Adjust font size buttons?

Designing our first website in Muse.
I was wondering is it possible to add the adjust font size buttons in Muse for accessibility for visually impaired?
Im guessing its usually done with multiple stylesheets.
Is this possible to achieve in Muse? if so how?
Thanks
Nick

You would find quite a few free scripts that does this via JavaScript but adding this functionality on any website is pretty outdated especially when all major browsers support Zoom In and Zoom Out feature (which also triggers with a hit of a Hotkey) and serves similar purpose for better Accessibility <http://www.ehow.com/how_5661396_zoom-text-google-chrome.html> that a script may or may not achieve most efficiently such as saving of preferences on refresh of a page etc.
If Accessibility is an important objective for your website, you might want to add a line of text somewhere around the page's header indicating the Hotkeys to do so for those who aren't really aware of this feature of a browser. Also have a look at these resources on Low Vision support that most browsers offer today which you would find interesting:

    Microsoft store will provide a download manager (.exe) using your Product Key, which needs to be run on a PC. This manager will then let you download an ISO image to a USB and/or DVD.

  • Cannot adjust font size under 2008 r2

    under 2003 and 2008 users can adjust font size/dpi.  2008 r2 seems to have yet ANOTHER regression and does not allow this.
    what gives?  why is microsoft going backwards with r2?

    Hello,
    On July 1st we will be making Windows Server 2008 R2 Remote Desktop Services forum read only. After receiving a lot of feedback from the community, it was decided
    that this forum is a duplication and therefore redundant of the
    Remote Desktop Services (Terminal Services) Forum. So, until July 1st, we will start asking customers to redirect their questions to the
    Remote Desktop Services (Terminal Services) Forum. On June 11th, CSS engineers will move any new threads to the

    Please post a reply to

  • Any way to adjust font size on IPad

    It is give a fit.

    I'm happy to assist with that. While you cannot adjust all font sizes, you can adjust some system fonts through the following method: Go in to Settings, then General, then accessibility. Then tap 'Large Text'. Here you can choose to adjust font sizes in Calendar, Contacts, Mail, Messages and Notes.
    Please let me know if you have any other troubles,

  • Font size button does not appear when I read imported PDF books (in ibooks)

    I imported several books in PDF forman in my iPad 2, and I can read them fine, but the Font size button (A A  on the uper right corner) does not appear. I only have the brightness button (that only controls the brightness and nothing else), the Search and the Bookmark buttons. Any idea? Thanks.

    Thanks King_Penguin, I suspected that this would be the case but I wanted an expert oppinion. Thanks again.

  • Text that responds to the Increase/Decrease font size buttons

    How do I create text that responds to the Increase/Decrease Font Size buttons in the browser? None of the pages respond to these buttons.

    I'm not sure iWeb produces text that responds to the size change buttons. I check some of my pages and none respond. And these are text boxes that have not been converted to images.

  • Help to adjust font size on FORM

    Hi ,
    I am using APEX to do a online survey, some respondents said the survey form font size (default) is too small to read it clearly and don't know how to make the size look bigger.
    Then I realized they are right, the font size of APEX form is predefined in template. I am wondering how to make the font size adjustable like normal htm page. if it is not possible, then how could I put font-size in somewhere to make it bigger?
    Thanks in advance,

    If you use Firefox with firebug you can exactly see where your fontsize has been set. You can override the standard CSS by either uploading and referencing your own CSS file or just add one inline CSS entry in your template.

  • Adjust font size

    The font in the 'upper panel' is pretty small. When I try to use crtl + the display in the preview pane is adjusted larger, however the font size in upper panel is not affected. How can I adjust the disply size or font size in the upper panel?

    Hello
    I`m a Thunderbird user from times after Netscape Navigator. I have similar problem too, while I`m writing emails.
    For me is very annoying that it is not possible changing size of the fonts, while is writing an email (like Outlook,...). (yes, I know for the add-on, and yes I know for the settings under options / view, and yes I have small and a big A, while I`m composing an email). But this is not enough for me.
    When I`m coping text from the other (websites, word documents,...), the text remains with those settings (and then I have a chaos in my composing email.)
    Is it possible in the next releases of Thunderbird make also a font size changer in and not only small and a big A while user is writing an email?
    Thank you.

  • Adjust font size for notes?

    is it possible to adjust the font size for the .txt file to be read in the 'notes' folder in 'my computer'. i have synced it to my ipod but becuase of is size and the way the info is portrayed the width is too narrow on ipod thus getting a 'spill' onto the next line. is there anyway to save it as it is in its original .txt file. thank you
    Alan

    In the text note include some html code. html (hypertext markup language) is what is used to display this web page.
    You can Google "html font size" to learn more about it.
    Create a text note.
    The very first line of the text note should be
    <font size =-1>
    This will make the font 1 size smaller (it's a minus 1). Make it a + (plus) sign to make it larger.
    Add the rest of your note.
    The last line of your text note should be
    </font>
    to return everything to normal.

