WHAT ERROR is this  on clikc on long text details is as given below
Help with conflict that has occurred
Conflict Short Text
The modularization unit has changed.
Why has this conflict occurred?
The enhancement definition was created in a different modularization unit (method, function module, subroutine, module, ...). This can mean that your enhancement implementation at the new coding position is no longer appropriate.
How can the conflict be resolved?
Check whether your implementation at the new coding position is still appropriate.
Reset your implementation, if necessary.
what action i need to perform
regards,
  zafar

Hi Zafar,
When you click on the conflict button. you may get an option to undo the chages.
Undoing all the changes will delete your development.
To adjust the enhancement..you try first undoing and then activate and then redo all teh implementation.
You can copy your code beofre undo.
Hope this helps.

Kamini Rawat

  • In iphoto 11 the copy and past buttons to the adjustment tab are gone

In iphoto 11 the copy and past buttons to the adjustment tab are gone. I thought this was a cool feature. They still work when you click alt-c or alt-v. Did anyone notice this?

I've noticed too and I don't like it! I tried to alt-c like you said and when I do that, it just takes me to the crop. It won't allow me to copy the adjustments! Is there any way around this??

  • Aperture 3.0.1 - Adjustments missing in Adjustment Tab

Under my Adjustment tab I have a histogram, Presets, Adjustments (brushes) and thats it. No white balance, no exposure ..... everything is missing. Anyone have a clue what could be going on? Tried rebooting but no change.
Everything was fine until I ran some images using Topaz Adjust Filter. Came back to Aperture and everything was missing.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Well they are back. I went into Adjustments, selected quick adjustments, then selected Dodge and everything reappeared.

  • Why are there only three adjustment tabs in PSE 12?

    Hi.
I just purchased PSE 12 on seeing the georgeous features in Camera Raw 8. Apart from the major pain in getting PSE installed on my machine... I am pretty surprised to see that there are only three adjustment tabs on my Camera Raw dialog and also several tools missing. It is a fresh install on a Windows 8.1 Pro machine, CR just updated to 8.3. I tried it with various DNGs from supported cameras.
Are features like tone curve and the ability to only select certain areas of the pictures not available for PSE customers???
    Kind regards,
    A. Lange

  • Adjustment Tab is greyed ...how?

The 'Adjustment' tab under 'Cycle Count Entries' for a couple of organizations are greyed out. For most other inventory organizations, it is clickable;navigable.
Is this any setup issue? in Org setup? in cycle count setup?
    pls. advise.

where exactly is the 'Display System Qty' flag ? which screen? I checked the Inventory>Counting>Cycle Counting>Cycle Counts , which displays all the cycle counts that are defined already. I click on 'Counts' to get to the 'Cycle Count Entries' form for that particular cycle count.
can't locate the flag though. Can you pls give me more detail on that?
    thx so much.

  • I can't see the adjustments under the Adjustment tab in Aperture. Where is the data?

Several months ago I dragged photos from Aperture into a Burn Folder on my Desktop. Today I dragged the photos from the Burn Folder on my Desktop into Aperture. My photos are all still edited, but I can't see any of the adjustments I made under the Adjustment Tab in Aperture. Where is that data? How do I get it back?

I'll cover most of this because I'm too busy to trim it, but be sure to read Léonie's post.

