Administering Creative Cloud language editions

We are a Norwegian team with a Creative Cloud team subscription to the International English language edition.
Still - when downloading apps like PhotoShop and InDesign from the team subscription download center, we get the Norwegian language edition - which promptly asks us for product serial numbers that do not come with this subscription, and gives us a lot of hassle with uninstalling and reinstalling.
How can we make sure it is the International English version we get when downloading first time? So far I have found nowhere in the Creative Cloud team admin to administer this...
How come our subscription does not limit what language versions are downloadable?

With some trial and error we have now succeeded in:
removing apps and cleaning with the cscleanertool
downloading anew only the cc control center
changing language configuration from Norwegian to English (International)
downloading photoshop
opening photoshop without being asked for serial number, and asserting that this is the English version.
The trick, of course, is to download only the control center at first, and postpone any other download until correct language is set locally.
Did we oversee this advice anywhere in the welcome letters and pages?

    I have purchased Creative Cloud student edition, I receive a message that my PhotoShop trial has expired.

    I paid for Creative Cloud and have an order number, I should not be having this issue.

    The trial expired 2 weeks ago - Monday.
    I purchased the Cloud Yesterday, also 2 weeks ago Monday 10/15/2012.
    I purchased it twice thinking 1 purchase did not complete.
    I still will need to request a refund for 1, I've been too busy between, work, school, and kid. I'm at work now.

  • If I bought the creative cloud student edition today can I exchange it for something else?

    To clarify, I bought the Creative Cloud student edition today cause I needed illistrator for a class asap and there were also some other programs I wanted and I couldnt afford to buy them all seperatly. Thats why I bought creative cloud but then a couple hours later I find that the CS6 production premium student edition has all the programs I initially wanted. After crunching some numbers I relized that I should of bought that instead of the creative cloud because I would of ended up paying a lot more for contiuous years of using it where as if I get the Cs6 production premium then I could save myself alot of money which I dont really have alot of already. So I guess what im asking is can I cancel my subscription that I just bought today and get the CS6 production premium stedent edition without haveing to pay the 50%? or what is the best way for me to go about this where I lose the least amount of money? I have looked through the help forums and tried my best to find the answers or help I need but couldn't. I dont mean to waste anyone time with my sob story but any help would be appreciated

    Yes.
    It's 64 bit only software so you need a 64 bit processor and 64 bit operating system to run it.
    If you're running Win 7 32 bit or Win8 32 bit then you won't see Premiere Pro in the list of available Cloud apps. Same goes for After Effects and other video related apps.

  • Using Creative Cloud to edit video on multiple computers

    Hello,
    Is there any way that I can use the creative cloud to continually edit a single video across two seperate computers? I've read that the cloud does not currently support video sharing, but I got the impression that this referred specifically to streaming/watching video files.
    I know I could just upload the Premeire Pro Project file, and I'm guessing this would allow me to access all of my edits, but would I then need to copy raw video files onto the second computer and tell Premeire where to locate them? Would I have to do this every time I re-downloaded an updated project file?

    The feature you describe is not currently available. It would make a great feature request for Premiere Pro though.

  • What is the recommended font management solution for an Enterprise deployment of Creative Cloud - Design edition (does not include TypeKit)?

    We are deploying Creative Cloud across multiple systems today and it was under the assumption that TypeKit came with all versions. Most of our team has Design edition - no typekit. How do you recommend we manage the fonts? Have been using Suitcase Fusion prior to our upgrade.

    I've got the CC Student edition through my school, and on the creative cloud desktop site, Story Plus is shown as one of the programs included. However, when I choose it, it signs me into Story Free.
    Is this just a bug, or was I misled by the Creative Cloud app listings?

  • Creative Cloud language

    Hello. Just started to use Creative Cloud. Very excited about it. Right away when I installed it I was very suprised that some of the softwares were in Finnish (Illustrator atleast was in English). I'm used to work in English. I have no intention to learn the vocabulary in Finnish. How can I get English versions from Creative Cloud? For excample in Photoshop there is no other language option in preference menu.

    In the AAM , on the top left , Where you have your Adobe ID , Click on the down arrow and change the language in the Preferences,
    But make sure you uninstall the software before changing the language , once you will change the language you can re-install the software.

    The reactivation of CC has certain criterias to be fulfilled, which Adobe will check & confirm upon contacting.

    Just wondered if someone could clarify a these Q's on publishing features for a single folio app using the CC single edition.
    1. The number of updates I can make to my app are unlimited? I've read somewhere on this forum there was a limit to 3.
    2. When updating, does the 'client' device get a pushed notification of an update.
    3. Will my App appear in the 'app store' rather than the 'news stand'.
    4. Can I publish my app privately? The client have another app they'd like available to their sales team only as it has includes sensitive pricing info.

    Unlimited updates as far as DPS is concerned, however Apple may reject too many updates (more than 5-6 updates in a year) for the app unless you give reasons like bug fixes etc.

    No, This feature is not available with DPS CCM.

    No, it's a DPS Enterprise only feature. You can however add upto 100 UDID's in your Mobile Provisioning files and use it on those devices.

  • Why is there no tool panel on the adobe illustrator 6 creative cloud trial edition?

    I would love to use this, but it isn't very useful with the tool panel, and I can't seen to find a way to open it.  Is it really obvious or is it a terrible download.

    If what is suggested above doesn't help you could try holding down the Cmd(Ctrl)-Opt(Alt)-Shift keys while restarting AI.

    When I have a choice of apps for download, it given me a select few for full download, but about 6 others will only download as a trial. I've attempted to follow the online instructions for solving this, but the online instructions don't seem to fit the problem.
