Adf project output not rendering on Mac os -apple laptop

am using jdev11.1.1.5.0-adfbc-oracledb10g-mozilla ffx9.0.1.(developed my project in Windows xp service pack2)
and i get adf project url address and put in my applelaptop-mac os- safari browser.
nothing is rendering.
anything want to configure.?
in previous post i asked that are you mean like that,

JDeveloper 10.1.3.3 ADF Swing - Images not rendering after deployment

I have deployed my ADF Swing application in production in very simple 2 tiers architecture.
One executal jar on my desktop and
The database running on a Linux server.
When I run MyApp.jar from my desktop, none of my images is rendered and LOV buttons do NOT work.
The same application runs against the same dabase from Jedev environment shows images and LOVs work fine.

The issue might be that you're using absolute path to load images into the application (c:\something\something.jpg). When you start your app in webstart, it doesn't allow the application the acces to the disk using absolute path. Even if it did, you wouldn't find your images in the same folder as they are on your disk.
You should load images like this:
ImageIcon icon=new ImageIcon(this.getClass().getResource("images/something.jpg"));
This presumes that you store all your images in "images" package (folder).

Optical audio output not working on mac mini
I have a brand new mac mini (less than a week old) that I've hooked up to my media center. Unfortunately, when I hook the optical audio output to my Pioneer receiver, I get no sound. I know the receiver decodes optical audio correctly because it does so with my DVD player and my Xbox. I have tried all 4 optical inputs on the receiver, and have tried two different optical cables, as well as 2 different optical adaptors (required by mac mini to go from TOSLINK to the mini TOSLINK output on the mac). This tells me that all signs point to the problem being with the mac audio optical output stage itself. I have called apple technical support and have had it looked at, at an apple store. Unfortunately, the apple store does not carry a device where the audio output could be plugged in to verify that no sound is delivered. Apple refuses to replace the unit because I cannot prove to them that the problem is with the mac mini and not with the pioneer receiver. I find this incredible. My first experience (and quite possibly my last) with a mac has proven to be a nightmare.
Before I contemplate returning the unit and demanding my money back, is there any help anyone can provide....some magic bullet I've overlooked? Has anyone else had this problem?
Thanks....Thanks for the reply. Yes, when I plug in the optical cable to the mac, it senses it correctly and changes from "Internal Speakers" to "Digital Out" under the sound system preferences. Also, there is definitely red light coming out of the other end of the cable. That only tells me that the "carrier frequency" of light is most probably being generated, but not that the digital audio information is being modulated on top of it.
Any other ideas? Out there? -

Xcelsius output not rendering in versions of Adobe Reader higher than 9.0
I am using Windows XP Professional & Office 2007. My Flash Player version is 10.1.82.76 and my Xcelsius version is 5.1.3.0, Build #12,1,3,495.
My issue came about when we started upgrading to Adobe Reader 9.3. With Adobe 9.0, I could create Xcelsius Files and output them to Reader and could successfully use the interactive features of the dashboard in the pdf files. Once we upgraded to Adobe Reader 9.3, the pdf documents created from Xcelsius no longer render the dashboard when opened (shows a blank, white document). Does anybody know of a fix to this issue? It's been a problem everytime we try to share these pdf outputs of our Xcelsius dashboards with others as they have generally upgraded their Adobe Readers as well and can't get them to render either.I don't think it nothing to do with the version of Adobe Life cycle designer.
There might be some patch level issue and also some patch level issue from the browser end too.
Just check the compatibility of the browser also -

I am using Java 1.4 webstart on Mac machine.

Once the File dialog opens I have problems in selecting random multiple files. Apple key or command key is used for random selection on Mac. When using either of these keys multiple selection is not possible. Whereas I am able to select files using the shift key by which row selection is possible.
If this is not a bug and some code changes are to be done it would be fine if somebody can help me out in this.

JSF page not rendered in Design View (JDev 11.1.2.1.0)

Recently strange behavior in JDeveloper 11.1.2.1.0) begins: JSF pages in some projects are not rendered anymore. We enabled "Show Design time Messages in log" in JDev Tools/Preferences/JSP and HTML Visual editor and message

What is common to all of the projects with this issue is that we run "Remove ADF Security Configuration" which was enabled before and we implemented our custom security using phase-listener.
Any idea what is wrong here?

Edited by: Sašo C. on May 21, 2012 2:24 PMIt's a limitation, if you will, of the way JDeveloper works. It essentially runs your JSF page in order to get the rendering. At design time, the phase listener is obviously messing things up since you're not in a proper secured environment - hence the workaround to bypass your phase listener at design time.

Some items in my project are not rendered (there is a red line in the timeline), but when I want to render all (or just the selection), it does not render. Nothing is checked in the drop down menu, just as if evrything was rendered. I do not understand. What am I doing wrong? Is something corrupted?
The drop-down menu under "Render All" or "Render Selection" doesn't indicate what needs to be rendered, it indicates what FCE renders when you tell it to. For example, if you have green lines, yellow lines, and red lines in your timeline, and only the red line is checked in the drop-down menu, only the red lines will be rendered.

So, I have created a cool project that was a lot of hard work in After Effects CC (Mac), While rendering a project in After Effects CC (Mac) , the application closes half way, saying it quit unexpectedly. MilanElement 3d renders using your graphics card. Unlike After Effects, what GPU you're using matters a lot for Element.
As it is, you don't really have one.
You could try rendering an image sequence and then picking up your render where it left off when it crashes, but if a certain frame is just too much for your computer to handle, there's not much we can help with. I'd suggest adding a GPU that Element can use. -
Using FCE 4 to edit mov file. Added 8 chapter markers by double tap M, enter title, click add chapter marker. Rendered and 4 of the chapter markers are skipped or not functioning. Deleting FCE prefs and rebuild project did not solve. Solution anyone?

MyFaces not rendering, ADF faces IS rendering
I'm installing my app on the websphere application server, Version 6.1 After having issues of both adf and myfaces not working, I came accross this link which helped me somewhat. http://wiki.apache.org/myfaces/Websphere_Installation .
By "not working" I mean that my jsp would have <h:commandLink>'s and <af:commandButton/> however the html was never actually generated. (You could view the pages source and the resulting html page was blank).
After following those instructions, ADF components are correctly rendered, and the html works. However, I can not use any <h:> or <h:> components.
Keep in mind, every single part of this used to work while using Tomcat (I think it was 5.5, not 6).
