Thanks for the tute, am new to ADF so this was of great help to me. I had a query, if i want to have my own look and feel web pages and Oracle ADF ones, does the custimzation involve too much of manual coding or can be done easily in ADF. Also is there an equivalent tag to div in ADF Faces

The DBC file is in place. After checking various posts I have confirmed details in the DBC file and they seem to be right.

I have a problem.
I bought Pages and Numbers for my iMac and so far everything was OK.
Suddenly i have a problem with connection to iCloud.
Dokuments created on iMac in Pages or Numbers are not transfered to iCloud. Not uploaded to iCloud. There is a sign (small shape of iCloud), that they are waiting to be uploaded to iCloud.
I think the iCloud is OK.
i can see and manage documents in iCloud. i can create them on iPad and see them and delete them in iCloud.
But not on iMac.
i dont know what has happened and I am not abble to find the solution. It was OK till some days ago….I have a similar problem! Everything stopped working after upgrading to Mac OS 10.8.4 through the App Store. Help!

Font size problem in pages and keynote for iPad
I've been using pages and keynote for just under over a week and when I go to make a table and set the font size in either of them, it makes the text very large even though it is on the very small setting, even if I try to cut and paste in text that was originally small once in the table it become very big, and when I try copying tables between the two apps it makes it even worse to the point that a 5x5 table takes up 5 pages or goes off the edge of the slide.
Please help.i have a first generation ipad but i expect it works the same way. Have you selected tiny on the table font options? also, select Times New Roman. It is a bit smaller. The tiny setting should be the same as size 12 Times New Roman font. When you select the table (tap on it) there should be a small blue dot in the bottom right corner. that is used to edit the table. It is a bit annoying, but I have not found a way to copy things into the t able in the right format, you have to change it manually every time. Hope this helps!

Hi, I have an older iMac on 10.6.8. I don't think it came with all the iWork apps. I got GarageBand and iMovie with the system. I'm wondering if I can still get Pages and Keynote for this iMac as free downloads, or are they all just apps for purchase now?
You will need to purchase the retail box DVD from a third party such as Amazon.com or eBay.com.

I bought a MacBook Pro in Nov. 2013. It was delivered with numbers, pages and keynote.
As there where problems with the MacBook, I had to delete everything and set up the system again by deleting the hard disk and installing OSX mavericks again. I thought numbers, pages and keynote would come along with mavericks. But they didn't. I cannot download them unless I pay lot of money. Is there a way to download the programms again without paying the money?This explains Apple's program for Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. Read it carefully. There may be a way in there to get these apps free in your case.

Firstly I updated my ipad into ios7 and after watching the video by Apple, iWork, pages and numbers are free for download after updating iOS 7. How can I download iWork pages and number for free? Please help me.
stevejobsfan is correct; iwork for ios is free only for new purchases of new ios devices. A good work around (if you have wifi connectivity) is going to the icloud website on your ipad, and working on your document.
A word of caution (the real reason I am responding to your post). If you do a lot of 'formatting' of a document on iwork for mac, and then save it in icloud; you will probably loose most of the formatting you have done (this will be true if you oppen the document in iwork for ios; also) It happened to me, and I did not duplicate the document before saving it to icloud; I lost at least an hours worth of work. -
Why can't I get Keynotes Pages and Numbers for free after OS Mavericks 10.9.1 Upgrade?
I bought my Macbook Air a few days ago with the OS X Mavericks 10.9.1 update software already installed on my laptop. I'm suppose to get Keynotes, Pages, and Numbers for free under purchases in my app store but unfortunately I haven't seen any of those programs come as a purchase in my store. I've downloaded the OS Mavericks 10.9.1 software three times already and restarted my computer to see if they come in the mac store but nothing happened. I've also applied for the Up to Date program and they said they would contact me in 24 hours but it has been three days and I still haven't got a reply from them.

Tap on the id in Settings > Store and log out of it and then login with your id. Any content already on the iPad will be tied to the previous owner's id and it can't be copied or transferred to your id - so it's probably best to do restore the iPad back to factory defaults and start as from new with it : Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Contents And Settings

The apps are free with iOS 7 if you purchased a new device after September 2013. The apps do not come free just because you are running iOS 7 now. Did you purchase or receive a new iPad recently?
If you did, are you using the same Apple ID to get the apps that you used to activate the iPad? If you are, sign out of your ID, restart your iPad, sign in again and go back to the App Syore and see if the apps show up as free.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad and go back to the settings and sign in again. -

Yes. Air runs OS X, iPad and iPhone run iOS - different operating systems
that required different versions of Pages, Numbers, & Keynote to run. Like
the iOS version, once you purchase the version for your Air, you may install
it on as many OS X desktops/laptops that you own.