Can you explain to me the difference between a Preview and the Master image? I checked my preferences and they are set "Photo Preview: Half Size" and "Photo Preview quality: 8 Medium".
The Master is now known as the Original.  (Apple changed the term.  I don't know why.)  The "Original" is the term Aperture uses to designate the image-format file you imported into your Library.  When you import, Aperture creates a record in its database and creates an Image that you see in the Browser and the Viewer.  Every Image has an Original.
Aperture creates additional files that it uses.  Among these are a Version, which is a text file containing instructions regarding adjustments and metadata changes you make, some thumbnails, which are image-format files in small dimensions, and a Preview, which is a JPG-format file that is automatically updated to include any adjustments you have made.
The Original is _never_ altered.  Aperture is a _non-destructive_ photo developing workshop.  "Non-destructive" means that your original files (the ones that Aperture calls "Originals" once you import them) are never altered.
The Preview is _always_ altered.  It always is updated to include all the adjustments you have made to any Image.
As you know, you set the JPG parameters (size and quality) for your Previews in Aperture's preferences.
Does this mean that all the photos I have dragged to Burn Folders and burned to DVDs are lesser quality than my Masters in my Aperture Library? I thought I was backing up the Masters!
Sorry for the bad news, but the latter is not correct, and the former is.  When you drag an Image from the Browser or the Viewer, Aperture creates a copy of that Image's Preview.  (The User Manual should make this clear.  Currently it is incorrect.)
Note, too, that your Masters (now "Originals") are never altered.  What you might have wanted to back up were the Images in your Library.  Now -- get ready for the weird part -- those Images do not exist as image-format files.  There is no file that we can access in order to to back-up an Image.  You can either create share-able image-format files from your Images, and back those up, or you can back up your Aperture Library, which, when restored, will give you the opportunity to create share-able image-format files from your Images.
Aperture is structured this way -- it saves the imported file, untouched, and text instructions telling it how to create your Images on-the-fly -- specifically to save the space you would need to store full-size files of every Image in your Library.  Rather than save "the thing itself", it saves just what it needs to create "the thing itself".  The storage savings are enormous.
This is why your workflow is (in general): import, make adjustments and add metadata, sort, group, and organize, and export _only when you need an image-format file to share with another program_.  You then share that file, and delete it (because if you need another, you can create it by exporting from Aperture).
How about when I drag photos from my Aperture library to an external hard drive icon on my desktop? Am I dragging the Masters or Previews? If so, are the Previews lesser quality than the Masters in my Aperture Library?
When you drag Images from Aperture, you create copies of those Images' Previews.  If you haven't made any adjustments, then they are Previews of your Masters (now called "Originals").  But Previews are JPGs with the dimensions and quality you told Aperture to use, whereas your Originals are whatever format, dimensions, and quality they were when you imported those files.  The quality of an Image's Preview is always less than the quality of that Image's Original.  (I'm using "quality" to mean "amount of useable data".)
You should test this right now.  Create a new Finder folder.  In Aperture, select an Image with adjustments applied.  Drag it into your newly-created Finder folder.  Then export it's Original into the Finder folder (File ▹ Export ▹ Original).  Then export the Version with whatever settings you want (File ▹ Export ▹ Version).  Compare the three files you just created.
I think I'm going to be sick! Please tell me it isn't so! I have 1000s of beautiful photos from trips on both DVDs and a Western Digital external hard drive, but I dragged them all from my Aperture Library to either a Burn Folder or a Western Digital icon on my desktop, then I deleted the originals from my Aperture Library. I did this to make room on my Mac Book Pro hard drive. This is how Apple One on One taught me to backup my photos!
    I'm sorry  .
To back up your Originals, back them up.  They are files.  If they are in your Library, they get backed up when you back up your Library.
To back up your Images, either make files from them, and back up those files, or ... back up your Library with the knowledge that that way you can create new files from your Images after restoring your Library from your back-up.
To shrink the size of your Library so that it leaves more space on your system drive:
    - remove un-needed Images
    - relocate some Images' Originals to a second drive (almost always external).  Aperture makes this easy to do.
Alternative, put your entire Library on a second drive.  Libraries on external drives connected via USB-3 or Thunderbolt work fine.
In general, a photographer's commitment to an image-management database system (of which Aperture is one) is complete:  it works best when it is all-enclusive.  I recommend against removing Images from your Library either to save space or to archive them.  My personal Library catalogues all my photographs.  Using it I can find, and make available, any photo I've taken and decided to keep.  Once I decide to keep it, it stays -- forever -- as a record in my Library.
Note that your "Library Set" (I just made that up, but it should exist) includes your Library package (that shows as a file in Finder) and any Referenced Originals that belong to Images in your Library.  You must back up your entire Library Set.
The Geniuses at the Apple Store generally do great jobs in demanding circumstances.  They are, by need, generalists who must be reasonably adept with a lot of software.  It seems you were (badly) misinformed.  Please recommend this post to the one who coached you, so that s/he makes sure that others aren't similarly misled.

  • Losing type formatting when adjusting tabs.

I am losing formatting when I adjust tabs in CS6, specifically today I am losing space after paragraph setting but I have lost other formatting I think at other times. I think this only began in CS6, I cannot find a relevant post, thanks in advance for any help.

    AI CS6 (16.0.5), I am using a Mac Pro, OS X 10.8.5.
I am attaching a screen shot, somewhat redacted. I have 147 pts space added to the paragraph at bottom of Bonus Payments section, the line beginning "$100,000 and above." If I adjust the tab of just just one line in that paragraph, I keep the space after the paragraph. If I adjust the tabs of the whole paragraph, my space after paragraph reverts to 0. This happens to me all the time, I think it is unique to CS 6 as well as I can remember.
Let me know if you need more info, thanks.

