account from a different internet account than my own, Comcast always asks me for my user name and password. They also normally ask me to answer a security question that I have given them beforhand to prove who I am.
Thia time they did not do that. They have started a more secure check system that requires you to read numbers and letters from a box that is moving around and retype those items into another box before hitting enter. Machines cannot read those letters. The iPads, not having "Flash" installed, also can not see those letters/numbers.
If you can not see the letters/numbers you can not type them into the second block therefore you can not verify that you are who you claim to be.
After all that, the also show a screen that asks if this is your personal computer or one from a friend or library or company etc, and if you want them to remember this device as yours from now on....
I just left the Apple Store here and they said that the reason I can not see the "Floating Figures" is because the iPads cannot show anything that is made using "Flash" stuff because that system is not the latest updated secure system....

I have a nidaq32.dll not found error. If i have already tried replacing the visa32.dll what else can i try?

I am working with VB6 on an application involving a PCI-6711 Analog output card. I now am in the phase of working on the install file. I have developed this application on an XP machine, and i am trying to install it on a Windows 2000 machine, but i get a "nidaq32.dll file not found" error when i try to run my program on the 2000 machine. I have looked in the System32 folder and nidaq32.dll is in fact in the folder. I am wondering if my install file (created using INNO installer) didn't register the file correctly, of if it has to do with the driver i am using on the PC. I have NIDAQ 6.9.3 installed on the 2000 machine and NIDAQ 7.2 installed on my XP machine.
Any help would be appreciated.

The problem seems to be that you have different drivers in the systems. You might want to use the same version of the driver in both machine since that will install the same version of the nidaq32.dll.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.