  • HT2490 where can i adjust font size?

    thanks

    You need to provide information what program/s are you referring to where you need to adjust the font size. If this is not for a program that has fonts that can be sized then you may need to use the Accessibility preference in System Preferences to toggle a zoom feature.

  • Can Parameters be used to adjust Font size in Rpts?

    Hi there - we want to use Crystal Rpts to print labels for various tape/media formats.
    The staff will select & preview the reports thru a different program/platform - where all the data is entered & updated. (The reports themselves reside on the server, and I'm the one who updates & modifies them, the users simply print, export results, etc.)
    The issue is - if we start utilizing Crystal for the labels... the staff no longer has immediate access to manipulate templates (to modify font size, etc.) unless I give them all licenses to Crystal Rpts (which would be costly & not entirely prudent).
    I'm a bit of a novice in terms of Crystal & have very little knowledge in terms of parameters, but I was wondering if I can use a parameter to have them adjust the font size?? &#91;That way - they could preview the report - if the text doesn't all fit, they can cancel out, go back in, adjust their parameter criteria, etc.&#93;
    Any assistance you might be able to give me would be GREAT!!
    Thanks!
    ~k
    PS - I'm working in Crystal 9... it's the version that's compatable w/my other program (ScheduALL)

    Thanks - all of these suggestions are really helpful! - one last follow-up:
    my users who are testing this are remarking that they often have to go in and re-size/tweak these items a number of times.  Obviously, this means re-freshing the preview more than once.  Because of the detail of the labels - and the user's preference to be able to manipulate the font size for various fields discreetly, I've created 11 separate parameter fields for font re-sizing (grouping some items together only where appropriate).
    So the question is (now that I've set these defaults - and they've over-ridden, some or all of them) ... is there a way for them to go back & revise one or more parameter and still keep the rest of their current settings/changes (without having to re-enter all that info all over again)??
    EX: Preview 1:
    ?Name font >default val: 10 => change to 9
    ?Title font >default val: 8 => change to 7
    ?CH1 font >default val: 8 => change to 7
    ?CH2 font >default val: 8 => change to 7
    ?spine font >default val: 7 => remains static
    ?interior label font >default val: 8=> change to 7
    Preview 2:
    Leave all items the same as above except:
    ?Name font >default val: 10 => (was changed to 9) => change to 8
    Please advise.  Thanks.

  • Auto Adjust Font Size

    When creating a form with the font size set to auto. The document is uploaded into a proprietary software where data is populated on the form. If you edit any any information on the form the font sized defaults to a very small size. Do anyone know how to remedy this issue?

    Hi CTGCONNECT,
    Thank You for posting on the forums. The best way to get around this is to set the font size as desired rather than Auto E.G. 10 and check the box "Multi Line" under Options in the text box properties

  • How do I increase the font size in my email and maintain resolution.

    Hi folks. Mr Newbie is seeking some help, I hope it is relatively straight forward, thanks
    How do I increase the font size in my standard email and document views without losing resolution.  Right now my font size in email, headers and text is less than that on my iPhone, it rather defeats the point of having a 27" screen if most of it is blank and I have to sit with my nose to the screen to read email.  Thanks for your help, once you have stopped laughing.  C

    Two things you can do to easily aid with readability in Mail are as follows:
    1) Increase the size of folders in the sidebar:
    a) select "system preferences" from the Apple menu
    b) select "general settings"
    c) select small, medium or large under "sidebar icon size"
    2) Increase the text in the main body of the email (both sent and received):
    a) select "preferences" from the Mail menu
    b) select "fonts and colors"
    c) adjust font size for "message list font" and "message font".  I have noticed this works properly while in classic mode, but in regular mode the message list font doesn't appear to change size.
    Select classic mode by accessing Mail preferences and selecting the "viewing" tab.
    Another shortcut is to right click on the toolbar, then select "customize toolbar", and then drag the "smaller / bigger" buttons onto the toolbar.  Now you can decrease and increase font size as desired on the fly.

    thanks for quick answer but I'm looking to use what you said to affect Only one open window ( chat ). I got an answer to this 1 or 2 years ago using XP but forgot how to do it. I know typing in an url lets me inside the code to change something there choosing yes or no for that function. I forgot the url or particular function.

  • How can we increase the font size in Adobe Bridge CC 2014?

    How can we increase the font size in Adobe Bridge CC 2014?
    We use Windows 7 64bit computers and Dell High Density UltraSharp UP2414Q monitors with a resolution of 3840 x 2160.
    Other applications in Adobe CC 2014 work fine with this high resolution (Indesign, Photoshop) but I can't find where to adjust font size in Bridge.
    Right now menu items are hardly ledgible.

    Same problem.  Bridge is unusable with this micro font and no way to change it.
    I would call tech support but I don't feel like being on hold for two hours to talk to someone Adobe pays pennies a day in a loud call center who won't be able to help anyway. Fail.