  • JTabbed pane, adjusting tab size where tab name is shown

    Hello,
Does any one know if it is possible to adjust the size of a the tab which displays the name of the tab on a JTabbedPane? I know it will adjust horizontally automatically based on the String you provide for the title, what I want to do it adjust it vertically also. I tried using "\n Main Menu\n" as the title thinking that it would add two extra blank lines but this didn't work. Nothing in the API looks like it will do what I want either. Can anyone tell me if this is possible or if there is a work around?
    Thanks
    Mike

I've never tried it on a JTabbedPane but check out the Swing tutorial on [url http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/uiswing/components/html.html]Using HTML in Swing Compoennts.

  • How to permanently add adjustments to the adjustment tab...

I want to add the "Straighten" to the "Adjustments" tab in Aperture 3.0. I read how to do this in "Aperture Help," and did it, but, when I click on a different picture, it disappears. How do I add it permanently?

You should be able do this as follows:
1 - Select an image that does not have the straighten adjustment applied yet
2 - Select 'Straighten' under the Adjustments drop-down to place in the pane
3 - Use the Actions menu (cog wheel) in the Straighten adjustment section and select 'Add to default set' option
This should add the Straighten adjustment to the default adjustments displayed for all pictures.
It works on my system, so that is all I have to verify. There may be other issues going on if you can't do this on your system if running AP3.
    Good luck.

  • When firefox crashes from a memory leak why can't you display the offending tab? Enhancement: a task manager like tab manager showing usage per tab / extension.

I typically keep many windows with several tabs open. It is possible that this causes more crashes since the number of pages multiplies any effect most users with less pages/tabs would experience. I have been having problems with Firefox crashing Using the windows task manager I have looked into this issue monitoring lots of variables. Bottom line the crash is caused by increasing memory usage possibly caused by the flash add on which is doing many IO reads on at least one offending page/tab. Could some sites be using flash to read from my disk without permission and there is a memory leak in either flash of the code the sites uses? I have searched the web for a task manager like add-on for Firefox tabs that would allow me to determine the offending page/tab/add-on/extension. It seems like a great idea which has not been implemented. Since I am a developer I would be happy to implement, but would like some guidance since my knowledge of your product is only at the user level.

There is currently about:memory page which is being actively developed. A "task manager"of sorts is also in the works AFAIK. If you want to help out, your best bet is to find the applicable bug in Bugzilla. If you have the coding skills I can help get you in touch with a mentor - just let me know.

  • How to adjust tabs in entire document at once

I have a 400 page, 6x9 book spread that was pulled in from a word processor document set for a standard page, and after laying everything out, I discovered that the tabs are set incorrectly. Any suggestions on how to correct the tabs all at once rather than line by line?

Answering your question literally, select all text, then call up the Tab ruler and set the tabs.
If the text has been formatted using paragraph styles, it would be neater and less error-prone to change the tab setting in the paragraph style or styles for plain text only.
Are you sure you are talking about tabs? In plain text, there shouldn't be too much of these. Perhaps you are referring to first-line indents. If these are done with First Line Indent -- the function in paragraph styles, Indents & Spacing, you should change these (obviously). Also either by selecting all text, but preferrably by changing the plain text style(s).

  • Elements 12 why are there no adjustment icons in my adjustement tab when i open it

    Hi all
I used to use an old version from a printer bundle and recently bought V12.
I am sure originally in the right hand panel there was a "button" which when clicked opened a window which showed all the adjustment functions by icon - I have lost it?
It I use the main menu and "windows" > "adjustments" it opens the same or very similar window as I used to have, it is empty ( I do have an image loaded with layers), if I click the top right 3 bar icon the drop down shows all the functions and I can select and run any one in turn.
I have struggled to find he original very handy window - perhaps I dreamt it.
All of this is in expert mode, but I have checked the other modes with no joy, they obviously have the items in the panel but in the simplified for of sliders etc.
    any help please
    cheers
    terrier93

    Hi,
Can you remember which version the old one was?
The Adjustments windows only shows the setting controls for any adjustment layer selected - it will normally be automatically displayed when you create a new adjustment layer or double click on an existing adjustment layer.
If you have the layer panel open, there is an adjustment icon there, which if you click on, will open a list of adjustment layers that you can add ion text form not icons.
That's about the nearest I can get to what I think you want.

  • Aperture 2.1 crashes immediately when I click on Adjustment tab

Anyone has seen that, been able to fix it ?
    Message was edited by: edasque

It seems that while rebuilding the library didn't do it, checking it for consistency (Comment-Option at start) fixed the issue.
Apple had me de-install, reinstall, re-update, try with another library, etc but none of it really fixed anything.
